Känn havbrisen från sunporch. Strandstil i Ranch stil 12 sovplatser. Den har två sovrum på övervåningen (drottning) och (två fulla sängar) och ett våningssäng rum (två fulla och två tvilling). Två fulla bad, ett upp, ett ner. Nyligen köpt och renoverat med nya mattor i våningssäng rum, alla nya sängar / sängkläder / madrasser. Vardagsrum / matsal med stor trädgård, bord / stolar och paraply och 4 Adirondack-stolar. Bokstavligen 30 sekunder till sandstranden.

Great Location!

Perfect spot, super close to the beach and a short walk to downtown activity. We had 8 people in our group and the house was the right size for everyone to have their own space.

Rare find

This property is a rare find in OOB - we are happy to have had the opportunity to stay and really couldn't ask for a nicer location just out of the noise and close to beach - teens loved the basement - hope to come back again!

Vacances OOB en famille 2023

Belle semaine dans cette maison. Belle terrasse, BBQ sur place, petite pièce Beach house très commode. Bien située, à deux pas de la plage et rue tranquille. 15 minutes de marche du Pier, du Palace Playland.

Great place for summer break.

Close to all attractions. Was able to walk to restaurants, amusements and beach. Even had a local breakfast place 2 minutes away. House had very nice family area. We played cards while kids watched movies. Laundry area allowed us to keep fresh clothes on a daily basis.

Cleaner than my house!!!

I hesitate writing this because I want to keep this rental to myself, but this house was fantastic. With all things COVID, I brought my own cleaners to do a deep clean before my family touched anything, but we walked in and everything was immaculate. The house is comfortable, bright, and well-cared for with enough space for 2 sometimes-grumpy teens to spread out, although you may be able to fit 1-2 more. You are close enough to the beach to hear the waves through the open windows and feel a sea breeze throughout the night. The pier is a short walk away, although most nights we preferred to play cards on the front porch after eating outside in the back. I feel really lucky to have found this place and wish the owners the best. We hope to be back next year!!!!

Fabulous location, super clean and lovely hosts

We had a fabulous week! Literally a 30 second walk to a beautiful beach. And only a short walk to the board walk and all of the fun activities. Booking and checking in process was super easy. Hosts were always responsive and accommodating. Only recommendation would be one window A/C unit in the living area. It was in the 90s the week we were there and a couple afternoons it was hard to cool the house when her got back from the beach. But, so minor! They’ve thought of everything here. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Comfy beds! Super clean! Almost everything you could need in the kitchen! Highly recommend.

Right next to the beach, great weekend getaway

We stayed here in August with our 3 small children and had a great time. This property is right next to the beach and included a great backyard space with a nice table with an umbrella. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious for the kids to play and kitchen was clean. Only downside was that we did not have a bathtub for the little ones, but we managed to put them in the shower. Thank you, we had a great time!

Why? Because it is 2 houses away from the ocean. Brand new kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. Convenient, close to everything, walk to the pier, amusement park, restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. Location, location, location! Largest yard in the area! You will not be disappointed!!!
