Välkommen till 11 Bald Eagle Road !! Detta sex sovrum, fem och ett halvt badrum hem kan enkelt rymma en grupp på upp till femton gäster. Det är en snabb promenad till stranden eftersom det ligger andra raden havet i Sea Pines. Du kan ha tårna i sanden på under tre minuter!

Det nyrenoverade pooldäcket är den bästa platsen att koppla av och fånga några strålar. Den privata poolen och spaet kan värmas upp för vistelser som faller mellan Labor Day till Memorial Day. Det finns en extra avgift för att värma poolen och / eller spaet - vänligen kontakta vårt kontor före din vistelse om du är intresserad. Det finns även en gasgrill för grillning.

FÖRSTA VÅNINGEN:

En trevlig förmån för detta hem är att det har flera bostadsområden. Det viktigaste vardagsrummet är otroligt rymligt med gott om sittplatser, en platt-TV och tillgång till bakre veranda. Det finns också ett litet hölje med extra sittplatser, en platt-TV och tillgång till bakre veranda.

Det fullt utrustade köket är öppet för båda bostadsområdena. Det finns ett äta frukostbord i köket och ett större matbord precis utanför köket.

Tvättstugan med tvättmaskin / torktumlare ligger på första våningen. Bara nerför en liten trappa finns ett spelrum med en stor platt-TV, ping pongbord och fotbollsbord - kul för barnen OCH de vuxna! Det finns ett halvt badrum precis överst på trappan på bottenvåningen. Detta hem är också utrustat med trådlöst internet.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och platt-TV. Det privata badrummet har hans-och-hennes handfat, badkar och separat duschkabin.

MELLANNIVÅ:

Den andra befälhavaren svit är belägen på mellannivå. Den har en king size-säng, sittgrupp och en platt-TV. Det privata badrummet har ett badkar och en separat duschkabin.

ANDRA VÅNINGEN:

De återstående fyra sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Sovrum tre har två dubbla våningssängar och en platt-TV - perfekt plats för fyra barn! Sovrum fyra har en king size-säng och en platt-TV. Dessa två sovrum är anslutna via jack-and-jill badrum som har en duschkabin.

Beautiful home

Our family loved everything about 11 Bald Eagle. The house was so comfortable, with excellent living spaces. The outdoor area was great for cooking out and the proximity to the beach was really convenient. This was such a perfect spot for our extended family gathering. We hope to return!

Annual family gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a beautiful well situated home with plenty os space. We have rented it twice over the last few years. It suits our family so well. We love the combined dining living space. The game room is great for kids. And the bedrooms and bath combinations work so well. The kitchen equipment is a little sparse and the single fridge is tight and therange/single oven struggles. For a home that can house a crowd, the kitchen can’t feed as many. I know that’s a need for our family that others aren’t going to share. With youngsters we just can’t eat out and are relian on eating at home. Other than that, we really love the home, and it feels like home to us!

Great week at the beach

Our family enjoyed our annual Sea Pines week. While a little bit dated, the house was great and served all our needs just fine. Loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Had no issues and the rental company handled everything without a hitch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation in a neat 6 bedroom 2nd row house near South Beach. We had only two (2) issues. First, there are four (4) mega mansions under construction on the beach so we had a lot of noise and congestion which was a concern with young children and pool-side sunning. Second, the exterior of the house had a lot of tree debris on the deck and around the pool when we arrived and which was not blown off all week. But, the house was great and the walk to the beach fairly short. Everyone loved biking on Sea Pines.

Great House for Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect "post-covid" reunion house for 8 adults and 4 children! The layout of the house allows everyone privacy and their own bathrooms (there is one jack-and-jill). The game room (converted garage) was especially enjoyed by our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren. We experienced some very cold weather, and had to call the management company regarding a heat issue and a minor pluming issue. They were extremely prompt and very professional. All family members agreed that they'd love to return! Note: If coming in warmer weather, understand that there are 3 houses are under construction across the street.

Great home for multiple families

The bedroom layout was conducive to multiple families and there were plenty of spaces throughout the house to spread out. The pictures online didn’t reflect that all the bathrooms were recently updated so that was a nice surprise upon arrival. The outdoor space was great and the beach was a short walk. We needed a couple random kitchen items and they were delivered promptly. We would love to stay here again.

Great House, Great Management Company

The house was great for a large group. (Five person family, three person family and four random college age friends.) Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. Couple minute walk to the (almost private) beach and easy bike ride to South Beach and the Beach Club. The management company was also great with managing my booking (dealing with credit card processing issues), helping us change dates, answering questions, giving us early access.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at 11 Bald Eagle. The management group was easy to deal with and handled a few small issues very quickly and professionally. The pool area has a great amount of seating and umbrellas for several guests to enjoy. The play area that used to be a garage was a favorite hangout spot for all the cousins and kept it quiet for the adults. A great space for multiple families to gather.

New Years Family Vacation

We stayed at the property for a week over the New Year's holiday. Our family of two sets of grandparents, 4 children aging from 9 months to 5 years, and 4 other adults could not have been more pleased or comfortable. The layout of the house was ideal having two master suites and on-suite bathrooms for everyone else. The game room was also an added bonus. The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living room was also great for us. The kitchen was the most well appointed I have ever had at a rental property. There were plenty of glasses, coffee cups, plates, and two coffee makers. The supply of bath towels and linens was also much more than I expected. We never actually had to do laundry! The location was superb as well. Having so many young children, being able to come and go from the beach so easily was a must. Only being a couple minutes walk we were able to go down multiple times a day with ease. We were only a half-mile bike ride from South Beach, which made frequenting the Salty Dog and shops even easier! Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House

This house is everything we had hoped for. Having several different sitting area was really a plus for our large family. Very short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the bonus room in the evenings watching TV and playing games. We used the wonderful outside patio/pool area more than I expected. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for work and play. There was plenty of space for seven of us to spread out to work and do homework with strong Wi-fi. The living room and pool deck couldn't be more inviting and comfortable. It was a quick three minute walk to the beach and five minute bike ride to the South Beach restaurants, shopping and tennis. The staff at Coastal Home & Villa were great to work with. We will definitely be back!
