Detta hem ligger bara tre kvarter frÄn Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Med fyra sovrum, tre fulla bad och bÀddsoffa sover detta hem bekvÀmt 10 (12 med en sprÀngmadrass, tillhandahÄllen av Àgaren). Fyra drottningssÀngar och en drottning drar ut soffan ner. Varje rum har platt-TV och trÄdlöst internet. NedervÄningen har trÀgolv i matplatsen och kakel i köket och vardagsrummet. TvÄ soffor och stor platt-TV med DVD-spelare och digital kabel gör det perfekta omrÄdet för avkoppling efter en rolig dag pÄ stranden!

ELEV cyklar (8 kryssare, 1 tandem, 2 barn) finns tillgÀngliga för anvÀndning under din vistelse, liksom strandstolar och strandleksaker. Det finns tvÄ grillar, en propan och en kol. En stor uteplats pÄ marknivÄn Àr perfekta matlagningar och den andra vÄningen balkongen Àr den perfekta platsen för solbad.

Det finns gott om parkering utanför gatan som kan rymma upp till 6 fordon.

Very family friendly house and appreciated all the games to keep the kids occupied. Everything was very clean. Only negative was we had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

My family was here for my son's wedding. Although we did not have children with us, it is a very family friendly home. We appreciated all the TVs for Sunday football. There were ten adults, and at no time did we feel cramped. There was plenty of space to spread out, if desired. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I cannot say enough about our host. Brandon was very accommodating and even brought us a new Keurig within an hour of calling him on our first day. I would recommend the Emmerson House without reservation.

Great house for our family group. Numerous games, both indoor and outdoor to entertain everyone and a TV in almost every room. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops and great coffee. Short drive to many great attractions. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

My family and I had the most enjoyable, unforgettable experience staying in Emerson’s Cottage. The house itself wa. extraordinary: clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of entertainment and amenities you could wish for. The whole property was great but the proximity to the ocean, having beach wagons available, and having a yard for the kids to run around was great. Brandon was very responsive and helpful.

Terrific Weekend

This was the perfect place for a multiple day trip. I personally appreciated that there was a charcoal and propane grill but everyone else in my group had other things they preferred (pool table, outside sitting area, outside garden)

Family friendly home

House had many things to make a family vacation enjoyable even on bad weather days. Tv in every bedroom board arcade and lawn games and pool and ping pong. Having the bikes was great as well.had a great time

Perfect home for a nearby family wedding

We had a fabulous weekend! We used the bikes to ride up to the Virginia Beach Art Show on Friday. The home was the perfect size for our family as we prepared to attend wedding festivities both Friday and Saturday night. We actually walked to the wedding as it was only a few blocks away! We were also able to have extended family over for an impromptu brunch. Lots of room both inside and out for gathering. Highly recommend!

Family Summer Get-a-way

Our family lives in different parts of the country. Each August we select a place to stay that everyone can get to so that the multi-generational family (ages 6-50) can reconnect and make memories. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of room on the first floor to gather for meals and play games. The outdoor area offered shaded and sunlit options for seating and convening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The detail that was slightly unusual, but not an issue at all, was that out of the four bedrooms, 3 had direct hallway access and the other could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Once again, not an issue for us! The VIBE District was more than we expected! Short walk to the beach (perfect), quiet street, and just a street or two over there were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, a farmer's market on Saturday, and quite a bit of night life. Something for everyone! I would definitely recommend this property!

Emerson’s Cottage is a winner

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at Emerson’s Cottage. It is a great house in a convenient location. The owners have lots of nice touches and amenities - modern appliances, Keurig coffee station, arcade and board games, lots of bikes, ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs in all rooms, etc. The outdoor space is well appointed too with a sofa, chairs, and a dining table big enough for 8. The yard is set back from the street so it is safe for little ones to run around. The communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend a stay at EC! DB

Overall it is a beautiful home & location. Lolly’s ice cream shop right behind the house was awesome! Beach a short walk away and beach cruisers make it even better. House is very accommodating and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Love family reunion

Great location, comfortable environment and household amenities, useable kitchen for preparing our own meals. Lots of great photo ops to save the memories. Back Bay Wild Life preserve was my favorite. Kids loved the ocean.

Less than five minutes from the oceanfront and boardwalk, as well as shops, dining and activities (fun park is on 16th street), this property is at the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Beach cruisers are fun for the entire family! The Virginia Beach boardwalk is the best place to "cruise" which makes the bicycle collection a must have. We have two arcade games, lawn games and beach toys for the whole family to enjoy. Large front yard, patio and two grills is the perfect setting to gather the family and enjoy the salty air.
