A well-equipped kitchen, spacious living and family rooms, a dining room table with seating for six, a fenced-in backyard with furnished patio and propane BBQ grill, and a partially finished basement with a futon sofa and room for kids to play all make this a great home for families. A jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom and TVs in each bedroom offer spots for relaxation while large-screen TVs in the family room and basement provide great places to gather together. This house was mostly great for our group of 6. It's clear that it has been recently remodeled, so the carpeting & furnishings are new. The biggest challenge we had was with the A/C. It was cold on the main floor, very cold on the lower level, and hot upstairs. It was a 90º week, so this system was clearly struggling to cool evenly.We cooked every breakfast and a few dinners at the house. The new fridge & freezer worked well, but the kitchen lacked a colander & reasonable cooking sheets. Also, this house needs more substantial cutting boards and art on the walls. The back yard was a very nice place to hang out, but the cushions are very tired & worn. We had to wipe down all the furniture & table before eating out there. Finally, "walking distance to Olde Town" is a stretch. It's nearly a mile, on a busy road. It's still super convenient by car or bike, but "One mile from Olde Town" would be more accurate.

Great home to stay in!

We were in Arvada for a softball tournament. This home was centrally located to all the ball parks. It was also convenient for shopping and restaurants. The home itself was comfortable and nicely furnished with many thoughtful touches and supplies. We especially appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage with all the equipment we were carrying. We highly recommend this rental!

The home was very nice and well-kept. There was plenty of room, and the outdoor patio was a pleasant place to have morning coffee or tea. Each of us said that our beds were quite comfortable. There are quite a few stairs, which is something to keep in mind. The location was great! We were able to drive around or catch Lyfts/ Ubers with no issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great House - Loved that we all had our own Bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great for Families

Lots of space (as pictured) and plenty of toys for little ones. Location is close to the highway, Olde Town Arvada and 20 minutes to the city. Definitely a great spot for families or groups.

Very comfortable, well stocked, quiet neighborhood close to old Town Arvada

Great place for families. We wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law, & granddaughters who live in Arvada and this was perfect! Stayed for 9 days! Great grandparents visited for 2 nights, kept our 11/2 granddaughter for 4 nights. This place was perfect for all ages.

Great place to stay!!

Nice house for all 7 of us! The beds were comfortable. The back patio was a nice relaxing area. With 3 living rooms none of the kids or adults were ever cramped for space.

Home in Arvada

Love this home! It fit all of us perfectly! We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament and family came in to join us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home with plenty of room. Very clean. Seemed newly renovated. Our family of five ith adult children enjoyed the larger beds. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Only negative was missing curtains in basement bedroom...could see through emergency window. It had lots of tvs and comfortable couches. Good location to old Towne or get on highway quickly.

Perfect location

Perfect spot for our group. Easy drive to red rocks and airport. Not far from some mountain drives and Idaho Springs. The local spots for food and brew were superb and CLOSE. 1.5 minutes to Walmart. The house is clean and well stocked with plenty of everything you need, dishes / cookware/ towels/ shampoo/ toilet paper etc. plenty of space to spread out with multiple tv’s and living space. Secure garage parking. Something we are picky about is water pressure for showers and this place is great in that dept. The heat is a little touchy to get right with beds upstairs and in basement but workable. They provide fans. And be advised there are plenty of stairs. No ground level beds. Not an issue for most but could be, so be aware. Host provides fantastic communication. Overall it was a great choice for a great price with zero complaints.

Family wedding and vacation

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to our wedding events and trips to Denver, Golden, Rocky Mt National Park and Idaho Springs. The house was very room with different living areas making it great for a larger group or family. They did supply bathroom essentials but in small volumes so you would want to bring your own if staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of bathroom towels were available. The sliding back door was difficult to figure out how to lock. We were able to lock it but it doesn’t work like it should. The listing also said it had a ironing board but it was not functional and we had to use a sheet instead. Coffee maker is for K-cups. They did have a coffee supplies but it was grounds/filters. Overall a great rental and would stay here again. Walmart is less than a mile to get all your supplies when you arrive.
