Tranquility in an urban setting

We loved the space and appreciated the beauty of the landscaping. It felt cozy and warm and inviting. The location was amazing and it was so easy to find great spots for dining and recreation.

Luxury Hotel Feel

Every detail was thought through in this gorgeous, cozy space! Marette was so kind and welcoming, we felt at home right away. The convenience of being so close to everything in Knoxville was another bonus! We look forward to staying again in the future. GO VOLS!

Great stay!

The suite was exactly as described and the host made sure we had a great stay. There were snacks, coffee, tea, fridge and microwave, along with glasses, plates and utensils. It is very beautifully decorated and cozy. Our stay was just too short!

Great Location

We were traveling through Knoxville and needed a place to stay. This was the perfect spot. It’s an attached room to a cluster of villas. Very cute. Nice little seating area outside. Close to downtown area and university. The host was very pleasant and accommodating.

Beautiful villa!

We enjoyed everything about our very brief stay, from the beautiful little library to the wonderful shower to the very comfortable bed. Every little detail --- Keurig with k-cups, snacks, hygiene products, etc -- was thoughtfully taken care of. We hope to be back for a longer visit!

Great location

Very clean and great location. No kitchen but has a mini fridge and coffee maker. Very nice host and the patio is amazing!! I would recommend this place and stay here again.

In town for a wedding

One night in Knoxville

This property is lovely. It is clean and private and quiet. Perfect stopover for one night driving from Florida to Ohio. Everything has been thought of from snacks in the kitchenette area to the spa like shower! Would stay again.

Maurette is an incredibly gracious and thoughtful host! Not only did she take care of us but also are dogs (dog bed, food & toys!) Perfect location to UT! Only suggestion to future renters.. watch the driveway and turning on Kingston Pike! Will absolutely rent again!

The house was built by a former HGTV executive with the best of taste. You can see and feel the quality of the finishes - hardwood floors, handmade tile, custom solid doors, iron hardware. Its amazing.
