Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. However, as this is all about island living, the rest of the Poolhouse embraces an indoor/outdoor patio and pool lifestyle, so the kitchen, dining, and living areas do not have AC.

Suitable for guests 25 years of age and older.

Please note that this property isn’t specifically designed for children or infants, as there is no gate or fence around the pool. However, if you’d like to discuss exceptions, feel free to reach out to the owner's team via the VRBO app in advance.

We love the Islands and have a home near the Poolhouse. Grace Bay Beach is an amazing, beautiful beach with white sands and incredible water sports.
