Vårt hem är i grunden nytt och återställas för att vara en bekväm och avkopplande ställe att bo. Allt är öppet vilket är bra för underhållande och bara njuta av öppenhet platsen. Köket har helt nya GE profil apparater med granit bänkskivor och en underbar köksö med fyra stolar att sitta vid besök eller laga mat. Kaminen är en gas sex brännare med en grill i mitten. Golven är alla lövträd utom master badrum som är marmor. Matsalen sitter åtta bekvämt och har två blad för att lägga till mer utrymme. Hemmet har två sittplatser, en med bekväma armless stolar och den andra med en ny sektions och två andra bekväma stolar. Det rummet har en helt ny smart 65 "Smart Samsung tv. Av detta rum är en halv bad. Befälhavaren badet har ett marmorgolv och bredvid det är en garderob med helt ny full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny king size minne toppade gel madrass och en 43 "Smart tv. Gästen sovrummet har en dag säng med en trissa och en dubbel (xl) säng med en annan minnes gel toppade madrass. Vi har inte skytt några kostnader att göra detta hem så vacker och bekväm som möjligt.
Vi är bara 10-15 minuter från plaza och bara fem minuter från Ikea. Vi är också mycket nära Legends som har fotbollsstadion och banan. Det finns så många restauranger som finns i närheten.

We have stayed at this nice home 4 times now, always in the summer while visiting family and friends. It is a great place to stay, roomy and comfortable. The owner, Debbie is very attentive and just plain nice.

Excellent location!!!

Quite peaceful neighborhood with huge trees. Close to everything we needed. The property had all the necessary essentials. We felt right at home. This be our go to place to stay when we are in KS to visit family.

Great place

Great place, perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 kids. Open floor plan suited us, a feeling of warmth here too. Good location near Mission downtown and access to both routes to south and to KC downtown. We hope to stay here again.

Cozy & Quiet Accommodation

Host was excellent, great communication before and during the stay! Check-in was extremely easy. The property is in a very quiet area, but still close to most major attractions. There are plenty of amenities available on the property, which made my stay very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home. Wonderful, caring owner.

This was a perfect setting for us ... My wife, two small doxies and me. The house is nicely appointed with modern appliances and furnishings. The location is quiet. And the Owners are extremely helpful. Couldn't ask for more!

KU Med Treatment

We spent a week here while receiving treatment at KU Med and Westwood Cancer Center. This was the perfect location. It was very clean and very updated. We loved the neighborhood for walks and talked to several neighbors. We felt very safe. Debbie was very quick to resolve an issue we had with the tv. Coming over immediately to help us solve the problem. Highly recommend this property. Target and Hy-vee are very close as well.

May 11th 2016- 4 Night Stay

This house has everything and is located in perfect spot. Easy access to the city and all freeways. Debbie and her husband have created a nice little getaway that has all the modern amenities. My family of five stayed for 4 nights and accommodations pampered us. You will not be disappointed. We will be back again as we love the home. Thank you Debbie!! Jeff

Wonderful home away from home!

Home is attractive, wonderfully cozy, and comfortable. Close to shopping and attractions. Well set up for entertaining a large crowd. Appreciated having outdoor space in the enclosed porch. Loved having most of the kitchen equipment needed to cook for a large crowd. Would suggest some more Tupperware, toys for children, dinnerware for children, and towels. We will be returning to this property as Debbie is very easy to work with and checked in with us during our stay. Thanks again!

Didn't meet our expectations on safety. The bathtub was very slippery with no grab bar.

The rugs throughout were a tripping and slipping hazard. The king size bed was very uncomfortable and made nosey sounds every time we moved.

You won't be dissapointed - I promise!

My husband and I come to KC often to visit family and friends and we usually try to rent a home rather than a cramped hotel room. When this new property came up on VRBO, we booked it for our February visit. The home is in a quiet, established neighborhood, not far from shopping, dining and major highways. Inside it is very comfortable and there is plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need for preparing a meal and the king-sized bed in the master is very comfortable. We just love all the finishes and the attention to detail in the decor, we enjoyed staying in this house so much, we have booked it for a future visit! Great stay in KC

This is an older home in a quiet neighborhood with a completely updated interior that is incredible. It was perfect for my family of four. Having a separate bedroom for the kids as well as a powder room made this stay very comfortable. If you like to cook, you will love this kitchen (the appliances are fantastic and I wanted to bring the stove home with me). The kids enjoyed the games that were provided as well as the Netflix. The owner was also very helpful and on top of things. Our first night there, Debbie discovered that the heat wasn't working. She immediately provided extra blankets and a space heater, but we didn't need them because her husband fixed the thermostat before we ever got back to the house for the evening. We will definitely stay her again.

Great central location!

We found the perfect place for our stay while we were in KC for our son's wedding. It's easy to get to highways and grocery stores. Key features we needed were dog-friendly, king bed, workable kitchen, and outdoor grill. This house had them all - and more! The kitchen could not have been better with new appliances and lots of light. The house has a great open floor plan, plenty of seating, lovely furnishings, comfortable beds and laundry space. The outside of the house is pretty plain but we were there for the interior features! It is in a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks for dog-walking. Deb, the owner, was great with communications! And since she loves to cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware, gadgets, appliances, and everything I needed for our 8-day stay. Check out the photos and video-tour - they are spot on and provide a good sense of this awesome house!

Wonderful in every way

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and close to the city (we were visiting my daughter who lives in downtown KC). Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well-equipped and we loved the screened-in sun porch in the mornings. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

I’m using that title because I really enjoyed the decor in this house. I was able to get my walking in as the neighborhood is very walkable and friendly. The house was CLEAN - which was amazing. The house is “smart” which was an added treat. The instructions, check-in/out process was excellent and top tier!

Graduation Visit

My husband and I came to KC for our grandkids' HS graduation, grad reception, and to do some work around daughter's house. We stayed five nights here. The location was perfect for getting to and from SMNHS and daughter's house. It was also near grocery stores, eating places, and church. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home to stay in. The home is exactly as pictured in the description. Everything was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was wonderful very well equipped with anything we needed to host a few close family members for take-out dinners. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. It reminded us of the screened in porch the kids had growing up, so it was a perfect place to sit with the family, visit, and reminisce. Our host, Debbie, was super easy to communicate with and even let us get in the house a little early. I would definitely recommend this house for any time you come to KC for a get-away. Nice rental! Wheelchair access.

We liked the open floor plan, the big kitchen, and the king bed in the main bedroom. Because one member of our party uses a wheelchair for mobility the ramp in the garage was super helpful. The rental was close to shopping and our family. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Would rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place had everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in patio. Next time we're in town, I'll hope this house is available!

My husband and I own several rental houses and a place in Florida on the beach. We like to travel and stay in vacation rentals when we do travel. We stayed in one for a month a few years ago in Houston when my husband was getting treatment at MD Anderson. It made such a big difference on our stress level. The house was owned by our mother and is named after. We love this picture and think it looks like Katharine Hepburn

We chose this property to keep after our mother passed away. We loved the lot and the quietness of the neighborhood. It is an older neighborhood but safe and very easy to get to the major parts of the city. The plaza, race track, Legends and much more is so easy to get to from our place. Plus there is so many restaurants nearby.
