Crescent Sands F4 är en härlig 3 sovrum, 3 badrum lägenhet vid havet som ligger i Crescent Beach-delen av North Myrtle Beach. Enhet F4 ligger på 4: e våningen, har en hiss och en absolut vacker utsikt över havet! North Myrtle Beach-hyran har nyligen uppdaterats. De tre sovrummen är heltäckningsmattor och resten av lägenheten har kakel i trä. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng, TV, master bad och balkongen vid havet. Det andra sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar, TV och privat badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng och TV. Det tredje badrummet kommer in från korridoren.

Fantastic Property

The condo building is great and the beach is so nice. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable here. The building has a great location to nearby attractions and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

Nice property and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to stretch out for our group (6 adults). Also, other residents/guests in the building were mostly families so very quiet stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was fully stocked and well kept! Loved the views from the large balcony. Quiet and quaint. Highly recommended. Definitely will be booking for next year.

Great condo with a great view of the ocean. The maintenance man was diligent with cleaning the windows, pool, and washing the sand off the walkways. We would stay again.

Ideal Location

The location was near everything but I felt the beach seemed not as crowded as other areas. I was concerned with overcrowding in the pool but we never experienced that, actually we had the pool to ourselves a couple times!

Our stay was a perfect getaway!! The location and view was more than what we expected. The unit was clean and loaded with necessities...We loved it. I have never been to Myrtle Beach and was coming up there to check out the area. I figured I’d go in the busiest time of the year. The condo is clean ..everything there that you need ..convenient and the areas so laid-back and relaxed loved it.

Wonderful view, spacious balcony

We loved it here. The balcony was very large and the chairs were high enough to see over the railing to get the best view of the ocean. The main lobby was a little tight as well as the kitchen but this did not, in any way take away from us enjoying our stay.

Three Sisters Vacation

We loved the location of the property, the view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set. The Condo had everything we need for a memorable vacation. The only reason we didn’t give all 5 stars was that the unit needs some maintenance on the bathroom and faucet, several of them drip constantly. We appreciate you vacation home is shared with many of us, and it is hard to maintain with so many of us using it. If I owned this unit I would be concerned with saving water. Thank You for sharing you vacation home with us. We will definitely rent again.

ROOF REPAIR

The condo was perfect, exactly as stated on the web site EXCEPT we were given an 8 paragraph email that stated what was expected of us BUT the management didn't think it was necessary to mention to us that the entire roof was being remove the week we were there. The noise from the jackhammers and machinery beeping constantly, the debris everywhere (on/in the pool, walk ways, cars and driveway, lounge chairs, etc), the lack of parking due to them roping off 1/2 the driveway, and the workers all around. They started at 730 AM - which meant we never were able to sleep in our vacation - and we were on the 4th floor, I cannot imagine the others above us. We were so disappointed!

Quiet family oriented neighborhood.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay. Kitchen well stocked. No need to bring reading material as owner provides several books for you to read during your stay. Although unhandy at times, we felt safe with secured key entry only into the building. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the condos in working condition. We witnessed them working all day and into the evening hours. The pool and outside area was cleaned thoroughly each morning.

This property was wonderful!! Very clean, great location just steps from the beach, well-stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils, glasses), and a wonderful view from a huge balcony! The pictures on the listing online were accurate. My family and I would most definitely book this property again!

The Crazy Ladies annual beach trip.

Four 60+ ladies on our annual beach trip. So 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are a must. The condo was clean and we had plenty of towels. Every thing we needed was in the condo. Street noise was loud on Sunday and Monday due to the holiday weekend. After that it was quiet. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Place!

Everything was great - location, unit. My only complaint was the wrong WIFI info was given on the packet. May not seem like much but by the time I called the management office was closed. You can't check your email without using data. And with two adults and three kids with devices having WIFI in 2020 is like having electricity. It is a must and really unacceptable that they don't have the correct info. Very simple thing that can cost guests a lot of money in data charges. They did respond the next day with the info, but it should have been correct on the check in info.
