Perfect location and great management company

The communication and service from Life in Paradise is top notch! They provided beach rental equipment and helped with a golf cart. This place has the perfect location and is incredibly spacious.

Family time

This was a wonderful space for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of room for all ten of us along with private areas for quiet times. The pool was awesome for the kids and the adults. The location is great and easy access to the beach and restaurants. All of us had a fantastic time!

Enjoyed our stay

Unit was clean except some dishes and utensils that were put away were still dirty. Unit is near the pool which is great when you have little ones that enjoy the pool.

Fantastic Stay

Although there are only 2 spots for vehicles, they have an area a couple blocks away to park if the over flow parking is full. The Condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The pool is very nice. The staff was on point! We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great PA Stay!

We enjoyed the spacious layout… 4 bedrooms were great with our family. Plenty of space when you needed a little space. Bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were awesome. Plenty of kitchen “stuff”. We really appreciated the abundance of trash bags, dishwasher tabs and Dawn.

Great property and location

The property was perfect with 3 king bedrooms and a kid's room with two sets of bunk beds. Perfect for a large group with adult couples. The pool was close and the kids loved the slide! Although we drove to the beach, it would have been an easy walk if we didn't have so much gear. And, it was only a little over a mile to town.

Perfect beach vacation!

This property was perfect for my family with 2 younger kids, my parents, grandma and uncle. Everyone had their own room and the shared space was very comfortable. Loved the ocean breezes on the balcony on the top floor! We rented a golf cart and highly recommend one! Made trips to the beach super easy. The pool was great too and very easy walking distance from the unit. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for us!!!

This was a last minute booking due to our extended spring break and everything was ready upon our arrival! This townhome has plenty of space and the floor plan was perfect with six teenagers and two adults! The location is great being close to town and the beach and the heated pool was an added bonus with the weather being in the low 70’s! We would definitely re-book!

Amazing stay close to the beach

We had 4 adults and 7 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone. It was very clean, they had a washer and dryer. I highly highly recommend to anyone going to the beach with friends or family. Pillows were super comfortable!! The pool was 10/10 warm water, spacious, they have a grill. Overall 10/10 my kids and family loved it. It was one for the books!!!

Cozy spacious place

Fit everyone well, liked that there were 3 masters with bathrooms and a few extra bathrooms. Would have been nice being able to use the garage, with the limited parking and being able to fit so many people. But it wasnt the worst thing to deal with. Overall great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From booking to check in to check out it was all seamless! Great communication by Life In Paradise and the townhome was the perfect set up for our 6 teenagers and two adults! Close to the beach, great heated pool steps away from the unit and plenty of space for us to spread out! Would definitely stay here again!

A Sunny Week in Port A

The weather during the week was very warm but the pool and the short walk to the Gulf provided relief for the family and friends. All bedrooms had private access to bathrooms keeping the kids separated from from the adults. The rooms were decorated nicely with ample storage and supplies. The location was near restaurants and shopping and the ferry was close enough to get to once on the island. Considering the time of year we traveled, the traffic was light driving around on the streets sharing the road with golf carts. All in all, a very nice and comfortable family vacation. Thank you for sharing your property.

Sand Fest Weekend

The condo was great. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space. The kids has a great time in the pool. There are three sets of stairs so keep that in mind! It was an ideal situation for us as there are 3 kings size beds and each room had its own bath…plus a half bath in the living area. Also there bunk beds were great for the kids. We were able to walk to the beach but it took about 15 minutes. It wasn’t a bad walk. We would stay there again and I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Great condo

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, perfect layout for our family (3 family units). Loved having a highchair. Wish there had been a pack'n play so we didn't have to haul one. Wish there had been an ironing board to go with the iron. The back patio was terribly overgrown with weeds, so we didn't go outside to enjoy it....it really needs some maintainence . Also, the dryer left some sort of oily stain on our clothes and ate 3 of the kids shorts, they got hung up in the internal part of the dryer... so be careful!! The pool is amazing for the kids!! We wanted to rebook for next year, but the price had doubled :( It was a great spot for our family.

Great pool and communication with Management!

We stayed three nights at this property and thoroughly loved the location and the pool. It was the largest house we’ve ever stayed in so we all fit comfortably, but just be aware this seems to be an investment property rather than someone’s vacation home they rent out. The beds are awful, some remotes and lightbulbs were missing, doors were either stuck or would open if not locked, and the furniture and accoutrements are all super cheap. BUT they had BOTH a Kuerig and a coffee maker. And surprisingly, there was an air fryer. Oh, and the fridge has an ice maker which was a nice addition. All that said, we didn’t spend much time in the house because it’s around the corner from the beach and the pool has an awesome slide. There is a garage but it was too small for any of our vehicles or the extended golf cart we had. A two seater would fit though. I had a couple issues arise (none pertaining to the safety of the property) but the management company was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again, and this one if we have 10 people again.
