Very professional and friendly agents, lovely house with an excellent view. Small but somewhat charming town of Drepano about a mile and a half away. All towns people welcoming and location is great as long as you have a car.

Best vacation EVER!!!!

We spent 10 wonderful days at this magical villa. Bucket list vacation with our kids and grandkids. Pictures cannot do justice to this amazing villa and the spectacular vistas. Marianthi was the exceptionally helpful with her knowledge of the area, the best beaches, restaurant, and sites. Despite an extreme heat wave we were always comfortable in the villa, by the pool or the numerus outdoor sitting areas. Villa Zoe will always remain in our hearts. a place of magic that brings people together. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU. Tasso Papanayotou & family

Best Service Imaginable !!!!

Our stay was perfect for location, home, local village. But the best part of the stay was our hosts Alex and Marianthi
.especially Marianthi!!! We were involved in a traffic incident from a scooter hitting our rental car. Caution for the scooters no matter where you are, they come at you from every direction. Marianthi found a tow truck, mechanic, offered to take us to get groceries and shuttled us to/from the auto shop while it was repaired. Her involvement made what could have ruined our vacation a mere bump in the road. Alex offered alternative transportation options which we didn’t need as the car was only out for one day. I can’t say enough good things about these hosts.

Best Villa Holiday

We spent two weeks early July at this amazing villa. We were welcomed by Oxana of Skouras Real Estate who briefed us on the area, where to eat, best places to visit etc. The villa is even better than in the photographs. It is very new and the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The villa was spotless upon arrival, as was the fantastic pool which was cleaned nearly every morning before we were even awake! The pool was larger than expected with only a small shallow end which made it perfect for adults to swim in. There was ample shade around the pool in both the morning and afternoons. Breakfast on the balcony looking at the all the greenery was so relaxing. The villa is situated not far from Drepano (walking takes around 25minutes but it was too hot for us to walk) which has lovely friendly local shops, cafes and a restaurants and is not at all touristy. A visit to Mrs Sofia's Bakery is a must (in fact we became regulars there!). The wifi was a bit unreliable but that is only to be expected in the more remote parts of Greece. I cannot recommend this villa enough, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return. Thank you Oxana for all your assistance during our stay.

Beat expectations

After extensive research, I liked the look of this property but was really sold by the reviews to make a final decision. It was the right call. Whatever concerns I had in trying to interpret the photos for dimensions, etc. turned out to be false alarms. This property had everything we were looking for in a vacation home, without exception. It is well laid out to accommodate a good size group, was very cleanly and well-maintained, was equipped with all needed facilities, like laundry and a well-stocked kitchen, had spacious bedrooms and living areas, beautiful views and a lovely pool. This villas is place you can truly feel relaxed in and can enjoy, which is how vacation is supposed to work, right? On top of that, we were really pleased by the service provided by Skouras on check-in and over the course of our stay. Marianthi was a star, from the initial guided tour all the way through check-out, notably helping us with terrific recommendations that really allowed us to feel the charm and splendor of this lovely corner of Greece. The pool man came regularly to clean the pool and we even had the cleaning service come in during our stay to clean and provide fresh linens. All said, I would definitely recommend this place. Our two families had a wonderful time and were sad to have to leave it all at the end.

Fantastisch!

Een super fijn huis in een mooie omgeving. Ruime slaapkamers en de tuin en het zwembad waren erg mooi. Ook het contact met Skouras was heel goed. We werden heel vriendelijk verwelkomd en konden makkelijk contact hebben. Echt een aanrader!!

Wonderful week !

We enjoyed a lot our stay in this wonderful house with high services : efficient and silent air conditioning in all main rooms, mosquito nets on all windows (even we didn't see many mosquitos there..), spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool with water games, great view especially at night, fridge filled with drinks at our arrival, products for dish-washing and washing machines provided, linen, bath and swimming pool towels furnished, etc.. and lovely towns and beaches all around. A specific thanks to Oxana who is very kind and gave us the information we needed to visit around. Do not hesitate, go and enjoy !

Beautiful villa centrally located for touring

Our group of 5 adults stayed at Villa Zoe for 2 weeks in late May. We toured the nearby archeological sites most days, then returned to rest and swim at the villa. It was a short walk into nearby Drepano to find atmospheric tavernas for suppers, negating the need for a designated driver. That villa was beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms, laundry equipment, and inside/outside eating areas. The views from our terraces and balconies were also fantastic. We were looked after by our property manager Oxana, who provided excellent advice on eating establishments, wineries, beaches etc, and who ensured that our every need was promptly met. Since the property was so new we had no issues with any aspect of the villa, although 5 IPads did challenge the wifi. In conclusion, we were very happy with both the villa and our manager’s care. We definitely recommend Villa Zoe and would stay there again!

A great villa, ideal for families

Villa Zoe is amazing, extremely well equipped and plenty of space for our party of 8. The villa was clean and we felt at home right away. The management staff were great when called upon and even supplied some essentials upon our arrival as we arrived during the evening. Would thoroughly recommend and stay again. The pool and pool area were great, the kids loved every minute. Located a short walk to the local village of Drepano, through an orange plantation, as well as a short drive to the beautiful Nefpilon and local beaches. Thank you Villa Zoe.. We’ll see you soon 👍

Perfect villa in a great location for a quiet and relaxing week in the Greek sun

Villa Zoe was perfect. Set across 3 floors it had plenty of space for 2 families of 4 and a great pool and pool area.. Extremely well equipped and very helpful management staff who couldn’t do enough for us and were there when called upon. A short walk to the local village and close to Nafplio and local beaches. Would struggle to fault our stay, it was perfect for what we wanted from our holiday! Having been to a number of the Greek islands, this was our first time visiting mainland Greece and would definitely go back.. Thank you Villa Zoe 👍

Villa of my dreams!

Our first time in Greece, and what a wonderful experience from start to finish it was, thanks this wonderful property we stayed in and the great support we had from the property management company who I would like to thank! From the moment we arrived in the area we were greeted and taken to the Villa, where we were presented with a beautiful villa, extremely well furnished and appointed with wonderful views and surroundings in a quiet area with Orange and fruit trees all around. The villa was well equipped, a real home from home (more like a show room) with all linen, towels, washing facility, BBQ and much more provided. You can pack light as everything is well thought of with guests in mind here. The rooms and bedrooms are spacious, clean, very well presented. The pool is cleaned daily and local Pool cleaner / Gardner also came to check everything was ok for us, often bringing us freshly picked oranges which was very nice of them. The local village has restaurants, super markets, pharmacy, bakeries and the beach in Tolo is lovely just a few miles away as well as being very close to many historical sites. I highly recommend this Villa and I will be going back as soon as I can, my family fell in love with it and the area. The Villa comfortably sleeps 8 people, we were a family of 5 and had more space than we do at home.
