This 4000 sqft 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house is thoughtfully appointed with the latest luxury amenities. There are 8 beds in total allowing sleeping for up to 12. A well thought out kitchen is appointed with a gas powered Viking range stove, Kitchen Aid inset refrigerator, Kitchen Aid Oven with microwave/convection oven, toaster oven, coffee pot, two dishwashers, a second refrigerator and freezer in the pantry for extra storage. A large custom dining table with accommodation for 10 as well as kitchen counter table top seating for 4. Nice Air conditioned front porch has more sitting area with plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the view which overlooks the beach and the Gulf . The porch also features a day bed with a trundle as well as a queen sized bed on the other end. The living area has plenty of seating with a large sofa, rocking chair, love seat and big oversized lounge chair and is complete with a smart tv/dvd. There is a carport with a joining screened in grill room to cook your fresh catch of the day. A bluff top seating deck located in front of the house connects to a second deck on the beach via a lifted winding walkway.

This house also offers a custom made dining table that seats 8. The downstairs master suite is complete with king size bed, dresser, and smart tv/dvd.
