Modern Villa Nafplion är en bekväm villa för 8 personer, med 2 sovrum och ett loft, 1 badrum och 1 wc, privat pool, privat trädgård, grill och stenugn, gård, luftkonditionering i alla rum, wifi, privat parkering, belägen i ett vackert lugnt område omgivet av fantastisk utsikt. Villa Nafplion (125 m2) är nybyggd på tre nivåer, på anlagda tomter på 900 m2, bara några minuter (7 km) från den historiska staden Nafplion och även närmare (4 km) från sandstranden i resortorten Tolon, idealisk för barn i alla åldrar!
Villa Nafplion, rymmer bekvämt, 8 personer, som har 2 sovrum och ett loft (1 dubbelsäng, 2 enkelsängar, 1 dubbelsäng, 1 enkelsäng och 1 bäddsoffa). Även Linne, bad & pool handdukar ingår två gånger i veckan.
På nedre nivån (trädgård och pool), det finns en privat pool, utomhusdusch, ett bordtennisbord, en stor trädgård med pergola och trädgårdsmöbler, 4 solstolar, och mittemot finns en uteplats, ett stort bord med 8 stora stolar bredvid grill och den traditionella stenugn, och apelsiner / citronlundar, med utsikt över en vidsträckt utsikt över den gröna berg och den gamla "rock" i Asini.
På den andra nivån (gård), det är bottenvåningen, där huvudentrén av villan är en stor gård och en privat parkering för 2 bilar åtminstone.
Inne i villan och nedre nivån / trädgård-pool, det finns 2 sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng (där kan vi sätta en spjälsäng) och även ett sovrum med två enkelsängar, med altandörrar i varje rum, med utsikt över trädgården . Även på denna nivå finns det stora badrummet, med badkar och tvättmaskin. På samma nivå, utanför rummen finns ett pentry med kylskåp.
På den andra nivån (där gården är) det finns en öppen planlösning vardagsrum / matsal, plus en mysig öppen spis med en stor soffa för 8 personer, och även ett matbord med 8 stolar och en stor tv, en dvd och en cd spelare. Det finns också ett fullt utrustat kök med ugn, kyl-frys, diskmaskin maskin, mikrovågsugn etc. På denna nivå finns det wc.
På den tredje nivån finns loftet, där kan sova 4 personer i en dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng och en bäddsoffa, med ett fönster med utsikt över gården och den gröna berg.
Alla rum på Villa är luftkonditionerade och smakfullt inredda.

A wonderful family vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described on vrbo. Very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The yard was spacious and beautifully maintained, with fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, plenty of lounging and seating options, perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. The pool was a definite highlight and perfect after a hot day of walking around Napflio. The pool was clean, private, and great for both kids and adults. The hosts were professional, responsive, and truly thoughtful. From the small welcoming touches and they even made vegan cookies for my mother to checking in on us. It was clear they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Thank you to our lovely hosts for a wonderful experience. Excellent

House is in a great location, close to Nafplio and major sites. Our entire family loved the pool and it kept us cool on hot summer days. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nikoleta (the host) was responsive and graciously left a nice welcome gift for us. We would definitely return if we are in the area!

Wonderful stay

I stayed at Nikoleta's house in July 2023 with my three children whilst touring the ancient sites of Greece. The house is beautiful and is kept in perfect condition with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living rooms. The garden and pool are also perfectly maintained and we really enjoyed them. It is a great house with a very kind and considerate host. It is a few kilometres from the town so you definitely need a car (we had one so no problem).

Lovely and Comfortable

Two of my friends and I stayed at this lovely home from May 26 to June 2, 2016. Niki and her family meet us at a local grocery store to show us the way to the house, which was a good thing as we never would have found it on our own and the grocery store became our go to place for basics. The location is wonderful, out in the country but close to Naphilo, which is a lovely town with a great market twice a week, good shopping and an excellent museum. The house is also very close to Tolo, with it’s fabulous beach, and not too far from many important archeological sites. The house was just as pictured and clean and well appointed. Lots of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Being only 3 people we could have used a smaller pot but managed fine with the family sized cooking equipment. The juicer was a great bonus, as we bought a huge bag of oranges from a roadside vendor and had fresh orange juice every morning. There are four outside seating areas, plus pool side loungers, and outside living it what we did at every opportunity. A great home away from home and highly recommended..

Great place

It was heaven on earth. Very nice house with truly everything you can wish for. Even in the mids of summer the house was cool and outside around the pool we could always find a place to relax. Close to the beautiful town of Napflio. Nikoleta is so friendly and made us feel at home right away.

Wonderful experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Niki’s villa. The location is very convenient if you have a car. 10-15 minutes to center of Napflio with great shopping, food and nightlife. 5 minutes to Tolo Beach. Many other beach options in the area. They have everything you need for an enjoyable stay: dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of dishes and glasses and all the kitchen utensils. The house is well set up for a larger number people, but there were only 3 of us so we were able to spread out. The outdoor area is spectacular with so much to enjoy sunny days and quiet evenings. Several sitting/dining areas and even a ping pong table and a basketball hoop. We tried the grill which was a fun experience. Didn’t get to the pizza oven but it looks so appealing. Wish there were some English-speaking channels on TV but didn’t impact us that much. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

Vakantiewoning met oog voor detail op goede locatie

Deze woning voldoet aan alle beschrijvingen. Vooral de buitenruimte is fantastisch. Een heerlijk zwembad, complete bbq en pizza oven. Alles wat je maar denkt nodig te hebben is aanwezig. In de keuken genoeg servies, extra handdoeken en linnengoed. En het is super schoon. Niki beantwoorde al onze vragen en zorgde dat een babybedje en kinderstoel klaar stonden zelfs aan een box, speelgoed en zelfs een buggy. Cotton een heerlijke vakantie woning vlakbij prachtig strand en we hebben genoten van gezellige avondjes in Nafplio allebei binnen 10 minuten rijden.

Magnifique maison, sur-équipée, idéalement située. Le jardin est superbement aménagé, avec une très belle piscine. Notre hôte Niki est accueillante, attentionnée et disponible. Bref les qualificatifs manquent pour décrire notre séjour et ce lieu inoubliables. We'll come back, hopefully.

Wonderful house!

We had a lovely holiday in Niki's house! The house is very nice: beautifully furnished just as pictured and everything you need is provided. The garden is fantastic, with a lot of different corners to sit in. Niki gave us a very warm welcome, she's really the perfect host! The house is well located out in the country within driving distance from all places of interest. This is a highly recommended place.

An amazing hidden gem.

Niki's villa was wonderful! Niki and her family were wonderful! Nafplio were wonderful! We had a very early flight and Niki was very kind to let us drop our bags off at the house before check in. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything you could need. The pool is beautiful and we spent many happy nights having dinner by the barbecue. The house is very well located, only about 25 mins from Nafplio and within driving distance of a number of Archaeological sites. We had a wonderful and truly could not have asked for anymore, we cannot wait to go back again.

Villa très fonctionnelle et bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Niki durant deux semaines à 8 dans la villa. La maison est dotée de tout le nécessaire et s'est révélée très fonctionnelle (frigo à chaque étage, tout le nécessaire en cuisine, coin barbecue ombragé et très bien équipé, transat, belles vue de l'étage, jardin bien arboré, climatisation dans toutes les pieces, calme ...) La piscine à été un régal pour les enfants comme pour les adultes La situation géographique est également appréciable à 10mn en voiture de la charmante ville de Nauplie et de ses bons restaurants et à 10 mn de plages différentes mais toutes très belles. Une montée de 500 marches à proximité de la villa permet de profiter d'une vue magnifique depuis la petite paroisse qui domine le "rocher" (que l'on voit du jardin) Quant à Niki elle a su rester discrète tout en restant disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le seul problème à été de devoir partir de cet endroit. Encore un grand merci

Schöner Urlaub mit Pool und alten Steinen

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern im Herbst bei Niki und habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Niki und ihre Familie haben uns in der Stadt abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht. Wir haben direkt viele tolle Tipps fürs Einkaufen und Essen gehen, sowie Sightseeing-Möglichkeiten bekommen. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe vor der Stadt, ein Mietwagen ist sinnvoll (!), bis nach Nafplion sind es ca 10 Minuten, zum Bäcker und Supermarkt ca 5 Minuten mit Auto. Pool und Garten sind sehr schön aufgeteilt, eine gute Mischung aus Sonne und Schatten und der Riesen-Grill ist ein Traum für alle Barbequefans. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen Pizzaofen. Zum Schlafen gibt es zwei abgeschlossene kühle Zimmer im Untergeschoß und eine Empore über dem Wohnzimmer, die hell und freundlich eingerichtet sind. Außerdem gibt es einen Fernseher, den wir aber kaum genutzt haben und eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren viel unterwegs, um "alte Steine" anzusehen. Tiryns, Mykene, Ephesos, Korinth und Athen sind nicht weit weg. Nach Olympia haben wir einen Tagesausflug gemacht. Aber auch eine Vulkaninsel und winzige Fischerdörfer mit Strand im Sonnenuntergang liegen ganz in der Nähe (Niki gibt euch gerne Geheimtipps) Wir haben der Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful villa in the perfect spot

We had a lovely 10 day holiday in this gorgeous house in August. Niki was the perfect host and had thought of everything including firewood for the beautiful outdoor pizza oven, and even the ingredients to make the pizza bases! They met us on arrival at a supermarket just outside Nafplio and showed us the way, only a 10 minute drive from Nafplio itself, but it felt as though it were deep in the countryside with a lovely view of hills and out towards the sea. The beaches are all only a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction (you need a car), and we had a lovely time exploring the coastline and also sometimes going into beautiful Nafplio in the evenings to eat. The house is very new and comfortable and everything was perfect, especially the stunning pool set in the lush garden, and surrounded by comfy sun loungers and piles of towels which were all provided. Ther was even missive repellent coils and plug ins, but for the first time ever in Greece, there were no mosquitoes on this holiday even though we ate out by the pool most nights. Thank you so much Nicki and her family, the house and every thoughtful touch made it a holiday we will always remember.

Marvelous holidays!

We stayed with 8 people - 5 adults and 3 kids - in the house for 15 days and had a wonderful time! The location is very calm, the house is great and its facilities are well thought out and clean. Niki and her family welcomed us very kindly at our late arrival and showed us everything there was to know for our stay. Far from being intrusive, Niki was yet very responsive throughout our stay and always keen to help.

Wonderful holidays

This was our second visit to Nafplion, but we were captivated by the wonderful location of this villa, which is very well appointed with good size bedrooms, all rooms air conditioned, new, clean. It has a lovely garden and swimming pool, perfectly maintained. The views are stunning, wait to see the full moon and even more beautiful than it looks at the photos.The owners are attentive and offer every assistance but not intrusive at all. The villa is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Tolon, ideal for children. Nafplion, the closest main town, is not more then 5-10 minutes drive where you will find a large selection of excellent restaurants serving a wide varity of food and lots of bars. There are a number of mini markets close by as well as in Tolon so don't worry about buying food... We have recommended this villa to our friends and family without hesitation and we hope to return again very soon. John

Fantastic holiday!

The Villa was perfect and in a beautiful location. It is near the beach and the town and historic sites are easily accessible. There are lovely outdoor lights for an amazing evening swim and barbecue in a private and peaceful setting.

Fantastic holidays!

Very comfortable, tastefully furnished and clean house, recent and well equipped, efficiently organized and it has got all the cooking appliances and machines we could imagine. We did found all necessary items, from towels, bed linen, washing powder, toilet and kitchen paper to spices... Barbecue/garden zone is perfect and the swimming pool as well, many lovely seating areas all over and the kids loved the basket playground and the table tennis. We loved taking breakfast on the terrace and having barbecue lunches. The area is so beautiful, and the views so spectacular that it does draw you back again! Owners are very sympathetic and did their best to help us. We spent great holidays in this lovely house close to Nafplion, we can't wait to come back again... A place we really advice for families or friends that combines relaxation with activities and comfortable sightseeing! George

A very nice family house

We are a family of 5 and we spent 5 days in Niki's beautiful house. It was very clean, very well-maintained and very well-equipped (especially the kitchen) The Garden is not very large but very pleasant, with a built-in BBQ, and the pool is gorgeous ! It is 3 ou 4 km from Nauplia in the countryside and the location is perfect to visit antique sites (Epidauros, Mycenia...) or to spend the day at the beach. Niki was very helpful. We met her and her family in Nauplia and she brought us to the house. She gave us a lot of information (supermarket, bakery...) and was always ready to help without being intrusive. She also left a plate of greek cookies as a welcome gift. I would highly recommand this property.

A beautiful villa in a fabulous location

Such a beautiful location and marvellous view from this tastefully decorated villa. Near the elegant and lively town of Nafplio. The pool is a lovely as the photo and there was every amenity. The owners are delightful and the only negative is that we had to hand the keys back at the end of our stay.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

The house was just like the photos. Beautiful. All to ourselves. Gorgeous scenery right in the countryside yet near enough to towns, villages and beaches. Niki gave us the warmest welcome and made the house so comfortable. Lots of personal touches that made a difference. Wonderful!

Away from the crowds, but within 5 minutes of local amenities, so close to the magical city of Nafplion, and the wonderful beach of Tolo, the villa is set in a beautiful orange and olive grove and surrounded by splendid Mediterranean herbs and flowers.

You may find yourselves lazing around in your own beautiful private and secluded pool, listening to bird-song and enjoying the scent of fragrant flowers, and the next minute being between among so many people!
In any case, the villa is absolutely a wonderful place to relax !
