Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Chanda. We're glad to hear that you found the home clean, enjoyed the property overall, and had a positive experience with our team's communication. We sincerely apologize again for the internet outage that occurred during your stay. Unfortunately, the service interruption was caused by damage to the line outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating it was to be without internet and television during your vacation. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked through the situation. Regarding the refund, we apologize if there was any confusion. We would be happy to look into the status of the reimbursement if you haven't yet received it. Thank you again for staying with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother experience in the future.
