Remodeled 2 sovrum, 2 badrum town hem med fantastisk utsikt från veranda, nya möbler, lövträ och ny belysning hela. Mycket privat bakgård med ett nytt spa och grill.

Klubbhuset, baren och restaurangen Tiara Rado ligger 2 minuters promenad bort. Trailheads med tillgång till Colorado National Monument är en 5 minuters bilresa. Downtown och shopping är en 10 minuters bilresa.

Moab, Glenwood Springs, San Juan bergen, Black Canyon och otaliga andra spår är inom en 1,5 timmes bilresa. Grand Junction är halvvägs mellan Vail / Aspen och Telluride, som alla ligger inom 2 timmars bilresa.

Fantastisk väg cykling ut ytterdörren och mountainbike över hela området.

Perfect location for National Parks/Monument hiking

The location of the house was wonderful.Quiet little community right at the base of Colorado National Monument. Food options were nearby in Fruita. We went to Arches and Canyonlands while staying here and headed over to Black Canyon of the Gunnison after our adventures at Colorado National Monument. All were within a reasonable drive from this location. The house was clean and had all of the basics needed (including coffee!!!)Hot tub was wonderful to soak our sore mucsles in after all day hiking. My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable at all. Our muscles and joints were fatigued from hiking. The beds offered no comfort. Very firm. They are just hard memory foam. Everything else was perfect!

Great house! Not actually in Grand Junction though

House is spotless and VERY comfortable. The location when searching is a little misleading though. I blame VRBO. It said the house was right off I-70 in Grand Junction and it's actually in Redlands. Could have been a problem if I didn't have my own transportation.

Super comfortable bed

Great location and perfect for the family of 4 moving our son into college at Colorado Mesa. Super easy check in and check out. Had some bottled water in the fridge was a great touch. Got to relax in the hot tub after moving which was awesome.

Ok place nice furniture

It was a nice location beautiful views but not very clean at all. There were marks on table from previous guests marks on cupboards and walls not sanitized couldn't even feel comfortable going in hot tub from the appearance of not being cleaned, the corners and buttons brown and dirty. And the hot tub is our favorite part of a VRBO. But the furniture was nice, super spacious for us, great washer dryer and big bed.

Convenient and clean

We're a group of ladies that are extremely active. this was a perfect property for us. We visited the nearby Ute Canyon. Hiked 6 miles there, spent time in the wineries and then of course hikes on the way home back to Salt Lake City. Everything about this place was perfect. it does need quite a few repairs, but most importantly the beds are comfortable and the place was clean. . We were outside and away most of the time. Conducive furnishings for cards, games and chatting. the air conditioner didn't always work properly. that might be a problem in the summer . we just opened the windows.

Christmas Eve stay

Wonderful place. Came here with my kids for Christmas Eve. Hot tub was perfect and we had all cooking utensils and supplies we needed to cook Christmas Eve dinner.

Redlands disappointment

i was extremely disappointed that the TV was streaming only! I am a huge football and tennis fan. we had to go to my brother's house to watch Thurs. nite football. i missed the entire U.S. Open tennis grand slam. Also, the main bathroom was not clean as it should have been. There was a small pile of hair in a dust ball! I couldn't take a picture as I have a flip phone. Also, no Wi-Fi one day. my sister and I had to go to Starbucks to contact the owner who had a lame excuse for it.

Convenient Location for Grand Junction/Fruita Area

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to Grand Junction, Fruita and entrance to Colorado National Monument. There also is a nice golf course, Tiara Rado, very near. A great view of the Monument Escarpment is right out the front door. I would give the place about a 3.75 Star rating, with one of the "stars" for the view out the front door. The place really needs some work and a major cleaning, plus they need to take care of the ants.

Overall, very nice, would stay again

I only have 3 criticisms about the place. The top of the refrigerator hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The previous occupants coffee grounds were left in the top of the coffee maker. And it took 48 hours for the temperature to rise in the unit from 68° to 72°. Once at that temperature it maintained it nicely. The place is very quiet but needs some TLC. I had to fix the latch on the screen door which was coming off of the door frame. The sliding glass doors in the shower in the master suite swing freely at the base, that is not normal. Also, if you use water anywhere in the unit while you are showering you will experience either scalding water or ice cold water. Still, overall, it is a nice place and very quiet.

Everybody was great except the internet speed working after the first night. Tried testing the modems with no luck. Other than that definatly recommended.. just make sure if you are gonna need the internet to have a bank up plan

Romantic getaway

Are stay was fantastic and oh so very romantic. The views were beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We were about 15/20 minutes from everything we did on are stay. The property was clean and stocked with day to day thing. The hot tub was so peaceful and relaxing especially when the temperature dropped in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint would be that the lighting/ wiring was off, the lights were constantly flicking.

I bought this property because of my love of Western Colorado and more specifically the Grand Valley and the Redlands. The views, the friendly people I grew up with, the unpretentious nature of the area and local culture, all the opportunities to enjoy the amazing Western Rockies. I hope to retire here someday.
