VÄrt hem Àr i grunden nytt och ÄterstÀllas för att vara en bekvÀm och avkopplande stÀlle att bo. Allt Àr öppet vilket Àr bra för underhÄllande och bara njuta av öppenhet platsen. Köket har helt nya GE profil apparater med granit bÀnkskivor och en underbar köksö med fyra stolar att sitta vid besök eller laga mat. Kaminen Àr en gas sex brÀnnare med en grill i mitten. Golven Àr alla lövtrÀd utom master badrum som Àr marmor. Matsalen sitter Ätta bekvÀmt och har tvÄ blad för att lÀgga till mer utrymme. Hemmet har tvÄ sittplatser, en med bekvÀma armless stolar och den andra med en ny sektions och tvÄ andra bekvÀma stolar. Det rummet har en helt ny smart 65 "Smart Samsung tv. Av detta rum Àr en halv bad. BefÀlhavaren badet har ett marmorgolv och bredvid det Àr en garderob med helt ny full storlek tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny king size minne toppade gel madrass och en 43 "Smart tv. GÀsten sovrummet har en dag sÀng med en trissa och en dubbel (xl) sÀng med en annan minnes gel toppade madrass. Vi har inte skytt nÄgra kostnader att göra detta hem sÄ vacker och bekvÀm som möjligt.
Vi Àr bara 10-15 minuter frÄn plaza och bara fem minuter frÄn Ikea. Vi Àr ocksÄ mycket nÀra Legends som har fotbollsstadion och banan. Det finns sÄ mÄnga restauranger som finns i nÀrheten.

We have stayed at this nice home 4 times now, always in the summer while visiting family and friends. It is a great place to stay, roomy and comfortable. The owner, Debbie is very attentive and just plain nice.

Wonderful in every way

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and close to the city (we were visiting my daughter who lives in downtown KC). Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well-equipped and we loved the screened-in sun porch in the mornings. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

Excellent location!!!

Quite peaceful neighborhood with huge trees. Close to everything we needed. The property had all the necessary essentials. We felt right at home. This be our go to place to stay when we are in KS to visit family.

I’m using that title because I really enjoyed the decor in this house. I was able to get my walking in as the neighborhood is very walkable and friendly. The house was CLEAN - which was amazing. The house is “smart” which was an added treat. The instructions, check-in/out process was excellent and top tier!

The house is as pictured. Easy to book. Nice appliances. However, the odor in the home is nauseating. It smelled of soured old socks, unclean dog and mildew. Within an hour, our eyes were watering and our sinuses were burning. It might have the presence black mold because the odor and physical issues we had are symptomatic of black mold. We left within 2 hours as we were becoming more ill from whatever is in the house. The small air cleaner was filthy indicating the filters had not been replaced in quite awhile. There was long hair piled on a seat in one of the chairs. The couch was worn out and smelled of soured dog. The garage was cluttered with barely enough room for a car. The owner of this home needs to have it inspected for black mold, as it could make someone seriously ill if they were to stay longer than we did. The owner refunded our money. I would not leave a review about this but I feel the home is a potential health hazard to people and animals. It needs immediate attention from a qualified environmental professional who specializes in residential mold infestation.

Cozy & Quiet Accommodation

Host was excellent, great communication before and during the stay! Check-in was extremely easy. The property is in a very quiet area, but still close to most major attractions. There are plenty of amenities available on the property, which made my stay very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place

Great place, perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 kids. Open floor plan suited us, a feeling of warmth here too. Good location near Mission downtown and access to both routes to south and to KC downtown. We hope to stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

We loved the house, it was spacious and very clean. It is located very nicely as it close to so many amenities and restaurants. We had a great time and if we return to Kansas we would love staying here again!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay! It was so nice to have a relaxing place to come back to and to be able to spread out with our kiddos having their own room. During a chaotic week, it was a great and peaceful place to come back to!

Nice rental! Wheelchair access.

We liked the open floor plan, the big kitchen, and the king bed in the main bedroom. Because one member of our party uses a wheelchair for mobility the ramp in the garage was super helpful. The rental was close to shopping and our family. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Would rent again!

My husband and I own several rental houses and a place in Florida on the beach. We like to travel and stay in vacation rentals when we do travel. We stayed in one for a month a few years ago in Houston when my husband was getting treatment at MD Anderson. It made such a big difference on our stress level. The house was owned by our mother and is named after. We love this picture and think it looks like Katharine Hepburn

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property to keep after our mother passed away. We loved the lot and the quietness of the neighborhood. It is an older neighborhood but safe and very easy to get to the major parts of the city. The plaza, race track, Legends and much more is so easy to get to from our place. Plus there is so many restaurants nearby.
