Great Property

Booked a "girls weekend" of older women and this property was ideal. Large common areas, lots of bedrooms, and everything you would need in the kitchen.Also great communication from our host. Thanks Rick!

Great for Mini Family Reunion

We stayed at Richard's property for a small family reunion of sorts and could not be happier with the experience. The home is beautiful and spacious. There are ample rooms and beds and a place for everyone to gather or do their own thing. The proximity to Ogunquit was also key. Especially liked being able to cook a family dinner and be together at the large dining room table. We are going to make this an annual trip and will definitely book again!

We booked "steps from the Cliff House" to attend a wedding on Saturday. Perfect location!! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great house for the weekend

The hosts were very helpful and communicative, and check-in was easy. The house was beautiful and had gorgeous views on the main floor where we all were hanging out. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect stay. Rick’s house is nicely updated with a stunning view. The whole house is windows and the deck is so relaxing. The neighborhood is so safe and so quiet, perfect for taking a stroll around the area. The Cliff House resort is right up the hill, with easy access to restaurants and coffee.

Beautiful home on gorgeous property

We loved everything about our stay: the view of the ocean, the restaurants at the resort, the proximity to Ogunquit, the size and comfort of the house. The kitchen is very well-appointed--a real plus for those of us who enjoy cooking. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This house was incredible! We stayed the weekend while attending a wedding at the Cliff House and it was so close to walk to! Great communication with property manager which made checking in/out super easy. The house was very clean and the views of the ocean were breath taking.

Amazing location, views, and host

We stayed here for a wedding at the cliff house. The proximity to the cliff house was perfect for myself and my extended family to easily get to all the pre-wedding festivities and the wedding itself. We loved our early mornings on the deck listening to the ocean. Rick was extremely easy to communicate with and made the process seamless. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful family managed home is located on the Cliff House Resort and offers a great getaway, quaint location for your family gathering with sweeping views of the ocean!
We have owned property in York for 30 years and have been doing rentals virtually from the beginning. This is our 4th house in the rental pool. So very experienced owners.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Expansive views of the Maine Coast from every room and a huge newly enlarged fully furnished (seasonal) porch to enjoy and take it all in! Not to mention all the walking trails near by! House is on a single lane dead end private road perfect for ocean view walks.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Steps to Cliff House Resort! Ocean living at it's best! We get many questions about access to the ocean or beach. The resort has a steel access staircase down to the ocean. Its a rocky shoreline, no beach. Easy access but not really a swim area. There is no beach, several beaches are about a 5 minute drive, pay parking. Also you can use resort restaurants, breakfast coffee shop, bars, spa, walking paths. However not the resort pools. Nor unfortunately do they offer day passes. We offer flexible booking options not the standard 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
