Completely updated! Newly remodeled carriage house behind Historic home located on Music Row close to downtown Nashville. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property was once owned by Country Music legend Chet Atkins. Only a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt, and close to restaurants, bars, museums, and all Nashville has to offer. Free parking in the alley behind the unit.
The space:
Lots of room! Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, full-size refrigerator, full-size range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The family room has a Wifi connected Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel).

We have a pull-out couch in the largest bedroom for overflow sleeping but be aware the mattress is not very thick and may not be comfortable for large humans.
Guest access:
Self-check-in with electronic lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the entire unit, no shared spaces.
Other things to note:
Free private parking is located off the alley behind the unit. Street parking on the main street is available on an unlimited basis between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, limited to two hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We have other nearby parking options if you need them for overflow vehicles, just ask.

Great place

This was a great place for my family to stay. We have a son at Belmont and this place is close to downtown and within walking distance to Belmont. The place was clean and wonderful communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again when we have the whole family coming.

Music Row Gem

Very comfortable and cozy place perfectly located near Music Row. We truly enjoyed our stay and beautiful morning walks in the neighborhood were excellent.

Business Trip

We were in town for a few short days (too short), but the location was perfect. Check in was a breeze, the space was very clean and well organized. It was ideal for us and would highly recommend it!

Amazing place

This place was amazing. We walked to Downtown a couple of times but after the 3rd time Uber is what it was. But well worth it!!

We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend! Easy to get to broadway. Excellent place…could add a few extras like blankets and more toiletries but was fine for 2 nights

Perfect.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Had an issue with the lock and the lady answered right away. She fixed the issue and was very pleasant. Highly recommend this place and these hosts.

Carriage House on Music Row B

The Carriage House on Music Row offered everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Nothing fancy, but definitely adequate and comfortable. Off-street parking was a plus as was the proximity to all of the things we wanted to see. The rental was very quiet. Nice neighborhood. Hosts friendly, helpful and responsive.

Clean and comfortable

Great property! if your looking for a cute, clean, and comfortable place to stay look no farther. We found it very clean ( I rather enjoy the subtle hint of bleach smell in the bathroom but I’m a nurse). Beds are extremely comfortable even the couch so said our 14 yr old. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again. Only thing I would suggest is don’t bother with a car rental if you’re just staying in town. Uber and Lyft were amazing and friendly. 5 stars I will be back for sure!
