Villa med 2 sovrum på södra stranden, så nära havet att du känner att du nästan är i det!

Det är en privat villa vid havet med direkt tillgång till vatten. Det ligger på South Shore i ett lugnt läge så att du verkligen kan komma ifrån allt. Grace Bay och alla bekvämligheter, restauranger, kasino och barer ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa bort så att du kan få det bästa från båda världar. Med Long Bay Beach i närheten (mindre än 1/2 mil) har du verkligen alla alternativ du kan begära!

Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet har en öppen planlösning, med en skjutdörr på 16 fot som ger dig panoramautsikt över havet. Skjutreglaget öppnar ut mot ett utomhusdäck och uteservering med grill.
Köket har allt du behöver, med helt nya rostfria apparater.

Det finns två stora, bekväma sovrum med eget badrum, båda med havsutsikt och gott om utrymme i garderoben.

Villan ligger nära Leeward Marina och bara 5 minuters bilresa till Grace Bay Beach och Grace Bay Road där gästerna hittar restauranger, mat och underhållning. Platsen är sensationell, utomhusområdet är underbart och boytan är otrolig. Vi är glada över renoveringen och hoppas att du och din familj skapar fantastiska minnen under semestern!

The amenities were fabulous, the property managers were wonderful, and the views from every room were BREATHTAKING!! And just when you think it can't get any better, you notice there is a private dock that you can use for kayaking, snorkeling or just playing in the crystal clear water! We loved everything about this property, so much that we were booking our next visit, before we left!!

Amazing property with stunning views

This property couldn't have been more beautiful. The views are stunning overlooking the water, the La Familia ship and part of the Long Bay. The house is modern, well decorated with windows making it very light. The best part is the balcony where we spent most of the time besides the beach. Its only an 8 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach. There are some kayaks, beach chairs and an umbrella You can also kayak to the floating bar and the wrecked ship from the stairs that lead to the water. The host was very accomodating and responsive

Right on the water and remote

House was great just like pictured. It is on the water but very remote on unpaved street and you will need a car. Views of the water are the best thing about this stay. Host needs to improve the communication with the guests. Check-in instructions were sent in after I called the host the day before check-in. HOST TOTALLY IGNORED OUR MESSAGE FOR THE MISSING CUSHIONS FOR THE OUTDOOR SET WHICH WAS USED FOR SUNBATHING. WE SIMPLY LOUNGED ON HARD UNCOMFORTABLE WICKER. No hot water the day of arrival but it was fixed the next day. Host should ensure proper inspection of all amenities before guests arrival.

Villa = Top Notch/Secluded/Scenic/Nicely Appointed

Upon arrival to the villa, we were especially pleased with the privacy. The location was far enough away from the main roads, but close enough to everything we wanted to enjoy. A GREAT deal of time in the mornings and evenings was spent just relaxing on the deck, watching the gentle waves just beneath us (and a ~5ft. shark foraging for some vittles). 😁 The home was very inviting for simply enjoying times of conversation as well as times of peaceful reflection...the beautiful water and views greatly enhanced moments of stillness and reflecting in thought. The accommodations included everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee mugs (important!), cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc., We were able to cook a nice breakfast one morning and reheat restaurant leftovers using available ovenware and aluminum foil. SUMMARY: The villa was stupendous! Although the hosts are kind enough to provide beach gear (chairs, umbrellas mats) -- we found it easier to simply rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beaches we visited. We visited Grace Bay and Sopadilla Bay beaches. Grace Bay Beach (access next to Ritz Carlton) Rent 2 chairs/umbrella for $30 weekdays/$50 weekends Sopadilla Bay Beach Rent 2 chairs/umbrella for $40 ***Very calm and beautiful waters **Be sure and research grocery, restaurant and gas prices in advance. Everything was MUCH higher than we expected. BUT... when we're on Vacay, we're on Vacay. "Prices" stopped NOTHING. 😁

Fantastic place

We loved this property. It was close to town so not a far drive to get to restaurants, beaches, casino, etc (you will definitely need a car). There is direct access to the ocean (via stairs down a hill, there is no beach here) and there are kayaks and paddle boards that you are free to use. The deck to the house is very close to the water and the view is amazing. I’ve never seen such beautiful, blue water. There are beach towels and beach chairs you can use. The hosts, who live next door, quickly responded when we had an issue with rain water. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous Views of Long Bay!

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for two couples. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The owners were a delight and were very easy attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Great Location and View

The house was very much as described in the listing. View is incredible and location is convenient. Hosts are very helpful and respond quickly. The actual living area is quite small but adequate for our needs. The location was close enough to Grace Bay and several beaches, and not that far from the airport. Definitely need a car if staying here. The house was clean and ready for us. One of the screens on the sliding glass doors came off its track, but the owner responded immediately and took care of it right away. The beds were comfortable and the showers great. Only problem we encountered was that we couldn't get the bedrooms warm enough at night and could not find any extra blankets. But paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, towels, etc were all provided and greatly appreciated. Also, want to thank our gracious hosts for the delicious coconut pie they gave us one night. One of the highlights of our dining!!! Over all, highly recommend this airb&b!

Coastal Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay in Paul and Jerina's beach cottage. The location is fantastic, Long Bay is tremendously beautiful and we enjoyed amazing sunrises directly at the water's edge. There is easy access to snorkeling, kayaking and SUP from the dock. The house is very clean, comfortable, and perfect for staying on TCI. You'll need to rent a car (grace bay rentals is easy). There's no walkable restaurants or stores, but a few minutes gets you within anything on the island. Definitely check out North and Middle Caicos (take the ferry and rent a car) to go explore Mudjin's Harbor and Bambarra Beach. Paul even shared swordfish with us the night we arrived. Terrific communication and we will definitely be back!

Girls Trip!

This Villa was exactly what we wanted and needed. The views of the water were incredible and was a nice quiet place to retreat to when the day was winding down. Even though it is on Long Bay, it was a easy and quick trip to the Grace Bay side of the world. We visited the whole island, up and down - side to side and then went to the North and Middle Caicos islands! I loved the comfort of the villa and the convenience of a washer/dryer and comfortable beds! Looking forward to our next trip!!

We loved every minute!!!

Don’t hesitate to book this property!! It is the perfect location on the island! We loved the beautiful house and the fact that it is right on the water!! We were able to kayak and also snorkeled off the 2 reefs right in the “backyard.” We enjoyed the sunrises every morning from the porch, taking in the amazing views. It is a great location and allowed us to explore the entire island! We were sad to have to leave but so thankful to have stayed at the amazing property!!

Prov in Panorama

We arrived in Prov as a segway to Grand Turk. The listing was exactly as described and more. The villa is situated on raised rocky bank with a walk down to the water. Panoramic views of the ocean are visible throughout. The villa is set-up to encourage socializing with a large open living/dining/kitchen area and amazing views throughout. Both bedrooms were perfectly sized with ensure bathrooms. The villa is well appointed and the host stocked the villa with essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent , paper towel, salt and pepper, etc. There are two paddle boards for your use, but the winds were too strong throughout our stay. The balcony surrounds the villa with lovely sitting areas and a BBQ for your use. While we hit some off and on again weather, the villa was a short drive to Grace Bay Beach as well as convince stores and grocery stores. It is very well situated. The host resides on the adjacent property and was responsive during our stay. We detected a security breach with one of the sliding patio doors which was remedied immediately upon notifying the host. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting T&C. Great location, gorgeous place and responsive host.

Amazing location

We spent a full week with the kids and words can’t describes how amazing this house and specially the location is. We have rented houses all over the Carribeans and this is one of our favorite. The location is so quiet and peaceful, the bay in front of the house amazing. Kids went paddle boarding daily almost a mile out with no worries. The color of the water is like no whee else. Snorkeling is amazing. We saw almost daily sea turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks and more. Beaches, grocery store and restaurants all with 5-10 minutes. The house is new, very comfortable, clean with an amazing view of the water. Everything was working properly with beach chairs and extra snorkeling gear. The host were great and really responsive. We’ll be back for sure!!!

Best Place in Provo to Stay -- Look No Further

The best place I've stayed in Provo (been on island 10 times). Your Hosts: Jerina and Paul are gracious hosts and you cannot find nicer people to rent from. Inquiries are quickly responded and everything is done to make your stay a great one. The Property: The property itself is stunning. It is the best place I've rented on island. Excellently decorated, it is a modern, minimal decor that is still warm and organic with its judicious use of warm woodlike tile and soothing white furniture and walls. Ceilings are cathedral and at night, you can dim them to the point that they are almost the same luminescence as the starry sky outside. The main room is open concept kitchen, dining and living room, and there are two bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and provided me the best night's sleep I've had in ages. This unit also features the most incredible amount of storage with an entire wall storage unit in each bedroom providing shelving, hanging and drawer options to store your clothing. You cannot possibly run out of storage. The place also features an outdoor wrap-around "L" deck with a BBQ, dining table (seating for 4 but extendable), 2 long chairs, 4 bar/high chairs and a high table to enjoy you breakfast coffee and late afternoon glass of wine. This is accessed by an enormous set of patio doors. It would be fair to say that half of the wall facing the ocean is glass from floor to ceiling, offering views that will leave your jaw dropped. The views are equally stunning from the bedroom, the sink and the oven. There is no bad view. View: You are 10 feet (if that) from the water's edge. All you see and hear is the water lapping on the iron-shore. It feels like you are on a yacht at sea rather than on land. Exceptionally private with no noise, no foot traffic. You can wade in the turquoise waters all day and not see another person. It is the pinnacle of peace and quiet. Also makes for a fun place to snorkel. You will not find a better view in Provo. Location: easily accessible off of leeward highway, you are a 1 minute drive from the ferries should you choose to visit North & Middle Caicos for the day. You are also 2-3 minutes from the Seven Stars roundabout where you can access the grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Kitesurf: You can see Long Bay to the right and see when the kites are moving, and only 2 minutes to the Shore Club beach access. Until then, relax on the deck!

We have been living the in Turks & Caicos for over 10 years now. Our dear friends lived in this villa for years and has always been our favourite spot on island. When we had the opportunity to buy it, we jumped at it and feel so lucky to be the owners of this very special spot. Not only does it have the most amazing views, we have a lot of history with this villa, before we were the lucky owners. I had my bachelorette party here, my sister got married here and we have spent Christmas here with family. It truly is a special spot and we invite you to enjoy it.

Every room has expansive ocean views. It is in a quiet residential area but yet, everything from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches are only minutes drive away. A truly special spot to appreciate the wonders of the ocean, marvel in the various shades of blue. The sun rises in front of the villa and it is the most peaceful time to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
