Stugan är full av charm och ligger i trendiga Midtown Nashville, med 13 fönster för den ljusa och luftiga känslan och färskt allt! Nyligen uppdaterad med nya apparater, färg och dörrar. Kök med bänkskivor i granit, nytt kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, spis, ugn, diskmaskin plus tvättmaskin och torktumlare! Badrum med allt nytt: tunnelbana kakel, inventarier, golv. Båda drottningens sängar med madrasser med memory foam, sängkläder, filtar och handdukar. Smart TV med gratis Wi-Fi i ett rymligt familjerum med bäddsoffa; köket har allt som behövs för att laga mat, inklusive kaffekanna och kaffe och tepanna och te.

Parkering för stugan ligger på en privat tomt bakom gränden. En gratis parkeringsplats finns på plats. Vi har gratis parkering för 1 eller 2 fordon i en privat tomt cirka 2 kvarter bort. Vi har identifierat ytterligare gatuparkeringsalternativ i närheten efter första tillvägagångssätt, och vi har en gratis privat tomt cirka 2 mil bort för alla överflyttningsfordon på en av våra andra fastigheter.

Cute cottage and great location!!

The location was absolutely perfect- within walking distance to Vanderbilt, Belmont and we even trekked by foot down to Broadway. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed!! The popcorn, oatmeal and breakfast bars were a thoughtful touch and actually came in handy in a pinch :) We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Stay

Perfect! Stayed with our family (two teenage sons) for two days and had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable, was light and cheery and in a great neighborhood. We did a little of everything - Broadway, Zoo, walkedto breakfast at the Pancake Parlor and checked out the local shops. If we were to come back to Nashville we would definitely stay here again!

Quick Get Away

The Cottage was just perfect for our stay. Location was good as we walked to a number of places. Host was great and gave a number of recommendations of things to do.

Excellent Quaint Cottage

Our stay at this wonderful cottage was exceptional! It's very clean, well taken care of and so cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Every amenity you could need is provided and then some! The area is quiet and felt very safe! Eating establishments and shops are with a 2-block walk. Pizza Perfect has a delicious pizza! Hop on Hop Off Trolley stop #4 is .8-mile walk. This cottage felt like home and we would stay here again if we're going to Nashville. The Owners are great communicators and are so thoughtful. We'd highly recommend staying here!

Our short and sweet homecoming

We studied in VU, we decided to stay at this house as this is walking distance to the university and thus allow us to walk around the campus to reminisced our time here. Overall house is clean, equipped with ample supplies for our family of 3 small kids and clean. Only thing is that its get very cold at night and the heater provided is not enough to heat the whole house, otherwise my kids and I enjoyed our stay here

Girl’s Weekend

My husband rented this cottage for my Mom, sister, and I to have a girl’s weekend away. The cottage was cozy, clean, and had all the comforts of home, plus some extras. We really appreciated the welcome book. It was full of good information and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is in close vicinity to lots of attractions. Communication with the host was always very prompt and professional. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect location

We were 10 minutes from all the action without any of the inconveniences of downtown stays. Quiet neighborhood and a clean property. Truly great place and will absolutely recommend to others.

Great hosts and cottage

Quaint Cottage

Susan communicated with us better than anyone has before. She also provided some nice extras like washing machine soap, dishwasher detergent, water, snacks, and more. The cottage was very private, quiet, and comfortable.

Lovely Place

The Cottage was a perfect place to stay. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants, and shopping and a short Uber ride to downtown. Highly recommend. I also felt very safe in the area.

Private and great location

This little house is very quiet and private, and in a safe neighborhood. It is easy walking distance to many restaurants. The layout of the house is very good with plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, good living room furniture, and very comfy beds and pillows. The two AC units worked really well and there are ceiling fans. Originally I was concerned about the alleyway location but it was fine with almost no drive-by traffic. The stone steps up to the house are a little tricky. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with little touches

We had a short but nice stay! My daughter had a second job interview in Brentwood and we also looked at apartments so were out of the house mostly. I appreciated the little touches left for us - toiletries, coffee, oatmeal, and comfy beds! The apartment had a little musty smell but overall it didn't bother us!

Nashville Weekend

I came to Nashville for a short stay with my best friend the weekend before my wedding. Our group of 6 ended up only being 2 since we had last minute cancellations. The property was nice, there was a guidebook for things to do and see in Nashville, and there was a Starbucks closeby. I didn’t realize how close we were to Vanderbilt, but it was a very nice area. I would book here again if I go back to Nashville.
