Lägenheten ligger i Riviera Del Sol, fastighet Bahia Playa, med en mycket välskött trädgård och en stor swimmingpool. Det finns också en tennisbana och en lekplats för barnen med gungor och klätterställningar. Området är inhägnat med en fjärrstyrd grind.
Lägenheten har 2 sovrum och ett ljust vardagsrum med en öppen spis och utgång till balkongen, som vetter mot den vackra trädgården, poolen och medelhavet. Några minuters promenad bort tar dig till Riviera köpcenter med stora matvaruaffärer, barer, restauranger med underhållning, taxistation, bankomater och ett apotek.
En av de bästa stränderna, Max Beach, med supertrevliga strandrestauranger är bara 5 min promenad bort.
Den närmaste golfbanan, Miraflores Golf, ligger bara 5 min bort med bil, och det finns många fler bra banor inom 15 minuters bilväg. Då det finns bra tåg- och bussförbindelser går det bra att klara sig utan bil. Om du, trots allt, har hyrt bil finns det gott om p-platser inne på området men också utanför på gatan.
Riviera del Sol är ett område som erbjuder ett brett utbud av aktiviteter; golf, tennis, gym, simning, ridning, shopping, barer, restauranger etc. Närmaste stad är La Cala de Mijas som ligger ca 10 min bort med bil. Om du gillar utförsåkning kan du åka till Sierra Nevada, som är en av Europas bästa skidorter, på bara 2 timmar med bil.
Lägenheten är utrustad med luftkonditionering. WiFi och många internationella TV-kanaler ingår i hyran.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

We stayed for 10 nights and had a lovely time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was hardly busy and was always clean and well maintained. It is a fabulous area with so much to do and great connections to places.

Late March-four day stay

Very well presented apartment-very modern kitchen, good size bedrooms, walkin shower. Good size balcony overlooking pool with sea views. Nice quiet location with easy walk of shops and 15 minute to lots of good restaurants. Would stay again and recommend.

Convenient flat

Cosy and convenient flat with all the normal furnitures and kitchen ware. Nice area with shopping within five minuttes walk and the Beach at ten minuttes walk. Several good restaurants near by. The local people helpfull in a mix of Spanish and English. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great Location

Everything was as shown, garden, pool, tennis court all in excellent shape. A little work as to be done on the shower floor to keep it from flooding the bathroom floor. Would definitely go back.

Great place to stay

Absolutely love this apartment. Location is perfect: walking distance to the nearest beach and promenade, close proximity to park, shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet estate with large swimming pool and tennis court. Apartment is very well equipped with everything that one might need. Special thanks to the hosts: Stefan and Kristine. Your were very helpful from the moment of booking up until the end of our stay!

The location was perfect as we did not have a car. Very easy to walk for all groceries and excellent location for using very convenient bus service along the coast. The shower leaked all over the floor every time, so that would be one fix I would recommend

Great apartment

The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket. The facilities are as advertised and the apartment is very clean with everything you would need for a short/long stay. The balcony overlooking the pool is perfect for sitting and catching the last of the days sunshine. The booking process was really easy with great communication from Stefan throughout. I booked with my two teenage sons, as we where attending a local festival. I will certainly be back again in the future with my wife for a full family holiday and a longer stay.

Lovely place, beautifully arranged & appointed

This may be the loveliest holiday rental we have ever had, as holiday renters for quite a few years now. Stefan & Kristin are very helpful, very clear instructions & very available when needed; lovely friendly neighbours, a beautifully well kept pool & gardens, lovely location a short walk to the beach, shops, etcetera, close to the major centres such as Fuengirola, Marbella (& the medium-sized places in between, supersol hypermarket calypso / los olivos 5 minutes' drive for instance) with the bigger stores & facilities etcetera, the apartment itself is very beautifully arranged & appointed, everything we needed, perfect for a family of 5 or 6. We were lucky with the weather too, hot enough to dip in the pool – the children stayed in longer! – in April. Thanks very much Stefan & Kristin, we hope we'll be welcome back :-)

The complex is really nice with a beautiful pool and well tended gardens . We thought the accommodation we rented needed a refurbishment and repainting apart from the kitchen. The bathroom was the worst with chipped and dirty paintwork , one of the shower attachments didn’t work at all and the owners cosmetics were everywhere. The bedrooms were ok but there was no spare bedding and the towels were threadbare. There were no tea towels for drying dishes. Some of the light fittings didn’t work . When we paid the extra money for cleaning we thought someone would come in and at least change the bedding. Our overall impression is that the apartment needs to be brought up to date.

Aire acondicionado insuficiente. Plato de ducha una auténtica vergüenza, se sale el agua y llega a inundar zonas del salón. En el fregadero de la cocina hay otra fuga. Pega el sol en las habitaciones durante todo el día, y no hay un triste estor preparado para atenuarlo. El apartamento es un auténtico horno y el aire acondicionado insuficiente del todo para el mismo. Nefasta relación calidad-precio

A lovely apartment in a great position.

We stayed at the Roos' apartment for 6 nights. The apartment was as shown on the photos. It's well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen. The owners are easily contacted and respond quickly to any queries. The pool is especially lovely. The apartment's balcony looks over it so our teenage children were able to go down alone, knowing that we were able to see them if there were any issues. The pool is clean and was never really busy. The location of the apartment is great. There are a few restaurants and bars close by. We had two wonderful meals at George's and some great great cocktails while we played pool at David's Bar. There are also two supermarkets. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away and you can catch a bus going either way (towards Fuengirola or Marbella) easily. La Cala is in walking distance (about 45 minutes for us along the boardwalk). We did this a few times with pit stops for drinks in the beach bars on the way! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We would definitely consider staying here again.My only regret is not taking my sleeping mask as the blinds are very thin and there is a security light from a neighbouring property that shines in on the double bedroom. Thanks so much!

Perfekter Urlaub zu zweit in einem schicken Apartment

Fünf Jahre nach einem Familienurlaub in der Region Mijas/Calahonda wollten wir unbedingt einen Urlaub zu zweit in dieser Region verbringen. Wir haben nach einem schönen Apartment in Strandnähe mit Pool gesucht. Genau diesen Wunsch haben wir uns mit diesem hier bewerteten Apartment erfüllt. Die Anlage "Bahia Playa" ist in einem sehr gemütlichen und für die Region typischen Stil gehalten und strahlt eine sehr behagliche und gepflegte Atmosphäre aus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst! Die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man innerhalb eines Urlaubsaufenthaltes benötigen könnte. Das Gelände ist vollständig umzäunt, eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände war jederzeit problemlos gegeben. Wir können dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Det är en mycket fin lägenhet, perfekt läge och en bra pool. Lägenheten var utrustad med allt man kan önska, en enda vi saknade vid något tillfälle var micro. ;) Allt fungerade perfekt hela tiden.

Fantastic stay

We have just finished our stay at this lovely apartment and me & my family had a lovely time. The apartment is in a great location, very pleasant short stroll to the beautiful beach and close to shops and restaurants. It is also very close to bus stop which can take you all across the Costs Del Sol. We loved La Cala too and spent most days walking there on the lovely board walk. The pool at the apartment is lovely and we enjoyed the tennis courts. The Hosts were so accommodating, allowing us to check out later as our flight wasn’t till late and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a great family holiday. The weather has been amazing too which we were not expecting in April! We look forward to returning!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Fantastiskt läge med allt man behöver på gångavstånd. En underbar lugn trädgård med stor pool. Ett område som är lugnt och med genuin spansk karaktär. Att äta frukost på balkongen och se ut över havet är det bästa som finns!
