Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Hilton head for years with family and friends. We have rented from Coastal Home and Villa before and always been very happy. This home was absolutely amazing and we will be staying here again in the future. Close to the beach and a quick bike ride from all Sea Pines has to offer. There were so many sleeping arrangement options and the home was well kept and beautiful.

A Place to Gsther for Thanhsgiving

We have done a number of rental stays over the Thanksgiving holiday which has made the moms insist on driving fro VT and FL so that we can be sure to have all that was necessary to prepare our feast in style. This was the first property we have stayed in that made our efforts unnecessary- the kitchen was designed and stocked for cooks! As for the rest of the house and location- magnificent!

Excellent

It is immediately obvious upon entering the house that this place is first class, well designed and someone is paying attention to details. As an example, someone took the time to line up all the utensils in the kitchen drawers(s) instead of just throwing them in there. Location is great. The six ensuite rooms sealed the deal for us.

Family Vacaion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot for a family reunion. Pool is perfect for small children...not too close to the home. Easy walk to the beach. Peaceful and quiet location. The staff was terrific; swift response to any issue. The only issue was a weak internet/WiFi signal.

Thank you so much for the five star review - we’re happy to hear it was the perfect place for your family reunion! In regards to the WiFi, we’ve made some tweaks and the internet signal is working much better now. Additionally, the owners are looking into upgrading the WiFi mesh network – targeted timeline for that would be fall or winter 2023. Thank you again for your wonderful review & we hope to see you again for a future stay!

Another wonderful Vacation in Hilton Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was awesome for our extended growing family, Internet cable issues were minimal and the refrigerator issue was beyond your control, however, your people were prompt and took care of the issue quickly. Its always more important to see how people act during an issue rather than assume when there are no hiccups

12 Seaside Sparrow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this home. We loved it! There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was great. The only downside we experienced was the gas oven did not work the week we were there. We were notified by the rental company on the day of arrival. While we did have the wall electric oven, it was not easy to cook for the amount of family we had there. We cook in most of the week. I felt like some compensation should have been offered but was not. When this much money is paid, I expect everything to work properly or the company to make it right. We would stay here again for sure and were over all pleased!

Anita – Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback & allowing us the opportunity to follow up with you after your departure. We appreciate your five star review & are very happy to hear you loved the home, it’s definitely a favorite of ours! We want to again apologize for the second oven not being operational while you were here. We had an appliance technician out the day of your arrival in hopes they would be able to repair it but unfortunately the part needed was backordered. The part arrived shortly after your departure & has been installed – both ovens are now fully operational. Again, we are so sorry to have inconvenienced your stay! Thank you for allowing us to follow up & make it right - we look forward to hosting your return HHI beach vacation!
