'Downtown BV - Main Street - 315' ligger i hjÀrtat av Buena Vista, CO. Byggd 2019, delar den en rustik grÀnd med Main Street bekvÀmligheter, restauranger och musik. En halv mil promenad österut tar dig till Arkansas River dÀr du kan vandra / cykla pÄ bÄda sidor. Eller sÄ kan du sitta pÄ "Beach" amfiteatern & surfparken i South Main och njuta av stora evenemang / sammankomster som South Main hÄller under hela Äret.

Utrymmet

Den första vÄningen Àr designad med rustik-modern yta och har ett öppet koncept "Great Room" inklusive ett vardagsrum, kök och matplats samt ett pulverrum. Det stora rummet lÀmpar sig för vÀrldens underhÄllare som ett stÀlle att prata, skratta, dricka och smaka pÄ.

Den andra vÄningen har tre sovrum (1 King Room, 1 Queen Room och 1 Bunk House med 4 fulla sÀngar) tillsammans med tvÄ badrum. Varje rum Àr utrustat med golvflÀkt och / eller takflÀkt (ibland bÄda) för luftflöde och vitt brus. Vi anvÀnde medvetet ljudisolering mellan vÀggarna för att ge vÄra gÀster försÀkran om en god natts vila.

Parkering - Gott om parkering för alla gÀster pÄ gatan framför eller i den bakre uppfarten utanför allierade.

Great House for a Mountain Getaway

Amazing BV getaway

You couldn't ask for a better place to call home base when you visit Buena Vista. The property is in a great location - within walking distance of everything you will want to do/see in BV. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed (and more) throughout the course of our stay and Dan was very accommodating and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Stylish and well appointed

This property was amazing. Only a block away from the main street in town, grabbing morning coffee was just steps away. The house was gorgeous and comfortable. The beds we soft and the sheets were high-end and very comfy. We came for a work trip and it was an amazing place to come home to at the end of a long day. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Very nice updated home

Great having a backyard, unfortunate views were of the alley way, but very walkable to Main Street. Bunk room says “ two twin bunks AND 4 double beds” ..it’s actually two double bed bunks. All in all, nice stay, good vacation

Excellent all around!

This is an amazing property, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. The home is spacious, equipped with anything/everything you can think of, decorated so beautifully, and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating and privacy of the backyard. The location is perfect, in the middle of all BV has to offer. The host was extremely responsive as we had questions.

Spacious, clean, new, beautiful home. Walking distance (2 short blocks) to downtown BV. Well stocked and supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy parking in front. We stayed in Feb and heat worked great. Easy to book and communicate with owners. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, modern, comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and common areas made for a great social environment for the 6 of us. Nice back patio as well. We were surprised that there was no aur-conditioning, but with the cooler temps and windows open, it was always comfortable. Thanks Dan!

WOW!!

This property accommodated a group of upper twenties friends in town for a wedding. It was well appointed with thoughtful touches. Very clean and clearly well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Perfect location in proximity to Main Street. We were a little nervous about whether the bunk room would be suitable to adults, and it exceeded our expectations! The host was also very communicative and responded right away to any of our questions.

Best VRBO yet

My husband and I frequently stay in VRBOs and I honestly think this was my favorite property yet. The home looks brand new - modern layout and appointments, lovely decor, lots of light and a well stocked kitchen. The work spaces in the kitchen were ideal if you get stuck having to check in with the office. The very private back yard is a great place to hang out with a nice patio set up. And the master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms upstairs so you have a bit of privacy if you have kids, or rent with another couple. It's also only a few blocks from some really great restaurants. The owners were very nice and the home is very clean. Note to High Lonesome 100 or Collegiate Peak runners - this is the ideal place for you and your crews to stay for the races. I look forward to coming back!
