Kihei Akahi, mittemot Kamaole II Beach Park är en fantastisk egenskap för både par och familjer. Bara några steg från stranden, egenskapen har 2 pooler, 2 grill och rastplatser, tennisbanor, vackert anlagda trädgårdar, gott om parkering och plats för hantering och säkerhet.

Närmaste flygplats: Kahului på 16 Miles

Vår lägenhet med ett sovrum, med en lyxig king size-säng, har ett rymligt öppet kök. Vi gjorde en totalrenovering och renovering med nya möbler, nya apparater, ny golv, nytt badrum och nytt kök under 2011. HELT UPPGRADERAD !! Varje år sedan har vi uppdaterat, underhållit och uppdaterat lägenheten minst två gånger om året.

Från Lanai vår Maui hem på tredje våningen i den mycket önskade C Building, du ser över den vackert anlagda trädgården och den nedre poolen till havet. Eller, sväng till vänster och ser över den övre poolen till Haleakela - en av de två dramatiska vulkaner som skapade Maui. Kamaole II stranden ligger bara några steg från vår dörr.

Vår uppgraderade enhet har kakelgolv, nya skåp och granit bänkskiva i köket, ny kaklad duschkabin på badrummet med Bali strandgolv, nya möbler och ny målning och inredning hela tiden. Dessa lägenheter är inredda i varma och välkomnande färger som åberopar sand och strand. Sitter på Lanai, 3 våningar upp, det är nästan en innergård känsla i mitten av frodig tropisk växtlighet i Kihei Akahi trädgården. Det är en underbar zen plats att äta frukost eller kaffe. Den extra fördelen med vår plats är att insidan av lägenheten blir kall under dagen eftersom det undviker direkt sol. Öppna fönstren och låt havsbrisen i!

Allt du behöver för din Maui semester är i enheten, inklusive linne, porslin och bestick, köksredskap, tvätt, solstolar och leksaker. Tja, inte allt. Stranden och solen är ute och affärer och restauranger i Kihei och Wailea ligger bara några minuter bort. Vi hoppas att du ska trivas i vår lilla bit av paradiset.

Well located, well equipped Unit

We have never stayed in a better supplied, better equipped condo. And Neal, the owner, provided lots of information and was quick to respond; not that we needed anything during our stay. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. This unit is close to both pools. Most of the time we swam in the pools by ourselves. This condo seems larger than the other Maui ones we have stayed in. It has a large kitchen counter my wife really loved. We did use the TV at night and it was bigger than most. We will stay here again if available when we are.

This is a gem with great location and beach access

Our stay at Neal's condo was wonderful. We visit Kihei often, but this was our first time to the Kihei Akahi property and it is beautiful. Neal was great to communicate with and the check-in process was so easy and office staff friendly and helpful. The condo is as pictured and very comfortable. The walk to K-II beach is short as well all many restaurants in the area. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Amazing location

Perfect location

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in November and it was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach, upgraded kitchen and bath, comfortable bed, two pools, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed (beach chairs, small cooler, towels, umbrella),

Wonderful unit close to a World-class beach!

Aloha, We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for about a week. The unit was well stocked and truly a home away from home! 60th Birthday in Maui

Another excellent vacation at the Kihei Akahi. The unit was everything as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The outdoor toys (lawn chairs, etc) were also more than we could have hoped for. It was a great home base for all of our adventures. We will definitely be back in the future to stay at your wonderful place again. From Mamas Fish House, Visits to Big Beach & Stargazing atop Haleakala, it was a most memorable birthday. Great home base

Property was centrally located and convenient for all of our activities. It was easy to walk to beach, food, and shopping. Complex is a garden oasis with a guided botanical walk, and condo was well equipped. Lanai was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Best location

Neal & Joe’s unit provided everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable and homey. We couldn’t ask for a better location with just a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. Booking, check in, check out was a breeze and hassle free. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We’ll definitely be back….and next time for a longer stay.

Great Location, Wonderful Experience

Very nice property, host included some of the essentials you need, hand soap, auto dishwasher soap, small dish soap, starter qty paper towels, some spices for cooking. Enough so we didn’t panic when we first got there. Check in was efficient, condo was as expected, nicely decorated, sufficient space. The cross breeze was very good 5 out of seven days, the fan compensated for the other two days. Didn’t need AC. Wonderful balcony to enjoy listening to the birds and enjoying the lust greenery. Close to many restaurants and food stores, plus shops. Rent your vehicle from Kihei Rent a Car, great family business, great people and prices. Everything was wonderful would recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location!!

Neal was great to work with! Prompt responses to all my questions. This condo couldn't be in a better location. Easily walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. As well as an ABC store for quickly needed grocery supplies. Best VRBO owner we have ever worked with!! Highly recommend.

My family and I spent a week at Neal’s condo and we had a great time! The place was a perfect home away from home. Neal being an excellent host was very attentive and always there to help. The place was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and there was a beautiful beach right across the street. Great value for money and highly recommended!!

Gorgeous condo in amazing location

It was our first time in Maui, and everything went beyond our best expectations. The condo is located right in front of Kamaole 2, a beatiful beach. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, it is very comfortable, and has all gear you would need for the beach. The condo owner is very responsive for any enquiry you may have. The property management is very kind, the whole complex is a nice garden. Definitively we recommend!!

Little slice of paradise

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in this condo. Neal is very responsive to any questions or concern that arose. The condo is located very centrally in the complex and in the town of Kihei. It is supplied wit( all the essentials including beach chairs, towels,etc. I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family and hope that we will be able to stay again in the future. Besides the well manicured grounds, the 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and friendly check-in service, we especially liked the close proximity to one of three beautiful beaches. We greatly appreciated the communication and overall concern for our pleasant stay from our landlord. We highly recommend this accommodation and will endeavor to book again in the future.

Excellent Condo

Neal’s condo is truly a slice of paradise. Location is perfect; right across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and walking distance from great food and shops. The condo is so clean, well furnished, with all the amenities. The couch in the living room is so comfortable with a view of a large flat screen tv. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dish washer! The bedroom is private and has a comfy king sized bed. The lanai is big with a table and four chairs and a gorgeous view of the ocean to the right and the mountains to the left. Below is a well manicured Hawaiian garden with beautiful trees to enjoy. Neal is truly the perfect host! Communication with him was easy and quick turn around. He is kind and generous! Thank you for sharing your incredible beach house ! We hope to back soon!

Everything fine with some room for improvement

Perfectly located for different Maui activities around Kihei. Fully equipped for an easy stay. However some minor maintenanceNd new bed sheets needed as well as some beach equipment should be replaced.

Perfect location for the South end of Kihei

The condo is good. It would have been great if the toilet wasn't so low. The toilet in this condo is very low. The top of the toilet was below my knees and I'm 5'7" tall. If you have bad knees or any mobility issues I'd recommend someplace else. The shower is great only a small lip to step over. I'm disabled and had to buy a mobility accessable potty chair in order to use the toilet in this condo. With the negative out of the way let's focus on the good. Sitting on the deck you can see the ocean and the mountains. Having my coffee outside in the morning was fantastic! The condo is walking distance to Fred's and Penny's Pizza. (I used my walker and I was fine). When their where no kids in the pool it was good. Too many kids and too many floating toys was too much for me. Neal and Jared provided us with a wonderful VRBO and it made our trip to Maui very special. Thank you
