Traveling with little ones is its own kind of logistics, so hearing that the stairs made it easy is the best compliment this condo could get — being on the first floor with your own private staircase means the pool and the beach are both steps away, and you can head back for a nap or a snack without making it a whole production. It's a great spot for families in other ways, too — gated grounds with 24-hour security, the kids' splash pool, and groceries and Alvin's Island less than a mile off when someone loses a float.
