Vackert lyxhem med pool och jacuzzi i en avskild trädgård. Detta är ett mycket rymligt poolområde med 3 schäslongar och många stolar och bord. Stora staden och bergen från alla områden. Koi damm med vattenfall som lockar vilda djur inklusive många fåglar. Olika visning däck. Stor Sante Fe öppen spis. Detta hem erbjuder allt detta men ändå nära centrum av Tucson, University of Arizona, konstdistrikt och shopping. Beautiful retreat in the city

The title of the property listing is 100% accurate. This is a beautiful spacious property and great value. The house was very well equiped with everything we needed. Great location, great views and great birdwatching.

Remote yet Close to town

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days. The place was perfect for our group. We spent some beautiful nights around the chimnea on the back private patio, nightly use of the hot tub was great. It was too cold to use the pool, but a few of the boys took a VERY quick dip...lol. The host Tony was very responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this place. I'm sure we will be back at some time in the future. Diane

Private but close to everything

Loved the location and views. It felt like we were staying outside of town with Mountain Views but it was actually in a neighborhood. Easy access, check in, clean pool and hot tub, great space both inside and outside.

This property was excellent. It had everything we needed. Any questions were immediately answered by the owner. Beds were comfortable, kitcken was well outfitted. We especially enjoyed the koi pond.

Great stay

This house met our needs. We came in for a week of hiking, so other than evenings, we were on the go. The house is in a small neighborhood, but Tony’s place sits back off the street so feels quite secluded. The fish pond was a highlight of our time at the house. Tony has chairs set up around the pond and the fish trained to swim up close anytime you sit outside. If you have allergies or sensitive to strong smells, this house may not be for you. There is a strong “fireplace” smell throughout the house. It did not bother us, and we quickly became nose-blind. But working in pulmonology, I could see it affecting some. Ask Tony for restaurant suggestions. Amazing!!! Tony was very easy to get in touch with - always with a quick reply. We would rent with Tony again if returning to the Tucson area. Thank you, Tony for a great week!

Fish pond

This is the best place to come & unwind, no noise, very private. Great accommodations for a family to have a wonderful time. Very well stocked even fish food for the goldfish. I would definitely come back here again.

Perfect location in West Tucson

I rented this house for 6 family members to stay during Thankgsiving and it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, everything worked well, the gas stove was a bonus. The outdoor space had plenty of chairs and tables. My older nephew loved the hot tub, we did not use the pool as it was a bit cold outside. The bedrooms allowed each couple to have their space and privacy. Bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. If I have family come again to Tucson I will definitely rent this home. Thank you Tony!

Tucson Family Gathering

We loved staying at Tony's home! It was perfect for my son, his wife, my two grandchildren and me. We spent a wonderful week in this private desert setting as our home base. The house offered everything we needed and Tony is definitely a superhost.

I am a handy guy, so the home is very well kept up inside and outside.
I am very available if needed with a simple text or call.
My father owned a restaurant in NJ and as I tell visitors upon their arrival, "Not only is the house clean for you, it is sanitized"!
I want groups to have a great time and enjoy your stay!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Me and my parents bought this property in 1985 as it had such a great feel, land, pool, views and a Koi pond that attracts Humming birds, Hawks, Eagles and Heron!
The main house was completely remodeled and 900 sq ft was added in 2007.
The main house is the rental home, the guest house is mainly used for storage. The homeowner does stay in the guest house some nights, very rarely. There is a helpful "cheat sheet" to help with many of the features and instructions for pool, hot tub, switches, TV's, fans, etc. Close restaurants, food stores. As of 2015, there is a 40 inch HD "Smart" TV outside with viewing from just about all of the pool yard and Jacuzzi. As of May of 2019 three of the four bedrooms have HD "Smart" Tv's. There is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway and elsewhere on the property with plenty of good lighting. The property is very safe and has never had any issues in 37 years! The neighbors are all very friendly and Tony knows them all by first name! They are quite a distance as the home is on 1.5 acres! You will walk out front or out back and not be seen which will give you a very private feeling and I have been told this by guests many times. You will feel like you are in a HOME, not just a rental house!!

Very private yet close to downtown and University area. It has many of the original "Charming Burnt Adobe" walls, where they could be left during remodeling.
Everything is modern and tiled throughout! Views are great and the Koi pond attracts all types of wildlife particularly Humming birds and some hawks, eagles and Roadrunners! Hummingbird feeders in the front attract them year round!
