Njut av komforten i vårt ombyggda ett sovrum, ett badrumsboende. Tänk dig att vara 75 steg från en mil lång gyllene sandstrand på östra stranden av Kauai. Från din privata lanai med fri utsikt över Stilla Havet kan du titta på de otroliga soluppgångarna och lyssna på lugnande ljud från havet.
Vårt bostadsområde är ett rökfritt hörn på 2: a våningen som har totalrenoverats. Skräddarsydda körsbärsskåp och granitbänk har installerats i vårt fullt utrustade kök. Porslinsplattor grace entré, badrum och kök. Badrummet har en stor kaklad duschkabin.

Lägenheten levereras med alla bekvämligheter som anges ovan. Tillagda bekvämligheter inkluderar FREE SECURE WiFi internetuppkoppling, HD-TV med on-demand, strandleksaker, stolar, kylare, paraplyer, boogie boards och tennisracketar för din användning under din vistelse på vår villa.

Pono Kai Resort är en rökfri fastighet. Anläggningen erbjuder en reception som är öppen 24 timmar om dygnet 7 dagar i veckan. Det finns gratis parkering på platsen. Appreciation

Shirley made sure that we have a good vacation before and during the trip by asking our needs and provide specific instructions about check in and check out. The condo is clean and the view from lanai is beautiful. The location is perfect for commuting North Shore and South shore, close to restaurants, markets and special the bike/walking path right at the beach.

A home away from home!

The condo was equipped with everything required for our stay on Kauai. From the kitchen utensils to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There was nothing we needed to buy. The location created a beautiful view from the lanai. The owners were fabulous hosts, so kind and caring. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Kauai get away.

Just a perfect piece of paradise.The condo resort has everything you need. The location is excellent, and the sunrises viewed from the lanai are spectacular. There is a beach front path that allows walking to restaurants great food trucks nearby. The inside of the condo was fully renovated with new modern appliances if you wanted to stay in a cook. There are also newer Weber grills out by the pool are if you want to BBQ. We had the best time during our stay and hope to visit again. Just Perfect!!!

Just perfect.

Great place. The resort has everything you need. The location is excellent. Beach walk right out front. We rented bikes and rode the most scenic paved Kauai trail (14km) past Keālia beach. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the food trucks nearby. If you wanted to cook, the kitchen was fully equipped and had common condiments. We hope to come again soon. Thanks so much.

Perfect island time

We can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was super convenient to dining, shopping, groceries, and activities. The upgrades inside were fantastic and the daily sunrise from the lanai was amazing. Shirley was an incredible host checking in on us during a week of uncertainty weather wise.We would love to come back.

Charming condo

Wonderful!

The condo was absolutely perfect and blew us away. The space was simply gorgeous and only topped by the incredible location with access to whatever part of the island you choose to explore. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

Comfortable stay, beautiful view!

We felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, there were beach chairs and plenty of towels, and it was very clean. As soon as we booked and throughout our stay, we had excellent communications with Shirley. The view was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic property

My husband and I traveled to Kauai to celebrate his birthday and our wedding anniversary. Shirley's condo was perfect! From the location on the island, the oceanfront view to the condo itself! We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return for another visit!

We live in Marin County which is just north of San Francisco. My husband and I are semi-retired. We have 2 grown children and have been blessed with 2 grandsons.
We come to Kauai twice a year to relax and do maintenance on the condo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The first time we came to Kauai was in 1971. We toured 4 of the islands and fell in love with the 'Garden Isle'.

We had friends who owned a condo at the Pono Kai Resort. We started renting their unit and spending many of our family vacations on Kauai.

We always hoped one day to buy a little piece of paradise. In 2001, our wish came true.

The Pono Kai is centrally located on the east side of the island. This location is great for people who want to explore the island. The resort is conveniently located in the historical town of Kapaa. The condo is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The beach and a 5 mile multi-use coastal path is right out front of our condo.
