Vår fantastiska bondgård har stadsljus och vackra Pinnacle Peak vyer samt omgivande bergsutsikt. Huset ligger i ett mycket privat exklusivt område men mycket nära till alla åtgärder med enkel tillgång till motorvägarna. Njut av vår utväg stil bakgård som inkluderar tennisbana, basketplan, golfgröna, pool, spa och grill. Det finns också två eldstaden och en öppen spis på utomhus ramada är bakgården helt inhägnad.

Huset ligger bara några minuter från Grayhawk Golf Course och Troon North Golf. Bara en kort bilresa på motorvägen tar dig till en av de bästa köpcentrana i landet som heter Fashion Square Mall. Längs vägen kan du stanna vid Talking Stick Casino som också har Top Golf driving range vilket är fantastiskt. De har också två utmärkta kurser.

Perfect House

Visited Scottsdale for our annual golf trip and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Well stocked/supplied, 4 king size beds, private baths, amazing views of Scottsdale and maintained hot tub/pool. Will 100% rent here again

Private yet close to everything

Our family of 4 stayed at this amazing property for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the space, privacy and incredible view of the city. It is unique to find such a private oasis so close to shopping and major highways. If you are seeking a quiet location, it would be hard to do better.

Beautiful place

It was cold (30s at night, 50 -60 day), but the sun and surroundings were wonderful. We hiked or visited art galleries each day, and always unwound in the evening in the hot tub which heated up nicely in 20 minutes or so. The pool itself was a beauty, but too cold to heat easily. We didn’t use any of the extensive sports offerings, but if I were to return with my kids and grandkids they would love it.The house was great except that we found the living room unwelcoming at night due to the current overhead lights. A few floor lamps would improve the ambiance. My only other quibble is that the shower cabinets were small for such an otherwise luxurious house.Cherrel was great, very responsive, easy to communicate with. Many good restaurants in Scottsdale, close by supermarkets. All in all a really good time.

Thanksgiving holiday

The property had a beautiful view of the valley and ample space but aside from that we were quite disappointed. Issues : The property is not representative of the listing. Its VERY dated and run down. The property has very dated furnishings, oily and dirty pool furniture, broken fixtures. eg. broken barbeque light, ceiling fan in bedroom 4., broken umbrella, many cracks in tennis court. Barbeque is old , rusty and needs replacing . pool was not heated upon arrival and never did heat up for us so that we could swim. The remote control feature for the spa was quite old and difficult to use. we spent hours trying to work the pool and spa equipment. In all of our prior experience with rental properties this one is perhaps the least positive experience given how outdated the house was. Appears very minimal if any investment for several years. no proactive outreach from property manager upon arrival or during our stay. I reached out the first day with questions on the pool tech and did receive a prompt answer back but that was it from Cherrel until she advised us of our checkout time. Happy to submit pictures.

The views and location are excellent the backyard is very spacious and very private. Enjoy tennis, hitting golf balls, playing basketball, relaxing by one of the fire pits and watching the sunset. Excellent for families.
