Nyligen ombyggda 3 sovrum 2 badrum hemma i västra Bradenton bara några minuter från den vackra Anna Maria Island med miles av vita sandstränder, restauranger, barer, djuphavsfiske och parasailing. Det finns gratis parkering vid alla stränder och det finns en gratis vagn som du kan åka över hela ön och gå av och på så många gånger du vill.

Bara 15 minuter från Sarasota flygplats och 5 minuter från IMG Academy. Inom gångavstånd från shopping, restauranger och golf. En kilometer från GT Bray-parken som har tennisbanor, fotbollsplaner, baseballplaner, lekplatser, hundparker, pooler etc. Också en mycket kort bilresa till Robinson Preserve där du kan spendera timmar promenader eller cykla genom mangrover och observera Floridas djurliv. Bara några minuter från underhållning och Pittsburg Pirates vårutbildningsanläggningar. Den världsberömda Siesta Key-stranden ligger en kort bilresa bort. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World och Universal ligger alla inom en två timmars bilresa.

We had a great time. The hosts were so gracious. The home was cozy and warm. Decorated nicely. Pool was big and it was heated. Used the barbque and all the facilities. Great neighborhood. Easy to get to beaches and restaurants. I could go on and on. Book this house you wont be disappointed. Thanks.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This was our family’s first trip to Sarasota. The house was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked so we could prepare meals and the proximity to Anna Maria Island was great. The enclosed pool was a perfect way to end the day for our kids.

Great summer stay! My husband, 8-year-old daughter, my parents and I stayed in this house for a week in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day, and the proximity to the beaches (15 minutes to Coquina Beach). Any kind of shopping you need is very close by, along with a great selection of restaurants. Really appreciate the house supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and laundry soap, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and it was great being able to park the car in the garage to stay cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you for your above and beyond hospitality, Chris!

Bradenton Property

The property was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Perfect Home for a family

We loved staying here. It is in a great location close to the beaches. The house was super clean, updated and the pool was great to spend time in. We will definitely be coming back again!

Home was nice and clean and well stocked with dishes, coffee, bottled water, seasonings, etc. Owner checked on us to see if we needed anything. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. Pool was nice and they had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels available to use.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home for Amazing Price

We were so lucky to have found this property was available during our spring break dates just 4 months ago when our initial place to stay (that we had booked since April 2022) was canceled due to circumstances out of our control. It's so hard to find anything good at a decent price in general for the dates we booked. Chris was super responsive when I inquired about reserving the property and understanding about coordinating with my parents who would be arriving before my family so that they could check in to the home. He even checked in a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly upon arrival. The home was everything in the listing and more. Well stocked with different sunscreens, shampoo, body wash, laundry soap etc. Chris was also super responsive when the dryer broke. He came over 20 minutes after we informed him, and then came back with a spare dryer once he discovered the part needed to fix the current dryer had to be ordered and wouldn't arrive for a few days. It felt like a home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paradise

Beyond impressed with this rental. Stocked with everything you need for a pool day & a beach day. House is so clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Perfect set up. Had an amazing weekend with my family. Likely going to rent again. Great location. Every room has a TV which is nice. Beds are super comfortable

Wonderful stay, very restful

The family loved the house and the pool! It was extremely clean and the posting was accurate. We used the grill everyday. The last night we got fresh seafood from Cortez Fish Market and grilled everything. The kitchen was well stocked, better than we imagined. Already looking to book again or at one of their other properties. Check in and check out were hassle free. Wonderful,responsive hosts.

Excellent Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. The owner was wonderful with communicating before, during and after our stay. The house is very clean and has everything needed for our vacation stay. Check in/out was easy. I will definitely be returning for a longer time.

Fabulous home

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! It is a spacious home with a very nice heated pool. Our kids loved the pool.the beachtoys where also very handy (beach chairs, beach umprella, toys, etc..). Chris is very friendly and helpful. We could definitely recommend this home!

Perfect

This home was a very clean well maintained home. My wife and I wanted a place in the area of nearby friends and this home met all our expectations. The owner of the property was very attentive and immediately available when we add questions. We asked after arrival if there was a muffin pan somewhere in the kitchen and since there wasn’t, he bought a new one and brought it to the house within an hour of asking. We’d love to return to this home on our next trip to Bradenton!!
