Denna Tybee stadsbostad ligger bara 100 meter från stranden med fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet från tredje våningen huvudbostad och stora "L" -formade täckta verandor med underbara vindar. Första våningen är ett 4-bil garage, innergård med utomhusdusch, foajé och hiss till alla våningar. Andra våningen är 3 sovrum (en kung, en drottning och ett våningssäng med två uppsättningar våningssängar), det finns ett fjärde rum på denna våning som vi har förvandlat till ett TV-rum för barn, två fulla bad, tvättstugan och en enorm "L" -formad täckt veranda. Tredje våningen är det viktigaste bostadsområdet tillsammans med sovrummet / badkar, kök, matsal, familjerum med öppen spis och stor platt-TV, pulverbad och återigen en enorm "L" -formad täckt veranda med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet. Övervåningen har en Weber gasgrill och är lastad med möbler (Adirondack-stolar, gungstolar, soffa och matbord).

Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay on Tybee. The house was great. I had other family meet from other states around the country and everyone enjoyed the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the house and it's amenities. It was a close walk to the beach and an easy drive to Savannah.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location is absolutely perfect - just a super short walk to the beach. The views from the porches were beautiful. It was amazing getting to watch the sun rise every morning. This was our first visit to Tybee Island, and we definitely want to go again!

Perfect week at Tybee

This was our first time staying in this house. There was ample space inside and outside for the family to spread out. The walk to the beach is super short. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to future stays!

Family Vacation

We loved the house and Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with! The location was perfect for our family. It's in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants on Tybee Island and 20 to 30ish minutes to Savannah, GA. We spent most of our time on the wrap around balcony on the 2nd and 3rd levels, relaxing, enjoying quiet time and the nice breeze. The elevator was a life saver for my dad and for taking luggage to the third floor. We'll definitely come back to stay here when we come back to Tybee Island. Thanks Mark!

Wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation

This was a perfect house for our Thanksgiving combined family vacation. We had 10 adults ranging 27-91 & 3 children under 5. The house was well appointed, stocked & comfortable. Just steps from the beach, near restaurants & across the street from a playground. The elevator made it possible for our father who is wheelchair bound to be able to join us & celebrate being together.

Great spot for family vacation

We have stayed on Tybee many times but never in a home this size. It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great space for rest and relaxation. Mark was a wonderful host that was quick to respond to our inquiries. I can’t say this enough but whatever you might need they have. From beach amenities to an extra fridge in the garage to an elevator this place has it all! Did I mention you’re a two minute walk to the water? Our family including my 81 year old father really enjoyed this property. A true gem on Tybee!

We didn’t want to leave!!

The house itself was beautiful & very clean. It was stocked with extras to make our stay even better. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach. Mark was a wonderful host!! He was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending this stay to others. We are already talking about our next vacation here!

Thought we would go to Savannah for a day but never left the island.

The unit was so nice, we never left the island.Worked out great for all 3 generations. Space to spead out when infant and 2 year old needed quiet places. Walked to beach and restaurants. Dolphin boat, fort, lighthouse and great restaurants just a short drive.

Great place and great host

The house exceeded our expectations and Mark (the host) was super helpful. The location is super close to the beach access and the ocean is so close you can see the water from the balcony! Lots of nice areas to hang out with family, indoors and out. Thanks for a great family week at the beach!

Girls Club Tybee Island

We loved it! Less than a block to the beach. View of ocean and breezes from upstairs patio are wonderful. Lockbox entry very convenient. Owner let us park car in garage. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances and pots/pans somewhat dated. No baking sheets. But otherwise we found everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nicely furnished. LR couch very comfortable! Be aware the kitchen and living room are up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. We needed the exercise so it was ok for us! We highly recommend it and would definitely rent this property again. Owner extremely easy and friendly to work with.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! The furniture was very comfortable (have stayed many places where the furniture looks pretty but that's about it) the rooms were setup well for our three families, the porches were huge and perfect for a game with the kids/a space to enjoy our morning coffee/watch the rains pass, and the beach was just steps away. We were sad to leave but it was a wonderful stay!

Great beach house

We had a great experience renting this beach house. The beach access boardwalk is on the same street as the house so going back and forth was easy. It was nice that this section of the beach was not as crowded as the area near the pier. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella were nice to have just check items before carting them to the beach as some were broken or missing parts. The home is definitely “lived in” but kept up well and clean. Kitchen sauté pans need replacing as they are peeling but the pots were ok and sheet pan just needed foil. Special ice maker in kitchen was great amenity. It was nice that each couple/family had their own bathroom plus the half bath by the kitchen for convenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The perfect family beach vacation

This house is the perfect spot for an extended family beach vacation. The house was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. The house is a very quick walk to the beautiful beach. It is a quick walk to anything you need yet feels private and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Would definitely stay here again

This property is absolutely beautiful and worked perfect for our group of 11. One of our group has MS and it would’ve been difficult navigating the three levels of the house if it hadn’t been for the elevator. Perfect location being on the block of the beach. Awesome view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. Without hesitation would definitely stay here again.

2022 Spring Break Family Style

This was the perfect house for us. Tybee has so many family fun activities. The elevator was super convenient for getting all luggage and coolers to the 3rd floor. The front porch view spectacular! 4 houses from the sand dunes/beach. Savannah close enough to visit.

Great Spring Break!

Our group of nine people (two families) enjoyed a great week at this Tybee Island house. It was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything else we could need. As the owner described, it is "lived in" and comfortable. It's obvious previous guests have not always taken care of it, but we were not bothered by scuffs on the floors or walls. It's an easy, short walk to the beach, and the wagon provided was perfect to haul our chairs and gear to the calm and quiet mid-beach. Short drive to nearby restaurants and close to everything Savannah has to offer. Definitely get scones and coffee from Tybean and pizza from Huc-a-poos!

Great Location

Lovely home and close to the beach!

This home ticked all the boxes for us: a big living room for family gathering, big porches, and steps to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.
