Beachwood Villa - 5 sovplatser belägen i Omni Amelia Island Plantation.

Detta två sovrum, två badrumsvilla är perfekt beläget på den södra änden av ön Amelia på havssidan av plantagen. Gästerna kan njuta av den privata balkongen, poolen och en tre minuters promenad till stranden.

Att komma in i villan kommer att känna sig som hemma med den bekväma inredningen, fullt möblerat kök och öppen planlösning. Den privata balkongen på tredje våningen ger en hemlig oas bland träden medan du ger utsikt över golfbanan. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV, garderob och bifogat badrum. Much Needed Rest and Beach Time

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is beautiful with all of the trees. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and our adult kiddos loved the frozen yogurt place right up the road. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk and we enjoyed it as much as the weather would allow. I will admit that the king sized bed was a bit hard for us but It being clean was far more important. They must have a great pest control company because big black ants kept coming in but they didn’t live long. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Great location

Property was as described. Great location. Close to beach. Also convenient to restaurants and locations in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Unit needs attention

We were generally pleased with the unit, but would have appreciated a map or related info on the resort, available restaurants, etc. The sliding door needs attention. One of the two floor fans does not work properly. Some of the lights would flicker, even after replacing bulbs. Bed sheets were thin and not “hotel guality”. Minor irritations , but we expected better. On the positive, the property manager was very responsive when the coffee maker suddenly quit working. Not a five star rating, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Weekend wedding

In town for a wedding at Amelia Island Club and location was close. Walked to the beach each day and found some cute shops within the complex. Would stay again.

The place was clean and comfortable.

The place was clean and comfortable. Pleanty of towels, beach & bath. Nice to have beach equipment. FYI - two smaller clamp-on-the-chair umbrellas do not function and one of the larger umbrellas does not function. Also, FYI, I thought there was scant toilet paper for the week-long visit. And, liquid dish soap was almost empty. I left similar comments on the card in the condo. Thank you. N/A

Since we had never been there before we had no idea what to expect. The only thing that would have helped us was a bit more information about the Omni Plantation and a detailed map of the island outlining where we could go and if any amenities were available to us as we did not rent directly through the Omni. We loved our stay!

Great long weekend

The condo was great for our long weekend at Amelia. It is a short walk to the beach and pool. There were lots of chairs and umbrellas to use. We had a wonderful time!!

My husband fell on the steps leading up to the elevator.

My husband fell on the steps leading up to the elevator. They need to install a handrail! All the other residents were very nice!! We made friends with many of them & their dogs. The team was easy to work with. They respond to texts. We had to get a plumber for some problems, but that was resolved quickly. The assistant brought us a new toaster right away, when the old one broke. It was a much better toaster & she was helpful & friendly!

Great place to stay and the resort is beautiful. Dana was the only one that we worked with, but she could not have done better as a representative of the company. She was great and was always there when we had a question. I know what good customer service looks like....and this was it!

We will book again!

Our condo/villa was loaded with everything we needed. Beach towels, cooking supplies, bathroom towels and a laundry room. Ours had cable and wifi. I love cooking a big breakfast to start our beach day and all the tools we needed were there. There is a local Aldi, Walmart, Target and Grocery Store down the road so all the supplies you need for the week are there. I'm an over packer and will not over pack next year. Just a fantastic place. Beach access. It's a walk but if your not by the beach path then there is a parking lot you can drive up to. Parents, bring a wagon! We will book again!

Our 1st time visit to Amelia Island was everything we had hoped. The Moores were quick to respond to any questions we had-Thank you! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were conveniently located and could walk to restaurants, pool, the beach and extracurricular activities. After reading previous reviews, we brought a wagon to haul all of our things to beach which was perfect! The condo was very quiet, avoiding the crowds and noise of hotels/resorts...it was just what our family needed!
