Hemmet stöder Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. Det finns länstillstånd, allmän vägtillgång för ATV: er (All Terrain Vehicles) till Wind Rock ATV Park och City of Rocky Top, TN. Hemmet ligger nära mellanstaten. Norris Dam, Norris Lake och Norris Dam State Park ligger mindre än 10 minuters bilresa. Många andra lokala attraktioner. Detta är en stor, privat tillflyktsort. Du kommer att njuta av utrymmet. Jag äger andra liknande fastigheter som kan bokas.

Fullt möblerat hem med 4 sovrum. Det finns WIFI och Apple TV tillgängliga. stor veranda och en liten bakre veranda utanför köket där det finns en gasgrill. Ett av de fyra sovrummen hålls låst och är tillgängligt vid bokning med 7 eller fler gäster eller på särskild begäran.

Full tillgång till fastigheten. Tillbringa tid i skogen bakom hemmet. ATV-åtkomst uppmuntras men begränsas till och från Wind Rock ATV Park och City of Rocky Top. När du anländer till fastigheten kommer du att köra över överge järnvägsspår och följa grus uppfarten till huset. Omsorg med att korsa spåren första gången. Riktiga låga bilar kan skrapa lite. Jag kommer att vara tillgänglig för att hjälpa dig att bli nöjd.

SXX riding

Will answered all questions promptly. Was available by phone the entire stay if we needed him which we didn't. House is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Could use a set of measuring cups/spoons but otherwise, everything we needed.

Rocky Top Visit

Plenty of room to park and turn around, the house was clean except the shower curtain in the spare bathroom. The cushions on the front porch could be replaced, they are old and worn. Also no instructions on the air conditioner, how to adjust it.

Great place to visit

We found the owners to be very helpful. Lots of things to do in the area. House was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House

Great house. We went to ride in windrock. Great location and enough room for 4 trucks and trailers. It was kind of tricky turning around but not an issue for someone who knows how to drive a trailer. It was quite. great place!

Perfect vacation spot for riding Windrock!

Always love staying here, the house is perfect and comfortable. Porches and fire pit are our favorite places! Lots of room for trucks and trailers to maneuver. Will be staying again!

Very clean and comfortable!

We had a experience with this house and property owner! Will was kind enough to meet us late into the evening to make sure we found the property alright. He was very quick to respond when we had a question. The home was spotless! If I had to knock one thing it would be the location. The area is very back woodsy but that’s TN for you! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Trip

We stayed at this property for a week with our grown children and our daughters fiancé . The home was perfect for us. Will was great communicating and helping us out when we had a trailer for our ATVs to store on a separate property. The house was in a nice spot at the end of the street. A little narrow for a large truck or trailer. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable, beds and living spaces. Thank you!

Memorial Day Guys Trip 2022

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the trails at Windrock and it had plenty of parking. The property manager manager met us and followed him to the property when we got there. The house was very clean and the yard space was awesome. Definitely a great place to stay if your are going to Windrock.

Confort, peaceful

Our trip was rather spare of the moment, visiting my sick sister. The house exceeded all my expectations. Other family members that joined us at the house were very impressed. Would stay again when needed.

Clean comfortable and close to windrock

Clean, comfortable, and easy access to windrock park. Great spot for park your sxs in an open garage and place to park small trailers. Long trailers will be difficult.

SxS ride stay

Our stay was great. Very nice and spacious house. Close to some Windrock trails and not too far from the main Windrock entrance. We really enjoyed it.

House was clean and comfortable. The property manager was great and got back to me immediately when I needed something. He also made sure we got into the property ok in person. The neighborhood was the only downside but we spent very little time there.

This was a great stay.

The owner helped us get in on the day we arrived, the house was clean, well kept, and felt very safe. The neighborhood raccoons came out at dark every night and made a bit of noise but didn’t seem to mess up anything. There were so many great activities very close to the house that we will be needing to come back again because we ran out of time to do everything. It was a relief to find that we could park our extended 12 passenger ford transit with a mid level roof in the car port to protect it from weather. Most rental properties do not have a covered parking space for a vehicle like this.
