Perfect VRBO and location

We loved staying at this amazing VRBO. It was so clean and all the furniture and the beds were so comfortable. The linens and towels were so luxurious!! It was well stocked for cooking and you could make anything. The pool was so refreshing after a long day of exploring. Also, the location can't be beat. All the shopping and restaurants were 2/3 minutes away but the neighborhood was very quiet. Loved this place and would stay again!

Awesome place that had everything we needed

It was a wonderful home . I enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day and it was very relaxing and peaceful. This is a very quiet neighborhood and when i saw neighbors we would exchange greetings. The home is in a great location for adventures. We saw so many wonderful things and had some incredible hikes. There are lots of restaurants nearby and there is a huge Walmart very close. We made dinner a couple of nights and found the kitchen well stocked. If i travel to Tucson again, I will definitely stay here. I received texts from Sharon regarding everything I needed to know and if i had a question, she answered immediately. Overall, it was the best VRBO I have stayed in. Thank you.

Amazing

This place is amazing and very clean. The pool and hot tub get checked weekly and are really nice to have with the Tucson weather. The host gives you feedback immediately and offers so much information about Tucson. There are also many products/supplies shared by the host. We personally loved that the house was on the bike path and we used it to pedal downtown. We also did a lot of grilling and loved how we not only received the charcoal taste but the heat for your food was easily adjustable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gem of the neighborhood

We loved the house. The backyard is so awesome. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and dishes. The living room is very comfortable. It is definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood.

The home was clean and well stocked.

We should have asked a few more questions. We selected this property in part because of the salt water pool. We learned from the pool maintenance person that the pool heater had been turned off for the season and with overnight temperatures in the low 40's, the pool was too cold to use. Also, we couldn't find a thermostat to heat the interior of the home which would have been nice in the early morning hours. It was comfortable later in the day when the outside temperatures were warm. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed including coffee pods, which was appreciated.

Location was perfect for us - centrally located

This was our third stay at the property. We find it superb in every aspect. The host responded quickly to all questions or concerns we had during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and is primarily residential. The house is ideal for senior citizens. We are eager to return in the future.

Wonderful host and very well stocked VRBO!

Great host communication - she responded very quickly to all of our questions. The unit was very well stocked and had everything we needed. My kids loved that the pool was warm! Not really close to anything walkable but most things seemed to be a short (10-20min) drive, so it's central if you want to go a lot of different places.

Another Great Stay

Our family had another great stay at this centrally located home in Tucson . The home was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are nice and comfortable. We love spending time in the backyard when we can, the hot tub is fantastic and the pool was nice and warm.

Best VRBO yet

What a beautiful and CLEAN home! The best appointed home I have stayed in! Plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, toys and a lovely pool and spa that we used every day! Communication was easy and very responsive! If you have children, ours ranged from 4 to 13, this is a great house! Close to so much and more than enough room for everyone. I truly hope our plans will enable us to stay again next year.

a comfortable place to stay.

We felt relaxed and happy with the amenities at the property. One deficiency we noted was the size of the dishwasher. It was severely inadequate in size. With four people using it, we barely had enough room to hold one meal of dishes.

Great size and location.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was great for us. Everything seemed to be no more than 15 to 20 minutes away. The size of the house was big enough for both my family of 4 and my in-laws. The kids loved the pool and swim all week. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Staying in Tucson

The house was clean, newly updated, and worked well for our group of 3 married couple. ( the twin beds in one bedroom made for some laughs). We were out during the day, but gathered at the house in the evening. We enjoyed morning and evening swims in the pool

Great place to stay in Tucson

My 17 year old daughter and I went on a college visit to UA. This was a great place to stay. First, the host is super responsive. Second, the place was really very clean. Third, it had all the needed amenities from a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances, room with comfortable seating and tv, dining room table and chairs to eat, barstools, clean and stocked bathrooms, generous allotment of towels, washer and dryer, clean bedrooms (one with a supplemental wall unit a/c if needed), etc. Fourth, the pool and hot tub were great. Fifth, the neighborhood is quiet. Sixth, you are centrally located to everything - 10 minutes away basically from everything. We enjoyed this place and would stay here again easily and recommend it.

In town for wedding

This listing is one of the cleanest best stocked homes we have rented. The pool just adds to the place. We were in town for our granddaughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place to relax between events. The host was very accommodating and responded to our frequent questions extremely fast and friendly. We will definitely book again for future visits. A 5 STAR HOME!!!

Home away from Home

Our checkin was easy and flawless. Sharon is very attentive with communication and always quick to respond if anything is needed while staying in the home. The three bedroom is conveniently located close to the U of A and as always was extremely clean and well stocked. We have stayed in the home on many occasion and it is our favorite place to stay and spend time with our three children who live and work in the Tucson area.

Wonderful vibe

There is such a good vibe in this house. It's a happy place. The pool is absolutely great. Stays cool even in Tucson heat. The house is set up very nicely. One bedroom is a bit far from the bathroom, but it's a small house so it's not a big deal. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there except for a non-stick frying pan. Love it that I did not have to have keurig coffee. Make sure to buy some coffee if you prefer to use the regular coffee maker. The carport easily fits 2 cars and its easy access into the house - no steps. One of the twin bed's mattresses is not as comfortable as the other and probably could be flipped. It was great to have dinner together as a family at the nice big family dining table. TV, chairs and sofas were new and great. Just a lovely stay. The birding festival was only about a 5 minute drive which was ideal. So we loved the location.

Loved our stay!

We loved the house! Everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable as well. The backyard was a lot larger than what we expected, the pool was great! The location was convenient, close by to stores and restaurants. We would love to stay here again.
