This house was everything we needed - clean, bright, and spacious. The host provided us with all the information we needed and checked in to see how our stay was going. While the weather was rainy during our stay, the location near the city park and zoo is a bonus. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Denver.

Great place to stay in Denver

This was a great place to house our wedding party. All 4 young couples kept going on about how much they enjoyed the home and the location. The host was very responsive and thought of everything.

Great place for a group get away to Denver area.

Rick is a great host. Place was spotless and had everything you could ask for. A group of us stayed- 4 couples and 1 teenager. We had plenty of room and were very satisfied with the accommodations.

wonderful stay in Denver

Great property and wonderful property manager who worked with us to make our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the house, which is convenient to all the attractions in City Park and was just the right size for our group of 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the game room was great fun in the evenings. We hope to return!

Denver wedding weekend

This home was the perfect place for our daughters wedding weekend. Plenty of space, all the amenities, very clean and a wonderful responsive host. Slept 8 adults very comfortably. Great location in the city and very nice neighborhood.

Perfect Conference Stay!

Absolutely perfect in every way! Our host was so responsive and kind. (They even baked us fresh cookies!) We were in Denver for a conference and the location was just a quick drive from the convention center. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you, Rick, for everything!

Beautiful home in convenient location

Our group of 6 stayed at this property over a spring break trip to Denver. The home was immaculate and very conveniently located to all the Denver attractions. Rick was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect for a large group

We loved this space. There were 5 adults and a baby. It was a great size when we all needed some space after a long day of exploring denver. We took advantage of the large table to eat meals together and loved the game room downstairs.

Perfect For Our Stay in Denver

The house was immaculate, and central location worked out great for Coors Field and local attractions. Rick was an excellent host. He was all too willing to work with us and share local direction on restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest. Would highly recommend this property.

New place in the middle of Denver. We were there for a weekend birthday and loved the home. Its only about 10 minutes from downtown. Super awesome.

GREAT property!

We stayed at this beautiful home with folks ranging from 4 years old to 61 years old and it was perfect! The finishings in the home are incredible, the space and location are great and the host was fantastic. He was even kind enough to give 2 of our party a late checkout since their flight home wasn't until later in the day. I really can't say enough good things about this home and I hope to have the chance to stay here again!

Fantastic House in Denver

We spent a week in Rick's house and it was great! The location was perfect - very easy to get around the city as well as proximity to the highway to travel to towns outside of Denver. The back porch was nice to hve at night so we could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. Although we did not utlize it, it's one block from City Park which would be great in cooler weather (we were there in July)

We were so happy. The house was perfect for our family. 4 adults and 3 children under age 3. When we arrived there was a plate of fresh baked cookies. The house was spotless and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again. Loved it!!!!
