Moderna nautiska temahem från stranden, parken och barer / restauranger. Mindre än en mil från Culver Academy. Rymlig, bra för familjer och underhållande. Toppnivå har stor öppen layout, gott om plats att koppla av och umgås, 10 personer matbord och stor ö för enkel underhållning. Lägre nivå har en stor sektionssoffa som är perfekt för att njuta av en film på Apple TV och ett ping pongbord för familjebandning. Stort parti med gott om utrymme för aktiviteter (kornhål och brasa).

Hus i delad nivå med 2 sovrum, badrum med dubbla fåfängar på varje våning. Övre våningen har ett öppet kök till matsal och vardagsrum. Bottenvåningen har ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare och familjerum med stor platt-TV, äpple-TV och bordtennisbord. Hemmet ligger på en stor tomt med en bålgrop, majshålssats, picknickbord och massor av stolar. Stort garage med två bilar. Pack n play för spädbarn tillgängliga.

Family Vacation

This Culver house was super clean, had a huge kitchen/living area, was very comfortable and close to everything so that we could walk! The beach was just a few blocks down the street! We were also able to walk to the Culver Military Academy to watch the parade. Plenty of room for all of us…5 adults and 5 children! Thomas was very helpful in giving us ideas of things to do and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We made many amazing memories and look forward to renting this house again! Thank you Thomas!

Great place for the family

This was a great property for our family. Extremely convenient location to all things Culver and Culver Academy. All needed amenities were available, including lots of towels. We would definitely stay again. The ONLY thing to be aware of is that if you’re traveling with small mobile toddlers the stair railing slats are wide enough for concern. We just put moved things up against so little one couldn’t fall through. :) otherwise, great open and safe space for kids to walk and play.

Perfect!

This is our second stay at this home. It’s well appointed, roomy, and in a great location. Owner is quick to respond to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s one of the best options in Culver! Thank you!

Great house close to campus

Just Okay

Was priced higher than a competitive listing that we lost because the house was sold so we were forced to take this house. For the price we would have expected a higher level of quality. There were spider webs in the shower and on the banisters. The lighting was virtually non existent and the only lamp was partially broken that we had to move throughout the house depending on the room we were in. There was a single TV with a remote that didn’t work and an Apple TV that had Netflix in Spanish. Overall it was not a terrible experience and would stay here again if we needed to, but hope they make some minor changes to improve the overall experience.

Highly Recommend!

What a wonderful home! Beautifully maximized the space. It is both functional and fun! The perfect place to gather people and enjoy whether it be outside around the fire pit or inside with the ping pong table. We highly recommend this rental!

Great Weekend

Arrival and check-in were very easy. The house is the perfect layout for families. We loved that there are two full bathrooms, four nice size bedrooms, and it was very clean and tidy. Great location to restaurants, the lake, and Culver Academies.

Super clean and updated! A+

We had a fantastic vacation in this wonderful home! The house was spotless, beautifully appointed, and just a short walk away from Lake Maxinkuckee and several restaurants. Excellent location! The beds were comfy, the wi-fi signal was strong, and we had a blast playing ping pong. In addition, the owner is quick to respond to any questions you may have. We've stayed at numerous rentals in Culver and this one is now at the top of our list!
