NEVADA SUITE is a very cozy studio located just 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
The refined and colorful decoration, you will enjoy this apartment and your stay in Nice. The colored keys of the living room give a lot of vitality to the main room.
The apartment has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic and air conditioning.
Located in the center of Nice, you will find in less than 10 minutes walk the pedestrian street, its many shops and restaurants, Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops and the Old Nice where you will discover all the specialties local.
There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.
The train station is 15min walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

There is also a comfortable Queen size bed. An unfolding indoor palisade allows you to isolate the bed from the sitting area and gain privacy.

The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and WC.
There is also a washing machine.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

BALCONY:
You can also opt for your meals or breakfasts outside thanks to its balcony as well as its table and its chairs of outside.
