Charming cottage in great location

The cottage was updated, clean and in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in the heart of Roswell. My entire family agrees that we would happily stay there again.

Outstanding location

We had a wonderful experience staying here for my son's wedding at Primrose Cottage. The location was perfect—just a short drive from the venue, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal home base during such a special weekend.One of the highlights was the backyard. It provided a great space for the groom and his groomsmen to relax and hang out before the ceremony. It was the perfect spot for taking a few pre-wedding photos and sharing some laughs before the big moment.Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and truly added to the joy of the occasion. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the area, especially if you’re attending an event at Primrose Cottage

Great location and place to stay

Down for Perfect Game’s WWBA tournament. This house was perfect for 6 guests. The location is great as Roswell is an amazing little town with great restaurants. Location was also good for the games we played and is close to East Cobb. Hosts were in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok as well. 100% would recommend this and would stay here again.

Cute Cottage

Cute, cozy cottage in a fantastic location. Quaint neighborhood with nightly entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wedding weekend

The noble cottage was perfect for wedding weekend. We could walk to shops and restaurants and venue was 5 min drive. The park just north off canton street was a nice place for a morning run. Thank you for a great stay!

Best Location!!!

Property is super close to all the best restaurants and boutiques in Roswell! We saw deer and lightning bugs while relaxing on the back porch. It was truly magical. Large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Everything is decorated really beautifully. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at noble cottage was wonderful! The location was perfect for us as we often met with other family members right on Canton Street and it was so nice to not have to drive. The cottage is much bigger than it appears and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The backyard was a surprise bonus! My only suggestions would be 1). The kitchen is in desperate need of sharp knives. We did a lot of cooking and had great difficulty chopping vegetables and meats. 2). The back patio area needs some attention - the concrete is cut up and uneven.We are in the Roswell area often and wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

A wonderful experience

My elderly parents came into town and needed a house with no pets and no stairs… we opted to rent versus use a hotel. This was an amazing choice and close to our home. My parents had an amazing stay. I appreciated the communication with the owners and their efforts to accommodate our needs.

Planning for fall wedding

We are having a wedding in our family in October. We enjoyed the area, walking distance to many restaurants during our stay. The property was perfect for us to gather around to talk, plan and make decisions! This place is a great get-a-away and looking forward to coming back again!

Gracious Hosts

We were unable to make the trip to this home in the Atlanta area due to Hurricane Helene. The homeowners were amazingly prompt and generous and allowed us to reschedule last minute when we realized we couldn’t make the drive. We can’t wait to make it up later this year and enjoy the house!

Great location, beautiful house, spacious yard

We had a blast at this home in Roswell. Walking distance to everything you could want to do in Roswell. Our 2 young children enjoyed playing in the back yard. Everything was very cozy and comfortable for our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Noble Cottage - a great find and location! Our new favorite place in GA!

We visit Cartersville/Emerson GA numerous times throughout the year for Baseball and wanted a change of scenery from the hotels rooms for this last tournament. Finding Noble Cottage in Roswell was awesome! It’s in a great location, house very well layout for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers and Zoe couldn’t have been a better host! We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Roomy yet cozy - great location!

The house was super clean and super comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen, good communication. Screened-in back porch looks over a big back yard, a great place to hang out. Walking distance to many cute restaurants. Highly recommend.
