Välkommen till "Banner Views II", vårt andra hem som vi hyr ut till gäster, remisser och vänner!

Banner Views II ligger i hjärtat av centrum av Banner Elk, och har fantastisk utsikt över dalen, Sugar Mountain och topp-a-boo-utsikt över Grandfather Mountain. Denna nyrenoverade fjällstuga har ett sovrum och ett badrum samt en utdragbar bäddsoffa. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en stor veranda med utsikt över dalen och sockerberget, gas spis, kabel-TV, wifi, helt nya TV-apparater (2), fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare och rostfria apparater. En dubbelsäng och en drottningssäng / soffa rymmer upp till 4 vuxna. Med helt nytt golv, anpassat trätak, färsk färg och alla nya möbler är kabinen en fantastisk plats för en familjesemester, romantisk tillflyktsort eller flickahelg.

Kabinen är en två minuters promenad till 10+ restauranger i centrum, en fem minuters promenad till Lees-McRrae College och en snabb 10 minuters promenad till Kettell Beerworks. Även en två minuters promenad är den lokala parken, som är värd för levande musik på torsdagar på sommaren, olika konstfestivaler under hela året (inklusive den öppna Beerfest) och den berömda Wooly Worm Festival.

Vi är trevligt beläget mellan två skidorter; Sugar Mountain är 10 minuter ett sätt och Beech Mountain är tio minuter åt andra hållet. Gå till lokala favorit Edge of the World för en oöverträffad forsränning med vitvatten.

We enjoyed staying there. Close to everything. Enjoyed walking to town. The only one thing is the microwave was not working well . Great Stay over all.

Great location. But we found a few issues others should know. Parking and getting in and out is a problem as the driveway is very small and tight. The steps leading into the unit are in poor repair and hazardous. We couldn’t find a thermostat anywhere in the unit and the AC blew cold air when we didn’t need it. The laminate flooring was sticky when walking on bare feet and the cleanliness was questionable.

Property was very clean and proximity to town was excellent The area around property could do with a clean up and getting heat into the house was a bit of a culture shock and a little challenging Thank heavens for the neighbour Other than this, it was an awesome stay and would defo stay again, only in the summer though

Upon arrival, reasonable condition, entry went ok, neat inside. When leaving for dinner we didnt know how to lock up and tried to contact phone in email and they didnt know location or how to help. Someone staying in the "condo" upstairs fortunately came by and were able to help. Mattress was not comfortable. Shower door wouldn't stayed closed while showering, kept sliding open. Less than 1 roll of toilet paper left for two nights stay. Wont return book.

Great Getaway location

We had a great stay at this property. Wonderful location and view of Banner Elk. Also close to ski resorts. Would definitely stay here again :)

Best banner elk cabin

We had such a great time. The property is located within walking distance of the town and so many great restaurants. Also close to both beech mountain and sugar mountain if you’re looking for a great place to stay for a ski trip! We will definitely be back!

Great Location, okay amenities.

Phenomenal location, just up the hill, easy walking distance to downtown. Place was clean, owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Just needs a few things. The space heater in the main room is not intuitive and the instructions are not clear. This would not be such a bad thing, but the heater is absolutely necessary in the winter. It's on a gas line, too, so super clear instructions in a very clear location are much needed. The heaters also make it tough to maintain a consistent warm temperature, especially at night. Also needs some coat hooks by the door.

Nice location, easy access to downtown Banner Elk.

We enjoyed the property. Parking is a little tight for parger vehicles, but not bad.We did struggle a bit with the heat8nng system until we were informed the upstairs thermostat conte9ls the heat downstairs. There is a gas heater which w9rked well, but temperature regulation was a challenge. Still, overall a very nice stay.hearing system

We drove up from Florida to ski and to stay in a village atmosphere. The housecwas so cozy and comfortable, we had everything we needed. We were 3 miles from Sugar Mtn.ski resort. We we walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and coffee shops, although ot was too cold for us to enjoy all that. We recommend staying here 5 starsstaying at this great ps.

Great experience

Cozy space as advertised, tight parking if you are in a XL Vehicle, Tahoe or long truck. Walking distance to some great restaurants, ice cream parlor, and a arcade for the kids/teens. Quiet area with nice views. Only suggestion I have is bring a space heater if you are visiting in winter. They do have a gas space heater if you are comfortable operating one.comcomfortableoperating that.

Great Place!

My birthday was on Friday and wanted to get away with my girlfriend. This was the absolute perfect place for it. The cabin was great, the town of banner elk was beautiful and had some great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Location

Location was perfect. We were able to walk to downtown Banner Elk and not have to worry about parking. Host was responsive when we reached out about the heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Right across the road from the restaurants and shops of Banner Elk. Close to other attractions like Grandfather Mountain. Parking was tight and a bit confusing but the place was clean and cozy.

We toured properties all over the High Country. This was the ONLY place that was an easy walk to restaurants, had good views, and was convenient to the slopes.
