Brilliant

Just returned from pairso royal apartments we were in Daniel and pina1 Bedroom apartment this apartment is fabulous it has everything you require it really is home from home it's immaculate clean you get extra bedding for you to change when required plenty of towels instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow the location of the apartment is brilliant right in the heart of everything there is two sets of French doors so no noise what so ever if you are looking for a lovely clean home from home apartment for a holiday i recommend this tryed to return for next xmas and new year but sadly already booked if i ever get the chance to rent again i be straight in overall experience was fabulous thanks Daniel and pina

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Honest Opinion

6 week stay. Kitchen…Very good clean & all appliances in good working order. However we did buy little extras which we left for future guests. Living area….A good size ( for 2 people) A good T.V. with movie star & Netflix. Wi Fi was excellent. The downside was the sofa bed, which we found uncomfortable & had to adapt. Also in our opinion could do with refreshing, decorating etc. Balcony….nice size..gets the sun in the afternoon. Bedroom….Good size bedroom, very comfortable bed & plenty of clean bedding. Whilst we were there we both suffered with bad chesty coughs which we believe we got due to the damp in the bedroom, which can be Clearly seen round the bottom of the walls and by the wardrobe door. Shower room…Excellent with plenty of clean towels. We did have a problem initially with cockroaches but managed to address this problem successfully. The appartment is situated over a bar ( Leonardo’s) this had its good points & bad points. The good point for us was occasionally sitting on our balcony & enjoying the music whilst having a drink. The bad points were when we needed an early night the music could be clearly heard in the bedroom till midnight & sometimes beyond. Also the cellar to Leonardo’s was directly underneath the appartment & you could hear the rolling of the beer barrells & also the hand dryers being used. The Complex its self Excellent, really secure and kept clean & tidy. All in all we have enjoyed our stay and may return in the future.

Ottima posizione

Appartamento in un bel complesso ben tenuto con tutto quello che occorre per una vacanza in relax sotto all' appartamento c'è un locale che suonano fino le ore 24 e non oltre appartamento consigliato

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand. Hier fand man alles was man in einer Küche braucht. Sehr sauber und rein. Nicht weit zum Strand. Wir fühlten uns hier wohl und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke an der Vermieter.

Excellent accomodation

Beautiful apartment. Pool area very good. Pool bar was fantastic. €2 for a pint. Food was great & a wide variety available. Waitress Elaina was a great laugh. We had fun with her. Would definitely come back to this apartment

Fantastic apartment great location

Spent just over a week in this apartment unfortunately it wasn't long enough would have stayed a lot longer, the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and very well equipped. In our opinion it was perfectly located, bars, restaurants and a stroll to the beach. Definitely would stay there again and the owner was extremely accommodating!!! We are a married couple just into our fifties free from having to take young children away with us and still enjoy a good night which you will find here, there is a bar (Leonardo's bar) underneath the apartment and on occasions enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching and listening to others enjoying themselves, any live music did stop at 11.30pm and most left by 12.00pm, the main area of nightlife is 5mins walk away if that's your thing. We wouldn't hesitate on booking this apartment again and will be recommending it to our friends. To summarise we had a great holiday. Thank you to the owners Daniel and Pina.

Clean, bright apartment with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Very central located property on a lovely maintained gated residence. Pool was a treat as quiet and peaceful. Apartment had everything needed only improvement would be aircon for the hot balmy nights!

Fabulous apartment great location

Just returned from here today and loved it ..fab location , the apartment was spotless and very well equipped the only small complaint we had was tv was mostly French apart from news channels but hey you don't go on holiday to watch tv ...I will definitely rebook this apartment and daniel was great at responding to any messages ....thanks for a lovely stay 😎

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Sehr zentral gelgen.

Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Appartement wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Teneriffa Ferien verbringen. Einziger Nachteil, die Bar nebenan, die bis spät in der Nacht laute Musik spielt. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Great apartment.

Very spacious apartment. We were 3 adults but could easily accommodate 4 or 5. Very central for bars and beach. The apartment is modern and spotless clean.

Roll out the barrel

The apartment is very nice inside with good facilities. That's where the good review ends! We had told the owner we were travelling with an 18 month old baby. This room sits above one of the noisiest bars in Las Americas. To top it off they even have the cellar directly under the bedroom and regularly drag the barrels across the floor at all hours. If you fancy a holiday with no sleep then this ones for you. Many thanks for ruining our Christmas with the little boy but as long as you get your money hey!!!
