Great spot!

Great location! Cottage had everything you need, right next to the creek. Close to town but very quiet and private. Bart was a wonderful host.

The property was conveniently located but was also very private with a creek behind it and a fire pit in the yard. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Top notch bedding and full baths for both bedrooms. Babbling brook behind the cottage was a lovely place to start the day. Quiet neighborhood. 25 minute walkable distance to downtown Bozeman. Appreciated the easy parking. Lovely for a wedding weekend!

Comfortable cottage in a delightful setting!! The cottage is a perfect size with plenty of room, amenities, and privacy for two couples. We enjoyed the yard with a large grass area and easy access to the creek. It is a nice quiet retreat near a number of restaurants and shops. Our host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful Gem in Bozeman

We absolutely loved this home. Super clean, close to downtown, was everything that was described. Bart and his puppies were the icing on the cake! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location by the Creek

I rented this little cottage for my mom, aunt and uncle to stay at while they were in town for a wedding. They absolutely loved it! Very private and quiet location, they had a great stay!

Clean! Friendly host— would stay there again!

We had a wonderful time fishing and hiking. The cottage was exceptionally clean and very convenient. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood too. Friendly town.

Bozeman ski trip

We had a great time staying at Bart‘s cottage. He was very helpful and offered for us to walk on his wood deck rather than the icy path, which we appreciated! The kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciated all the extra amenities. We would recommend staying here!

Perfect location close to town but very quiet

Winter break

The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and had many amenities. Its location was quiet and serene even though you are only about a mile from downtown. Bart was great and shoveled the snow from our walkway and deck every day that we were there.

cozy cabin during snowstorm

We stayed for 3 days in January after a visit to Yellowstone. Secluded yet nextdoor to hosts if any issues come up. Spacious, one floor, well insulated so stayed warm despite subzero temps. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful surroundings and walkable to university, Museum of Rockies, and downtown via small streets and a nearby walking trail. Great stay!

Stayed for a Jaw Surgery

I had to go to Montana for a jaw surgery, and this cabin was a great place to stay and recover. The host was great and kept in contact while I was traveling to inform me of the snowfall and precautions to take. Very grateful for such great hospitality and comfort.

We have lived in downtown Bozeman for 30 years and absolutely love where we live. We know the community well and love sharing our beautiful property with visitors.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are in the heart of historic Bozeman which has not drastically changed over the years. Our neighborhood still has the small town feel with family homes, ball park, playgrounds, walking trails and community garden. And MSU is within walking distance.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are on the one of the last remaining 1 acre parcels in the middle of town. In addition, it sits on Bozeman creek which runs all year round. It feels like you are in the country yet you are in the middle of town.
