Family Reunion in Fresno Area

Absolutely wonderful place. Can't say enough about the outdoor living space with wonderful pool, landscaping, and a top class outdoor kitchen. Landscaping all around the place was great. Inside was spotless and host provided all the extra touches (coffe k-cups, toothpaste, snacks, and even some vino!). We all relaxed and had a wonderful time. If we are ever back in the area this is defintely where we would like to stay.

Son's Wedding

Rosie's house worked really well for us for location, price and needs. We liked that all the bedrooms had at least queen sized beds which worked well for my family. The hosts greeted us when we arrived to show us around so we did not have to read about every detail. They also responded promptly to every question I messaged before we arrived. They were very generous about leaving basic needs in the fridge, condiments, coffee and extra snacks and goodies for us. The gathering areas near the kitchen, the front entrance, the living room and by the pool and outdoor kitchen were all very comfortable. They really put a lot of thought into having guests stay there. We would definitely stay there again.

Kingsburg Visit

This was our 2 visit in two years and we were again beyond pleased. The lush landscaping in the courtyard, front and back yards made our stay relaxing both inside and out. Kingsburg is a beautiful and safe feeling village with plenty of places to find breakfast, lunch and dinners. We had a family wedding to attend and the comfort in getting ready at Rosie's house vs a hotel was much welcomed. we are anticipating the next family event and a reason to return!!!!!!!

Short wedding weekend

We found Rosie’s place for a weekend wedding we were attending near by. We were only there for two nights but wish we had longer!!! The house is immaculate! THe backyard and pool were even better then the pictures! Rosie does not miss even the small details it truly is like staying at a resort! She left us snacks and essentials in the refrigerator and info on all the loca restaurants. Check in and check out we’re so easy. This house is absolutely perfect for a short weekend or a long family get together trip! Thank you so much Rosie!

Absolutely awesome!!

This home is better than described!! I don’t think the hosts could put into words how their home truly is. The cleanliness is EXCEPTIONAL. I have NEVER seen such cleanliness in any rental homes, and I’ve rented many. Yet this home is very “homely”. You feel very comfortable & the hosts also go beyond with supplying snacks, other food items to get you started, along with toiletries you may have forgotten. The hosts came over for a couple of minutes & it didn’t feel like they were “intruding” but were a very nice couple. So much so, you want to ask them to stay with you. 😊 We definitely will be booking their home again.

Lovely home

Lovely home with fully equipped kitchen, beautiful relaxing backyard and within walking distance to downtown Kingsburg. The bedrooms were very comfortable, but are very bright early in the morning making it difficult to sleep in. The extra amenities that were provided were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the extras

Very clean, very nice house. Pretty and quiet. Hosts were warm and welcoming. Great beds and linens. But we loved the amount of useful items brought in. Nice extras too, like snacks, milk and OJ, new toothbrushes and such. It was a wonderful balance between homey and hotel.

Great overnight stay to get ready for our wedding

My bridesmaids and I stayed here to get ready for my wedding day. Communication with the host was so easy, she’s quick and responsive. Everything was clean and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood (which I definitely needed for the night before the wedding). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I stay at VRBOs frequently and this was one of the best by far. Rosie is amazing and her attention to detail is unmatched in the VRBO scene. Travel the extra few minutes from Fresno it is definitely worth it.

Incredible location, hospitality, and overall experience!

This was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Pictures do not do it justice, the backyard is perfect and we LOVED the pool. The small touches done by the hosts made the experience wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering, and hope to come by again soon! Great meeting point for people from SoCal and NorCal

A home away from home

We had a fantastic time at Rosie’s place. She was a perfect host who makes sure you have everything you need while staying in their beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked and the backyard patio and pool were a welcomed way to relax after being out in the heat all day. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in Kingsburg. We hope to come back next year.

Perfect home away from home

The house was beautiful, in a lovely neighborhood and had everything we needed including family favorite board games. There were several meeting areas that allowed for intimate conversations or a big dinner family style. Rosie was a great host and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you Rosie!

FANTASTIC!!!!

Our stay was fantastic! Rosie was theee best host anyone could ask for! The home has everything you need and more. She truly thinks of everything and so very kind and sweet! The home is also much bigger then we all expected, pictures don’t give it justice! Also in a nice safe newer neighborhood. Definitely would love to plan a trip back here again! You won’t be disappointed in booking this home!

Just Perfect

I was so blessed to find this property to spend my 50th birthday at. The house itself was much bigger than I anticipated and was so warm and cozy. They owners definitely think of everything for their guests so I really didn't want for anything. Also the location was perfect for me to get to the Sequoia National Park and Yosemite which was why I was originally there. If I decide to bring my sons to visit, I will definitely plan to stay here again!
