Everything was wonderful! We stayed here while visiting our son at UT, great location and close to campus. Very clean and loved that we could bring our dog. Highly recommend!

If you choose to stay in Knoxville you should absolutely stay here! No need to bring anything but personal items. Even though you would be in the city this location is like being in the country. Highly recommend this property!

Great location

Very clean and great location. No kitchen but has a mini fridge and coffee maker. Very nice host and the patio is amazing!! I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful accommodations in a beautiful home close to UTK. Great walking trails and neighborhoods nearby. Host was great and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again!

In town for a wedding

We were in town for a wedding and this property was the perfect place for us. The location is perfect and the room and bathroom are so nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Beautiful villa!

We enjoyed everything about our very brief stay, from the beautiful little library to the wonderful shower to the very comfortable bed. Every little detail --- Keurig with k-cups, snacks, hygiene products, etc -- was thoughtfully taken care of. We hope to be back for a longer visit!

Move in day at UTK - 3 days

Great Location

We were traveling through Knoxville and needed a place to stay. This was the perfect spot. It’s an attached room to a cluster of villas. Very cute. Nice little seating area outside. Close to downtown area and university. The host was very pleasant and accommodating.

Quite, very nice and convenient

Very nice accommodations. Wife, dog and I were very pleased with the owner's attention to details to make our stay personal (i.e. dog bed, dog treats, dog toys), nice and very clean bathroom (fully stocked with towels, shampoo, etc). The house sits down the hill from the roadway and there was no road noise. Owner's were very nice and you can tell they enjoy operating this rental.

Wonderful stay in Knoxville

Wonderful property, very comfortable. The best part was the personal greeting we received from the owner, Marette. We have stayed is several privately owned properties and this is the first time we have ever met the owner. She was very pleasant and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and that was very appreciated! We will definitely consider staying at this property on our next trip to Knoxville!

A hidden gem of luxury!

What a lovely private suite tucked away from the bustle of Knoxville, yet convenient to UT campus, dining and shopping. This suite is so welcoming with all the comforts of home and then some! It was a perfect choice for our four night get-away. Book this suite and you will not be disappointed!

Close to Campus & very cute!

We visited our daughter during Parents Weekend at UTK. Everywhere jacked up the prices near the campus (crazy amounts), Marette kept the price reasonable so that we could enjoy being close the action at her school. She also thought of everything. We had a small fridge with free snacks. Cable TV. Shampoos, etc. and a cute coffee bar. It was a really nice stay. We will stay again.

Hidden Treasure!

Traveling with just my daughter I wanted to stay somewhere that made us feel safe. My first impression of this property was exactly that. It’s quiet and clean and no city sounds or noise. Inside the room was beautiful! The home owners did a wonderful job with all the decor and the way everything was setup. You can tell they really want you to feel welcome. The shower is gorgeous! The bathroom will not disappoint! I am so glad we went with this room and not a hotel. Thanks to the owners for such a lovely peaceful experience.

I immediately fell in love with this property the moment I stepped in the door with its high ceilings, open spaces, and french doors. The house was built by a former HGTV executive with the best of taste. You can see and feel the quality of the finishes - hardwood floors, handmade tile, custom solid doors, iron hardware. Its amazing.
