'Downtown BV - Main Street - 311' ligger i hjärtat av Buena Vista, CO. Byggd 2019, delar den en rustik gränd med Main Street bekvämligheter, restauranger och musik. En halv mil promenad österut tar dig till Arkansas River där du kan vandra / cykla på båda sidor. Eller så kan du sitta på "Beach" amfiteatern & surfparken i South Main och njuta av stora evenemang / sammankomster som South Main håller under hela året.

Vårt uppdrag är att skapa en otrolig upplevelse för gästerna i vårt fritidshus ...

Utrymmet

Den första våningen är designad med rustik-modern yta och har ett öppet koncept "Great Room" inklusive ett vardagsrum, kök och matplats samt ett pulverrum. Det stora rummet lämpar sig för världens underhållare som ett ställe att prata, skratta, dricka och smaka på.

Den andra våningen har tre sovrum (1 King Room, 1 Queen Room och 1 Bunk House med 4 fulla sängar) tillsammans med två badrum. Varje rum är utrustat med golvfläkt och / eller takfläkt (ibland båda) för luftflöde och vitt brus. Vi använde medvetet ljudisolering mellan väggarna för att ge våra gäster försäkran om en god natts vila.

Parkering - Gott om parkering för alla gäster på gatan framför eller i den bakre uppfarten utanför allierade.

Very nice property and good location

Very nice, new construction. Went skiing in Leadville which is about an hour drive, and went to Cottonwood Hot Springs which was about 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping just a quick walk around the corner. View from house itself is of commercial properties vs. the cuter area of downtown, but you are only steps away.

Our favorite rental in BV

Great house! Very well stocked. Great location…walking distance to everything! Large living area, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great backyard area. We’ve stayed in probably 8-10 different rentals in BV, and this was our favorite. Will definitely be back!

Great experience!!!

This was the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot!! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to all of our needs. The house was immaculate. We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area.

Perfect Location

We stayed for 2 nights. The rental was very clean and the location was perfect. You could walk easily to the downtown restaurants and shops. There were lots of beds so the sleeping arrangements were great.

Perfect in every way

Everything that makes a great rental home - comfort, cleanliness, location, host responsiveness, amenities - this place has covered 100%. We've rented this property for two summers in a row and plan to return in 2025. You can't beat BV and this home as a base for local adventures. Thanks Dan!

Great Location

Location was great! You could walk to everything… restaurants, shops, hiking trail, groceries, liquor store. The house is very clean and comfortable. The sitting area in the back is a nice perk to have a private spot to relax outdoors.

We've stayed in BV two times before, and this was by far our best experience. Such a beautiful and comfortable home, and more spacious inside than it appears to be. Hard to imagine a a better location for a VRBO of this caliber.

Perfect location & great space for a family

The house could not be in a more perfect location. All restaurants & shops only 1 block away. This home was the most stocked rental we have ever been at. It was very clean, spacious & the bunk bed room was a hit with my children. We went dog sledding, skiing, snow mobiling & to the hot springs. Great stay!

Birthday Celebration

Our family was all together to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday (to hike another 14,000 foot mountain) -- five adults and four children. The house was in a perfect location and accommodated all of us well. The property manager was excellent in communication. We will definitely stay there again.

A family wedding brought us to town and we rented both houses …. The location could not have been better. The backyard and patio was incredible. The house was clean. Layout was great. Fans were in every bedroom so we slept cool at night. We would stay here again!

Perfect base for exploring BV and beyond

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Incredibly clean & comfortable. Quiet street. All of the amenities you hope to have. Subtle but important touches like tankless water heater so no worries of lukewarm showers. Great location for exploring BV >> short walks to restaurants, bars, shops, and the river. A short drive to rafting and dozen of trailheads including 14ers. Dan The Owner is super responsive. We will definitely book this home on our next trip to BV.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It's much bigger than it looks, and it's perfectly located near main street for easy walking distance to pretty much any kind of food or store you'd want.

Awesome Location

We loved our stay. Dan was easy to work with and the home is beautiful. Laid out for a large family. My sons are both over 6ft tall and could sleep comfortably in beds. The back yard is so relaxing and everything in downtown BV is a short walk away! Loved our time!!!!

BV Charm

The property was exactly as listed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also rented the house next-door and were able to utilize both backyards to host all our family. The location right by Main Street allowed us to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this location and would definitely come back again.

Loved staying here

We had an amazing time staying at this home in Buena Vista. Jeffrey was great to communicate with and everything was very comfortable. The house layout and size fit our needs perfectly. We have stayed in various homes in Buena Vista and this has been my favorite!

Super convenient

We reserved both homes next door to each other that even have a gate connecting the two back yards which made it easy to socialize together. Fabulous location!
