Nyligen renoverat inklusive fullt utrustat modernt kök och helt nytt badrum med duschkabin. Sover fyra med queen size-säng i rymligt sovrum och drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Inkluderar snabbt trådlöst internet och kabel med 55 tums tv i vardagsrummet. Under din vistelse finns också en stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Great location

Stayed here for a Georgia came. The location was great! We were able to walk most places. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to campus. It was a cute little condo and we will definitely book again!

Clean and quiet place convenient to campus

It was a very nice property. Located very near campus and although alot of partying around us over the weekend the unit was very quiet. Hosts were excellent and very responsive.

Fantastic location

The location was great. Bed was super comfortable. Amenities were clean and well stocked. The only one complaint was hearing the person in apt above walking, but there is nothing that the owners can do about that. We would definitely stay here again.

Homey condo in great location

The condo was exactly as advertised and has a lot of extra touches that made us feel welcome. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking during our stay. The location can't be beat! Ken and April were very helpful and responsive.

Ken and April Jones är värd

We are Ken and April and both graduated from UGA and are Georgia natives. We live in Jacksonville, FL now, but get back to Athens as much as we can. Our oldest son graduated from UGA Law School and is currently practicing law in Atlanta. Our daughter graduated from Savannah College of Art and design (SCAD) and currently lives in Atlanta. Our youngest son is a student at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. As Georgia natives, Ken grew up in Columbus before moving to Atlanta and April was born and raised in Savannah. We met at UGA and have been happily married for 38 years and counting.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our condo is a hidden gem that sits in a quiet setting while being extremely close to campus and downtown. It is a great place for football weekends or other UGA activities. The kitchen and bathroom are newly updated as well as addition of hardwood floors - making our unit one of the nicest in the complex.
