Välskött två sovrum, två bad villa ligger utanför Thomas Drive. Andelslägenheten ligger på översta våningen (femte) och har utsikt över viken. Det finns ingen större utveckling på någon sida av Gulfgate. Du kan lämna lägenheten och vara på stranden på 60 sekunder. Poolen är uppvärmd och solstolar och bord för din användning ligger i poolområdena. Du måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att hyra på Gulfgate.

Vår lägenhet har kakelgolv och king size-sängar i båda sovrummen. Sovrummet öppnar också till den rymliga balkongen. Både sovrum och vardagsrum har TV. Vi har också trådlöst internet.

Gulfgate ligger nära alla större attraktioner och shopping. Gulfgate är det perfekta stället att ta med din familj och ha en underbar semester. Vi är aldrig trångt!

Beach vacation

Overall great experience, building is under construction and pool isn’t open. Location and condo was fantastic. Super quiet and had the beach basically to ourselves hardly anyone there! We will definitely be back.

Great Place To Stay

We loved this place !! We will for sure stay here again! Clean , everything you need. Just make sure you bring a firestick or Roku because we couldn't get the cable to work. Which your at the beach so there is not a lot of need for TV. We did bring our firestick for the kids to watch at night so it wasn't an issue for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great condo, perfect location!

Location is the best! Close to attractions and state park. Just steps from beach! Easy access to condo from parking. Clean and just as described! Host was very accommodating. We will be back!

Close to beach but unit needs tlc

We arrived to find that one bath was completely missing shower curtain and rod which we bought a new one and installed. We filtered through Atleast 6 remotes that had no batteries to find the correct ones and had to share remotes for living room and one bedroom. My mother got stuck in bathroom because door handle would not retract the latch so we changed out internal components w a handle set we found in a closet. My dog found a dead mouse. Upon packing to leave we found another mouse had gotten into the bread and dog food left on counter. Apparently New patio furniture is coming but if you plan to sit on the balcony in the rusted furniture besure you’re up to date on your tetanus. The positives are the unit is close to the beach and the owners did reimburse as promised for the shower curtain. The unit desperately needs some tlc.

Great Labor Day wkend

Wonderful place. Wonderful time. Wonderful host/owner. 2nd time staying at this condo. Host couldn’t be better. Very clean & quite. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect for beach vacation

You won’t beat this beach. If that is your priority you will love this place. Very nice beach and great location. Not the newest property, but they had everything we needed, and we loved our stay. Would stay here again.

Broken Promises

We looked forward to our vacation for many months. We were informed a couple days before check in that the water would be turned off for maintenance from 10-2 one day during our stay. This was ok as we planned on being on the beach. With double red flags we weren’t allowed in the water. We went to several places looking for a restroom and they did not have public restrooms. Then, we were informed that some workers would need to come to our condo to replace the railing on the balcony. This was told to us the day of the repair. We stayed at the condo while they did the repair because of our small dog. All of the furniture from outside was brought inside and we waited for a few hours because the workers removed the railing and then took a lunch break before completing the job. When the work was complete we moved furniture back out and cleaned the huge mess that it made being brought inside. Ben told me that if we allowed them to do the work he would send us a check for our dinner if we sent him the receipt. We agreed that was fair. We did not send him the receipt for that particular night since we went to the buffet and it was well over $300. I sent him the receipt from the following night because the bill was much less. I have yet to receive a response from him. I tried to send a message today and it seems he has my number blocked. It was truly an inconvenience for us during our vacation. Beware of any promises made as they may be broken.

Great property, great time.

This was a very spacious two bedroom condo with, what I would call two master suites, with two king beds. Just what we were looking for. The condo hosts were easy to contact and communicate with.

Excellent condo but terrible check in.

I have no complaints whatsoever on the condo or complex, itself. The owner was very accommodating & friendly. But the lady at check in was VERY RUDE!! We’ve traveled & rented 100’s of condos & Never experience anyone like her!!! I talked to the owner about her. She should be fired immediately. She will hurt the business of the owners of these condos. No one should go through what we did with her!!

ON THE BEACH

Being right on the beach was what drew us to your facility. Price made a difference also, but they do say you get what you paid for. It really needs some "minor" repairs, updating, etc. But it was beautiful being right on the beach, exactly what we wanted.

Couldn’t have been any closer to the beach!

Great condo directly on the beach. Loved this condo not only because you are directly on the beach but because it’s not a crowded high rise. Condo was very nice, clean, and I loved the layout. Hosts were very easy to work with. Will definitely book again!
