Bra läge i hjärtat av Johnson City.

Andelslägenhet bredvid East Tennessee State University och mycket nära Veteran's Administration och Johnson City Medical Center. Bara några minuter från centrum eller norr om Johnson City. 6 mil till centrum av Jonesborough och berättelsesfestivalen. 32 kilometer till Bristol Motor Speedway.

HVAC ersattes för ett år sedan. Det är ett radhus utan krusiduller (ingen pool eller tennisbanor, garage etc.). Lägenhetsföreningen håller på att göra lite exteriörsarbete och landskapsarkitektur, så saker är lite nakna på utsidan. Insidan är dock mycket ren och bekväm.

Detta är ett mycket säkert och mestadels lugnt område. Det är nära campus, så ibland blir studenter bullriga, men mina grannar är mycket artiga och artiga. Jag har alltid känt mig väldigt säker där.

Jag har två parkeringsplatser. Om det behövs ytterligare utrymmen kan jag vanligtvis ordna med en av mina grannar.

Small yet spacious

Nice Stay

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The owner seems to care about his guests. The property was clean and well furnished with supplies, including a nice gift basket with snacks and water. My only complaint was the noisy beds. They slept fine but any movement caused squeaks. Also, both bedrooms are upstairs and we had to supervise my elderly mother on the rather steep stairs. These are minor issues and we really liked the property. It is very convenient to ETSU and that was great.

Homey charm! Clean and spacious!

Perfect spot to unwind. Close to ETSU. Great location to Buffalo Mountain and the local breweries. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back deck for breakfast, office check in and drinks. . Johnny was personable and welcoming!

Very Clean

The property was as described and possibly the cleanest vrbo we’ve rented. We enjoyed the back deck and games provided. The apartment is close to groceries and restaurants. We appreciated the welcome basket as well as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and the like, which not all rentals include. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were protected by a plastic cover (which I completely understand why) which made the beds very hot. Other than that, our stay safe as perfect. Thank you!

Great townhouse!

The townhouse was very clean, with lovely interior decorating. Everything we could want was supplied in the unit, and a welcome basket full of goodies awaited us on arrival. There is a creek behind the unit with geese, which we enjoyed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our long weekend stay here. We came down for the NASCAR race at Bristol and the place was a short half hour drive. The owners had great communication and I would recommend people to stay here.

Family Reunion

We needed a place that would allow us and some family in East TN to have some time together. The unit is centrally located for easy access to dining and other amenities plus it was the right size for family to sit around and play games or just visit.

Good for the quick trip

Comfortable and clean

This condo is comfortable and clean. Great location close to ETSU, shopping and restaurants. Host answered our questions quickly. Easy keypad check in. Nice amenities including a coffee maker and toaster, large screen TV and parking right outside the home.
