Kihei Akahi, mittemot Kamaole II Beach Park Àr en fantastisk egenskap för bÄde par och familjer. Bara nÄgra steg frÄn stranden, egenskapen har 2 pooler, 2 grill och rastplatser, tennisbanor, vackert anlagda trÀdgÄrdar, gott om parkering och plats för hantering och sÀkerhet.

NÀrmaste flygplats: Kahului pÄ 16 Miles

VÄr lÀgenhet med ett sovrum, med en lyxig king size-sÀng, har ett rymligt öppet kök. Vi gjorde en totalrenovering och renovering med nya möbler, nya apparater, ny golv, nytt badrum och nytt kök under 2011. HELT UPPGRADERAD !! Varje Är sedan har vi uppdaterat, underhÄllit och uppdaterat lÀgenheten minst tvÄ gÄnger om Äret.

FrÄn Lanai vÄr Maui hem pÄ tredje vÄningen i den mycket önskade C Building, du ser över den vackert anlagda trÀdgÄrden och den nedre poolen till havet. Eller, svÀng till vÀnster och ser över den övre poolen till Haleakela - en av de tvÄ dramatiska vulkaner som skapade Maui. Kamaole II stranden ligger bara nÄgra steg frÄn vÄr dörr.

VĂ„r uppgraderade enhet har kakelgolv, nya skĂ„p och granit bĂ€nkskiva i köket, ny kaklad duschkabin pĂ„ badrummet med Bali strandgolv, nya möbler och ny mĂ„lning och inredning hela tiden. Best vacation ever

Neal and Joe’s peaceful condo was the perfect place for our family of three to stay in during our first trip to Hawaii (and to Maui, of course). We loved the location and the property was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We went snorkeling a lot and also hiked in West Maui and went “up country” to see the rodeo as well and to Haleakala, and it was great to know we’d always get a good night’s sleep after a long and active day. The condo was very clean and we loved the shaded terrace as well - we had breakfast outside every day. The gardens around the condo are beautiful, it’s really an oasis. We hope to come back soon!

Well located, well equipped Unit

We have never stayed in a better supplied, better equipped condo. And Neal, the owner, provided lots of information and was quick to respond; not that we needed anything during our stay. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. This unit is close to both pools. Most of the time we swam in the pools by ourselves. This condo seems larger than the other Maui ones we have stayed in. It has a large kitchen counter my wife really loved. We did use the TV at night and it was bigger than most. We will stay here again if available when we are.

This is a gem with great location and beach access

Our stay at Neal's condo was wonderful. We visit Kihei often, but this was our first time to the Kihei Akahi property and it is beautiful. Neal was great to communicate with and the check-in process was so easy and office staff friendly and helpful. The condo is as pictured and very comfortable. The walk to K-II beach is short as well all many restaurants in the area. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Amazing location

Wonderful unit close to a World-class beach!

Aloha, We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for about a week. The unit was well stocked and truly a home away from home! 60th Birthday in Maui

Another excellent vacation at the Kihei Akahi. The unit was everything as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The outdoor toys (lawn chairs, etc) were also more than we could have hoped for. It was a great home base for all of our adventures. We will definitely be back in the future to stay at your wonderful place again. From Mamas Fish House, Visits to Big Beach & Stargazing atop Haleakala, it was a most memorable birthday. Great home base

Property was centrally located and convenient for all of our activities. It was easy to walk to beach, food, and shopping. Complex is a garden oasis with a guided botanical walk, and condo was well equipped. Lanai was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Best location

Neal & Joe’s unit provided everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable and homey. We couldn’t ask for a better location with just a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. Great Location, Wonderful Experience

Very nice property, host included some of the essentials you need, hand soap, auto dishwasher soap, small dish soap, starter qty paper towels, some spices for cooking. Enough so we didn’t panic when we first got there. Check in was efficient, condo was as expected, nicely decorated, sufficient space. The cross breeze was very good 5 out of seven days, the fan compensated for the other two days. Didn’t need AC. Wonderful balcony to enjoy listening to the birds and enjoying the lust greenery. Close to many restaurants and food stores, plus shops. Rent your vehicle from Kihei Rent a Car, great family business, great people and prices. Everything was wonderful would recommend and would stay here again.

Neal was great to work with! Prompt responses to all my questions. This condo couldn't be in a better location. Easily walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. As well as an ABC store for quickly needed grocery supplies. Best VRBO owner we have ever worked with!! Highly recommend.

My family and I spent a week at Neal’s condo and we had a great time! The place was a perfect home away from home. Neal being an excellent host was very attentive and always there to help. Gorgeous condo in amazing location

It was our first time in Maui, and everything went beyond our best expectations. The condo is located right in front of Kamaole 2, a beatiful beach. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, it is very comfortable, and has all gear you would need for the beach. The condo owner is very responsive for any enquiry you may have. The property management is very kind, the whole complex is a nice garden. Definitively we recommend!!

Little slice of paradise

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in this condo. Neal is very responsive to any questions or concern that arose. The condo is located very centrally in the complex and in the town of Kihei. It is supplied wit( all the essentials including beach chairs, towels,etc. I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family and hope that we will be able to stay again in the future. Besides the well manicured grounds, the 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and friendly check-in service, we especially liked the close proximity to one of three beautiful beaches. We greatly appreciated the communication and overall concern for our pleasant stay from our landlord. We highly recommend this accommodation and will endeavor to book again in the future.

Excellent Condo

Neal’s condo is truly a slice of paradise. Location is perfect; right across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and walking distance from great food and shops. The condo is so clean, well furnished, with all the amenities. The couch in the living room is so comfortable with a view of a large flat screen tv. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dish washer! The bedroom is private and has a comfy king sized bed. The lanai is big with a table and four chairs and a gorgeous view of the ocean to the right and the mountains to the left. Below is a well manicured Hawaiian garden with beautiful trees to enjoy. Neal is truly the perfect host! Communication with him was easy and quick turn around. He is kind and generous! Thank you for sharing your incredible beach house ! We hope to back soon!

Perfectly located for different Maui activities around Kihei. Fully equipped for an easy stay. However some minor maintenanceNd new bed sheets needed as well as some beach equipment should be replaced.
