Winter getaway

Host was very accommodating and quick to reply to our questions/needs. We loved the open floor plan. Fenced yard was great for our lil pup too! So close to beach to walk to and the neighborhood was great to walk in as well! Overall a nice get away!!

Home away from home

Had the pleasure of having Maxcie and Roger for my host. My stay was for work and needed a place that felt more like home with a little vacation on the evenings and weekends. The place was fully equipped with more essential home items than I have ever experienced at a VRBO. Even had beach ready outdoor fun stuff for the kids, shade and sand chairs. I even brought my daughter and 2 dogs for majority of my 2 month stay. Great neighborhood to walk the dogs, walk to eat, and to the beach.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here. The house has everything you need and the location is perfect. The hosts were wonderful people and very easy to communicate with. If we come back to pcb we will be staying here again

Great place to stay

Short walk to the beach, plenty of room for our children. Pictures don’t do this property justice. This is a wonderful place to stay! The owners were great at getting back with me with any questions.

Great location

This was a great stay and perfect location for us. It's a quick 3 block walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. It's a good place to ride bikes and walk dogs. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We would stay here again.

Safe and Clean beach get a way

I loved my time at this home. Roger the host was amazing, he is very knowledgable on the area and with anything I needed. In fact he offered a bike since I did not have mine and helped carry my luggage upstairs. I now can call him a friend Everything was provided that you would need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked. The outside fenced area was great for my small dog. The neighborhood was in the desired location of the lower grand lagoon very safe in fact the sheriff office was close by. Very short walking or driving distance to the beach, lagoon, St. Andrews State park, Thomas Drive and area restaurants. I would highly recommend this vacation home. I hope to come back again!

Awesome accommodations, close to the beach!

This was such a great place! Relaxing, nice layout, clean! Roger was so nice and left a bowl outside for our dog and since we drove all night we were a bit early, he let us check in early and was so nice! Thank you Roger! We had such a great time!

Short walk to the beach

This was a good beach getaway in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, the property felt clean and the check-in & check-out process was easy. Two things that could have been better: the floors weren't cleaned throughout the house (even tiny pieces of broken glass in kitchen) and the shower didn't drain very well.

Great place, dog friendly would stay again.

Could use a few MINOR improvements, but overall a great little property and so glad they are dog friendly! They communicate great and thorough! We wish the back yard or front yard would have had some real grass for the pups! Watch out for the burrs (stickers as we call them in Arkansas) they get in the dogs feet and hurt badly! Little bit further from the beach then it appeared but that’s on us for not knowing the layout. We drove every time we went to the beach so it wasn’t a big deal. The beach access Across Thomas drive is nice! It wasn’t too crowded! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to Make a short drive to the beach, but would be a tough walk IMO.

Holiday retreat

We couldn’t have asked for a cleaner condo for our vacation! The owners were very hospitable & easy to communicate with. The condo was spacious & a great location in proximity to the beach! Our Labrador enjoyed the ocean as much as we did! Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Unpack and enjoy!

We loved our stay here. Owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Check in was a breeze. Close to the beach and close to the lagoon for our paddle boards. It was so nice to find a place that accommodated our Berneese Mountain dog as well Kitchen was also well appointed which made it easy to prepare meals.

We love this area of Panama City Beach. It’s quiet, family friendly, and close to the lagoon as well as the beach. We want the people to enjoy our home and fall in love with the natural beauty of this particular part of the beach. My brother and co owner lives in the neighborhood and is the property manager. He is available for any questions or concerns.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This area of Panama City Beach is quiet and nestled between a natural lagoon with deep water access to Bay and Gulf. It’s naturally beautiful and located in quiet residential neighborhood. We have a small fenced in back yard that is just for the town home. It’s an easy drive to attractions, but if you want to just hang out on beach or water you never have to get in the car.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Easy access for boating and jet skis/kayaks/ paddle boards to public boat launches. There are 2 in the neighborhood. Less than a half mile away from public beach access #13. Home is open floor plan and spacious. Pets welcome.
