Kihei Akahi, mittemot Kamaole II Beach Park Àr en fantastisk egenskap för bÄde par och familjer. Bara nÄgra steg frÄn stranden, egenskapen har 2 pooler, 2 grill och rastplatser, tennisbanor, vackert anlagda trÀdgÄrdar, gott om parkering och plats för hantering och sÀkerhet.

NÀrmaste flygplats: Kahului pÄ 16 Miles

VÄr lÀgenhet med ett sovrum, med en lyxig king size-sÀng, har ett rymligt öppet kök. Vi gjorde en totalrenovering och renovering med nya möbler, nya apparater, ny golv, nytt badrum och nytt kök under 2011. HELT UPPGRADERAD !! Varje Är sedan har vi uppdaterat, underhÄllit och uppdaterat lÀgenheten minst tvÄ gÄnger om Äret.

FrÄn Lanai vÄr Maui hem pÄ tredje vÄningen i den mycket önskade C Building, du ser över den vackert anlagda trÀdgÄrden och den nedre poolen till havet. Eller, svÀng till vÀnster och ser över den övre poolen till Haleakela - en av de tvÄ dramatiska vulkaner som skapade Maui. Kamaole II stranden ligger bara nÄgra steg frÄn vÄr dörr.

VĂ„r uppgraderade enhet har kakelgolv, nya skĂ„p och granit bĂ€nkskiva i köket, ny kaklad duschkabin pĂ„ badrummet med Bali strandgolv, nya möbler och ny mĂ„lning och inredning hela tiden. Perfect location

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in November and it was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach, upgraded kitchen and bath, comfortable bed, two pools, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed (beach chairs, small cooler, towels, umbrella),

Great home base

Property was centrally located and convenient for all of our activities. It was easy to walk to beach, food, and shopping. Complex is a garden oasis with a guided botanical walk, and condo was well equipped. Lanai was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Good spot to stay to explore Maui

We enjoyed our time at Neal's place, the location in Kihei is nice and makes it easy to explore the island. The condo was as described in the listing and Neal was helpful and quick to respond.

Best Location!

This property has a great location. It is perfect for day trips to anywhere on the island. The condo has everything you would ever need. (Beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, full kitchen, safe, king bed, balcony, pools, in-suite laundry)

Great condo. Very comfortable and relaxing.

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. The condo is very nice. Tge view of the ocean from the balcony is very nice. It was generally very quiet and relaxing. Close proximity to the beaches and activities. I would definitely return and the owner Neal is very responsive and kind.

Beautiful Condo

Thanks Neal for an amazing stay. We had a small plumbing problem but Neal quickly and professionally fixed the issue and accommodated us. The condo was spotless, well stocked (especially with beach chairs, parasol, coolers etc. to make for great beach days). Exactly as the photos show, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and quiet at night. Would recommend this to anyone and can't wait for our next stay here. Thanks Neal!

A Nice Replacement

We booked the condo and found out shortly afterward that it had mistakenly been double booked. Neal quickly remedied the situation by working with another owner in the facility and getting us a very nice replcement unit after we agreed to it. He was a great communicator and made everything right if it wasn't. Thanks, Neal, for being a great rental owner!

Fantastic Property

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. The condo was spotless, had all the amenities we would want and the location was excellent! We loved having coffee/breakfast on the lanai as well as a relaxing drink after spending the days exploring the island and beaches. The whales were out in huge numbers this year and we could even spot some from the lanai. We made great use of the chairs/umbrella and coolers that were provided as we enjoyed the beaches across the street and also those we drove to. The location could not have been better!! To be able to just walk a few hundred meters to the beach and not worry about parking etc... priceless. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall, this condo was perfect and we would highly recommend it. We will definitely book this condo the next time we visit Maui. Mahalo Neal and Joe! Hope to be back sooner than later!!

Best vacation ever

Neal and Joe’s peaceful condo was the perfect place for our family of three to stay in during our first trip to Hawaii (and to Maui, of course). We loved the location and the property was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We went snorkeling a lot and also hiked in West Maui and went “up country” to see the rodeo as well and to Haleakala, and it was great to know we’d always get a good night’s sleep after a long and active day. The condo was very clean and we loved the shaded terrace as well - we had breakfast outside every day. The gardens around the condo are beautiful, it’s really an oasis. We hope to come back soon!

Well located, well equipped Unit

We have never stayed in a better supplied, better equipped condo. And Neal, the owner, provided lots of information and was quick to respond; not that we needed anything during our stay. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. This unit is close to both pools. Most of the time we swam in the pools by ourselves. This condo seems larger than the other Maui ones we have stayed in. It has a large kitchen counter my wife really loved. We did use the TV at night and it was bigger than most. We will stay here again if available when we are.

This is a gem with great location and beach access

Our stay at Neal's condo was wonderful. We visit Kihei often, but this was our first time to the Kihei Akahi property and it is beautiful. Neal was great to communicate with and the check-in process was so easy and office staff friendly and helpful. The condo is as pictured and very comfortable. The walk to K-II beach is short as well all many restaurants in the area. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Amazing location

Wonderful unit close to a World-class beach!

Aloha, We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for about a week. The unit was well stocked and truly a home away from home! 60th Birthday in Maui

Another excellent vacation at the Kihei Akahi. The unit was everything as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The outdoor toys (lawn chairs, etc) were also more than we could have hoped for. It was a great home base for all of our adventures. We will definitely be back in the future to stay at your wonderful place again. From Mamas Fish House, Visits to Big Beach & Stargazing atop Haleakala, it was a most memorable birthday. Best location

Neal & Joe’s unit provided everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable and homey. We couldn’t ask for a better location with just a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. Great Location, Wonderful Experience

Very nice property, host included some of the essentials you need, hand soap, auto dishwasher soap, small dish soap, starter qty paper towels, some spices for cooking. Enough so we didn’t panic when we first got there. Check in was efficient, condo was as expected, nicely decorated, sufficient space. The cross breeze was very good 5 out of seven days, the fan compensated for the other two days. Didn’t need AC. Wonderful balcony to enjoy listening to the birds and enjoying the lust greenery. Close to many restaurants and food stores, plus shops. Rent your vehicle from Kihei Rent a Car, great family business, great people and prices. Everything was wonderful would recommend and would stay here again.
