Beautiful Property

Super clean, beautifully decorated, perfect layout, rooms with beds + bunk beds a really nice touch. Jon, property manager, was awesome. Highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway with Some Noise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious and clean. The game room and garage provided lots of indoor entertainment. There were lots of outdoor amenities as well, including pool, spa, rope swing, slide, boat slip, and green space. The owners thought of everything when furnishing the place to include kitchenware, kitchen staples, games, books, water toys, etc. Two issues worth noting - the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and we had to buy ice. We contacted management about the issue but it wasn’t resolved during our stay. Also, there was a very large party next door and noise levels were unacceptably high with music blaring well past midnight. It was disappointing to see such lack of consideration for neighbors and this experience will make us reconsider renting this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just completed a week's stay with my family - 8 adults and 7 grandchildren (ages 9 - 15). Outstanding place for our group. We like water activities and there were plenty, both in the lake and in the pool. The lake and the pool were about the same temperature this time of the year and our family stayed in for hours. Renting boats and jet skis was easy and the kids loved it. Hill Country is not near any big cities, you won't step out quickly to nice restaurants, but the barbecue is everywhere and "legit" - and groceries are close by with good selection.. The property is in very good condition and any questions were had were answered quickly. It simply worked great for our family. We'd do it again for sure.

A+ Total Eclispe at Lakeshore Landing

Four couples who travel the world together met at this beautiful property to view the Total Solar eclipse. This was the perfect spot and the house felt like home for all of us as we arrived and settled in. Jon was so helpful pre-visit with a few questions about the home and the check in process was so easy and simple. He was so helpful and response for a few questions during our stay and we appreciated all of his help…such a nice guy! We grilled and made fabulous dinners together and had the perfect viewing spot for the eclipse on the top level of the lake side deck. The patio off the main level was a lovely spot for morning coffee overlooking the lake and for lingering in the evening over cocktails and memories of a fun weekend together. The beds were cozy and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us to relax together or have a quiet retreat in the spacious bedrooms. Simple drive from Austin and we had a fun day trip to Fredericksburg before enjoying the eclipse. Above all just loved relaxing at this lovely spot overlooking the lake in the Texas Hill Country.

Amazing !!!

The VRBO was amazing ! The pictures do not do it justice. It is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. Our entire family from age one to 66 had a great time. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool, jumping platform and slide on the dock, fishing, kayaks ,and paddle boards outside. On the inside the game room was enjoyed by all. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spaced well for privacy and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the outside grill area. We rented a pontoon boat and a wave runner from Splash boat rental that is close by. We liked that the water by the dock was deep and free of moss and weeds so we could enjoy swimming and not worry about hitting the bottom of our boat when parking it. The manager John did a great job making sure we knew he was available for anything we needed ,although we did not have any issues with anything while at the home. We had a great time and can not wait to return to this VRBO again.

Family Vacation at Lakeshore Landing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lakeshore Landing is an excellent property for a large family or friends gathering. We had 13 people and the house easily accommodated our needs. The property is very clean and exceptionally well stocked, better than any other short-term rental property we've stayed at. The pantry has many of the necessities that are often forgotten and the extra fridge in the laundry room makes handling the food and beverages for a large group easy. The game room is also a very nice touch with a pool table, shuffle board, poker table and arcade games. The pool area is very nice as the pool gets some shade during the day (we were there in June) as well as ample sun. There are ample chairs and umbrellas. Kayaks and a stand up paddle board are available for guest use. I also got the opportunity to meet Jon, the property manager, and he is a very nice guy and was responsive to any questions I had for him via text message. We have already reserved the property for our 2024 family vacation and very much look forward to using the space again.

Perfect family gathering place

This home had everything! Plenty of space to spread out inside and out. We especially appreciated the rooms that had king beds and built in bunks. It was a perfect arrangement for us and every bedroom had an en-suite . The kitchen had a full assortment of appliances and the best coffee set up. The kids loved the heated pool and had a blast on the water slide into the lake. All in all a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Fabulous house, highly recommend

The owner did a great job of making their guests feel at home with the extras (coffee, towels, Sonos, candies, etc). It was like staying at a friend’s house. We will definitely stay here again. 10 Stars!
