Convenient location to family in Boulder to visit. Grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the local park within a short walk. The walk to town is easy for groceries, Coffee, cute shops, restaurants in a very laid back environment.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that the location worked so well for visiting family in Boulder and that your grandkids enjoyed the nearby park. One of the things we love about this property is being able to enjoy the best of both worlds... a peaceful mountain setting while still being able to walk into town for coffee, groceries, restaurants, and local shops. We’re so glad you were able to enjoy that during your stay! Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another visit some time.

Fantastic House! Something for everyone!

This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!

Great house for family getaway!

The house is exactly as advertised, with a ton of activities for kids. We stayed here with my 3 5 7 year olds, as well as my parents, for a quick family vacation, and it was ideal for our needs. Super clean, tons of things to keep the kids occupied, and walking distance to everything in the little downtown area. Highly recommend!

Incredible location in a very comfortable hoise

We came to Nederland to hike and experience the town and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of little treats like extra slippers for inside, jackets for outside and snacks waiting on the table. House was a short walk into town and perfectly comfortable.
