Great location and comfy beds

Although it was an older property, it suited our needs well - four 60 women who like to eat, shop and explore. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush and plentiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all we wanted to do. Nothing fancy but was everything we needed.

Family visit

The location was close to highways so it was easy to get around, yet it was a quiet oasis. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each nights rest. The beds were super comfy!

Family Mini Vaca

We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house!

Family Time

The location was perfect. It was quaint and charming and close to family members. Being at the end of the cul de sac was quiet and very refreshing with all the beautiful trees. Big backyard and a nice deck. The beds were comfortable. Nice size kitchen with a big refrigerator and well stocked. TVs in each bedroom and a large tv in the living room.

Spring break family trip

The home is in a nice safe area. Right next to a walking trail. Convenient to downtown Kansas City. The home has everything you need to cook, etc. The host is very responsive.

Cute house!

This house is in a perfect location close to so many restaurant, shops and activities. Downtown KC was just a short drive. Our family had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk bed.

Great cozy little house

Perfect place for a weekend stay. Vanessa is a great host and the house is well stocked with essentials. Tight fit if you have a big family but was good for us and our two little ones. Close to all the kid friendly attractions of KC. It you're a light sleeper the master bedroom can be a little loud due to the close proximity to the highway, but didn't bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet Comfort

What a cute house at the end of a quiet street yet still with easy access to a couple of highways. We loved seeing all of the bunnies and fireflies. The kitchen is well-stocked compared to most places and the property manager was great about checking in to make sure our trip was perfect.

A perfect holiday getaway

My son (now 15) and I moved to Kansas a few years ago because I wanted him to be in one of the best school districts with teachers who cared about his success. A few of our favorite things to do are to make memories and build. Whether that's watching hilarious cat videos on YouTube before bed or building a Star Wars lego set non-stop for 6 hours on the weekend.

You are probably thinking, "Why does this matter to me?" It matters because providing the space that others will make lasting memories is meaningful to us. It also helps us build the legacy we dream about for our small family.

We trust that during your stay you will love and care for this home as much as we do.

There are so many reasons why this property is perfect for your group. This is not a cheap, throw-it-together rental. High quality beds, furniture, decor, towels and even the patio doors was carefully selected to ensure the best possible experience. We may not be the cheapest option, but we strive to deliver on quality, aesthetics, and ease of communication.
