Visit to Kinsale

This unit has an excellent location. It is close to all of the fine restaurants in Kinsale. The view of the harbor is outstanding.

Excellent Stay in Kinsale

Excellent location by the Harbour and wonderful apartment. Nice amenities and so close to restaurants and activities. Owner was extremely attentive and very organized. Perfect Kinsale holiday. .

Great location, spacious, clean with all mod-cons

The apartment was in a great location, right on the waterfront a few minutes walk to the centre of village and great restaurants. It is spacious with all the necessities. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms as there were only 4 of us, but all beds were made up to be slept in with very comfortable bed linen.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kinsale and the apartment was perfect for exploring the town and restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and can recommend excellent pubs and day trips.

Perfect spot in Kinsale

This is a very comfortable, spacious, well equipped home overlooking the beautiful marina. The many windows make it bright and airy. Excellent beds and linens, very nice towels, everything you might need in the kitchen. Geraldine was so quick to respond to any questions and even accommodated our need to check in early. We have only very positive things to say about this property.

Geraldine and Kevin ‘s home was even better than pictured. The hosts were absolutely amazing throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend a better place to say in Kinsale!

Close to everything in Kinsale and a private parking space make this apartment very desirable. It is spacious and clean. Kevin and Gerardine are easy to contact and responsive to requests. I have rented their place multiple times and will be back again.

Location! Location! Location!

Very comfortable apartment for 4 adults. Prime location to everything in Kinsale and very close to the harbor. Having a parking spot is a great perk! Amazing restaurants so we didn’t cook! Hosts are very accommodating and communication was easy. A great stay!

Location was perfect

This lovely, well kept home is adjacent to the harbour and within walking distance of all amenties. Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores all convenient. We enjoyed the Ghost walking tour, which was definitely a stand up comedy show while weaving in some great information and history of the local area. Would recommend to family and friends Heather

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful place!

This property is clean, light and bright, with lovely decor and the comfiest sofas I've sat on! The kitchen has all equipment you might need and there's even basics in the cupboards like salt, teabags etc. Kinsale itself is just beautiful. It's like an artist's version of a little holiday village. There's an abundance of pubs and restaurants, quirky little gift shops, art galleries and more. Lovely walks and a clean sandy beach. We will certainly return to Kinsale and would rent the same apartment in a heartbeat!

The perfect apartment with wonderful hosts

We travelled to Kinsale for the yearly Kinsale Shark Awards, on business. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, what with there being two bathrooms, and it being fully kitted out for an extended stay. We quickly fell into the pace of life in Kinsale. On top of the Gerardine was an amazing host. Fast to reply, and incredibly helpful with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back, for sure!

Great location, very comfortable.

Gerardine was a wonderful host! Very responsive to questions during the stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, and gave very helpful directions for turning things on/off. Only not great thing was the self-closing (slamming) doors. But def not a deal breaker! The washer dryer in the apt was great, as was the view and the beautiful windows. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. ❤️

Lovely place in the perfect location

We really enjoyed our Kinsale stay!! The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable for five adults. It’s walkable to anywhere in town and is a 30 minute drive from Cork, which was convenient to us. The apartment is energy efficient; the interior doors are thick and heavy (self closing; you need door stoppers), and the heating/hot water system are on demand. You have to remember to turn everything on and off as you go, including outlets. After about a day, we got into the rhythm of it. Gerardine was responsive and answered our silly questions quickly. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer!

Our group was 3 adult women, so one person had to sleep in a child's bunk bed. Since I had indicated 3 adults on the search criteria, we were disappointed in that. Also, that same room needs a blackout shade or curtain as a very bright light across the courtyard shines into the bedroom. We liked the location; we thought the apartment was well equipped -- we enjoyed the convenience of the washer/dryer, coffee pot and refrigerator. The two larger beds were both very comfortable.

Super location

I was was super clean and very accommodating for our Family. Location was perfect, walking distance to harbor and town. host was very quick to respond to our concerns.. beds were super comfortable and gathering area in living room was very nice. The only things we did not like was the host, had a washer and dryer in the unit but it took a very long to do a load. Getting up at night and doors were very loud so getting up throughout the night was interrupting others sleeping. The parking spaces were so small that there was no room on either side to open your doors once in your parking space. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and location
