Slice of heaven!

Pool house by the beach was perfect for our family of 4. And within a 3 minute walk of Bight Reef! We felt totally safe, and Judy’s staff took care of every detail. We can’t thank you enough for an amazing memorable vacation!!

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this property. The owners were very kind and the place was just as listed. We were very close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the islands and restaurants very close to our place. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing family Turks beach holiday

Came with wife and 4 year old and we all had an amazing stay. Modern property with full amenities that comes fully as advertised. Very available owners who live nearby. We loved the pool. The beautiful Bight beach is a short stroll from the property.Definitely planning on returning next year.

Really lovely place, perfect place to stay near coral gardens that has tons of fish to see snorkeling and also when you book a boat tour they pick up right there, kind and communicative hosts, refreshing pool after the beach, plenty of hot water that never runs out with cool AC! Beachside bliss!

Our stay at the poolhouse by the beach was nothing short of fantastic. The location was perfect for beach lovers, and the amenities provided made our holiday both comfortable and memorable. The place was fully stocked and Judy and team were nearby to make sure we had everything we needed just in case. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

Paradise Poolhouse by the Beach

This was the perfect space for my daughter (15), mother (78) and me (50). The property is peaceful and very well cared for. A short walk to quiet part of the beach and easy drive to sights, shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year!

We had a fantastic time at The pool house, it was perfect for two couples. The home is private and the pool is larger than it appears in the photos. Highly recommend the Blue Water Bistro, and Mango Reef Restaurant & Bar. But we mostly cooked for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. The IGA nearby has a small but fresh selection of local fish. Snorkeling off the beach nearby is very good. There is a more quiet area to snorkel with shallow water just 150 yards east of Coral Gardens, but you do need pay attention to boats as they can come close to the beach. We also recommend Babalua Beach, Smith Beach, and North Bay beach. Judy was very accommodating and was a treat to chat with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Poolhouse by the Beach

This rental has everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation. So many amazing things about this property. The pool was perfect! Someone came daily around 7-730 to clean the pool, they weren’t a bother at all. This rental has ample beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, 3 beach chairs and a hard sided cooler. It is a 4-5 minute walk from exiting the property to having your feet in the sand (WITH a 3 and 7 year old and all of our stuff). The rental was SO clean!! Plenty of bath towels, hand and face towels. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning works great and will cool off the kitchen area if the sliding doors to the screened in porch area is closed. We did not cook, but there is everything you need including plenty of dishware, pots and pans to cook. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, a clean dish sponge and soap, and toilet paper included. Full bottles of shampoo and conditioner provided in addition to a full bar of soap. Quality washer and dryer. I only needed to contact Judy once during our stay, but she was very responsive. I contacted her multiple times since booking and she always responded quickly which is a huge bonus. I could not say anything bad about this place if I tried and we cannot wait to come back! 10/10!!

Beautiful home and location

A beautiful home and a perfect location for enjoying the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. Judy was a thoughtful and considerate host. Kitchen was outfitted with all the necessary amenities and more. Private pool and landscaped yard was a peaceful retreat in the heat of the day.

Home away from home

What a great little place by the beach. Judy was so accommodating and helpful. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is actually bigger and the house is bigger than it looks. It is very convenient to walk to the beach where the best snorkeling on the island is located. We can’t say enough great things about this place! We really enjoyed our stay.

Paradise

This was our first trip to TCI and we absolutely loved it! The Beach House is centrally located to all options along the island. The best part is, you are a 5 min walk to the most beautiful water and beach. We have been all over the world and the water at Grace Bay is #1. The home has all the essentials you need for a stay. Its clean and its fresh. The pool is a nice option to take a dip in the evening. Judy was a gracious host and we were very happy.

Perfect! Perfect!

We just completed a perfect Providenciales vacation at Judy’s Cottage by the Beach. She and her daughter Amanda have provided everything you will need for a perfect stay. The location is a short walk to perfectly beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The favorite part of our stay was enjoying the perfect patio and pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Every morning we had breakfast outside by the pool and swam many times after returning from our island adventures. Our favorite adventure was the Caribbean Cruisin Clear Kayak Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island Tour. For excellent snorkeling, Bight Reef is to the left as you reach the beach. We rented a car from highly recommended Grace Bay Car Rental. The pickup and return process is superior to the other car rental options. Besides spending time at Grace Bay Beach, we visited many of the other beautiful Providenciales beaches, including perfectly peaceful Taylor Bay Beach and Hidden Beach. For restaurants, you can walk to Windsong Resort on the beach for sunset dining at Dune. Next to Windsong is Somewhere Cafe for Mexican food. We also drove to other restaurants, our favorites being da Conch Shack, Mr. Grouper, Mango Reef, and Bugaloos. Don’t miss experiencing the Fish Fry on Thursday evening, and go early to avoid the long lines for food and cocktails. If you are looking for a quiet and private alternative to the large expensive resorts, the Cottage by the Beach is the perfect place for you.

From the time we arrived until our departure everything was perfect. Judy was by far the best host that I've ever dealt with! She made my daughter and I feel super comfortable! Pool house trip

Private Pool was beautifully clean, private lush garden all around the property. Walking distance to best snorkeling in Grace Bay. House came with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, stocked kitchen that we were about to cook most meals. Comfortable beds with tv in each room to watch movies at night as a family, air conditioning worked great to keep bedrooms cool to sleep. Judy, property manager available at anytime and helpful suggesting restaurants and things to do since living on island for 20+ years. Would highly recommend for a family or 2 couples traveling together

THE BEST

The Pool House by the Beach was THE BEST experience. The property owner is LOVELY. The property is perfectly appointed, clean, bright, comfortable. Having the private pool is an enormous perk. The beach is truly a 2 minute walk. There are restaurants in walking distance. She has a water cooler!!!! In the islands, that is amazing, no water bottles. I cannot say enough good. I already booked again for later in the year. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Excellent stay with our young children

We came with our 2 year old and 2 month old and were so happy with this property and host. Given their ages, it was amazing to be a short walk to the beach but to also have the private pool to enjoy with our toddler (and during their afternoon naps - much better than being stuck with them in a cold, dark hotel room). We brought our own travel cribs, monitors and child proofing for electrical outlets. The doors to the pool locked so we could rest assured that our toddler couldn’t get out there without us. Judy was an amazing host, always making sure we had what we need and taking special interest in our kids. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, family or not!

Perfect trip to TCI

Ideal property for a family with kids. Private, with a lovely pool, yet a very short walk to Grace Bay. We bought groceries and cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners at the house, but toured the wonderful local restaurants for lunches. If you have a car everything you need is a short distance away. Judy and her assistant Kenneta are kind, generous and always available for any need or question. It was our third trip to TCI, but they helped us to discover new restaurants and things to do. They definitely helped to make our trip even more special. Our family has always loved Provo, but finding this gem of a house made it's perfect. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you Judy!!

Beyond Expectations

Judy was the most gracious host and made sure that we were enjoying our stay each day we were there. She is soooo friendly and was ready to help us in any way needed while we were there. The property was better than the listing shows in the pics and had everthing we needed for our stay. Judy has just about everything your could need to be comfortable during your stay here. It is a couple hundred yards from the beach with direct access and the the Bight Reef is right there for you to enjoy! We also did a sunset cruise while we were there and the boat picked us up on the beach right in front of Somewhere Cafe which is very close the the house. the location is a short drive, or taxi, to great food and shopping. I would highly recommend getting a car if you will be going places... Scooter Bob's rentals were also amazing to work with for that. Great job Judy! Thanks for the hospitality and helping check another thing off my bucket list!

Everything provided for your beach trip

It was a wonderful vacation!! Slept perfectly except for some faint loudspeakers going on late in the distance! Just put in your earplugs. Walked 5 minutes down a little construction road to the beach. Or you can drive around the block and park behind Coral Gardens Hotel. Judy had great beach chairs, that carried as a backpack with a cooler built in. Also had a soft-sided cooler and towels. Best calmest beach ever for me! Beautiful white sand and the reefs are right there just as you walk into the ocean. Couldn't have been any better. Snorkeled all day long! Every time seeing something new and the fish I saw every day were phenomenal! Cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. Flies took us over as we grilled but mostly disappeared by the time we ate outdoors. We were even provided bug sprays and such. The can opener was broken and Judy brought one right over. The pool was perfect, spotless, and even had the floats. They clean it every day. This place is excellent! Judy is genuinely a caring person. You won't be disappointed. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to Judy and the staff!
