Brand new, modern private condo, with custom woodwork, tons of natural light and an open concept design. A great space for couples, families, friends, or even individuals! Multiple pools onsite and just one block from the beach! Located right on the main strip, with 50+ restaurants, bars and more offering local and fusion cuisine from around the world. 24 hour security offering the safety and peace of mind needed to fully relax and enjoy!

Check in time is 3pm- 3am (next day)
Check out by 11am.

Please, no smoking inside the condo and no pets inside the condo or on the premises. This is a family friendly community, so if interested in partying or bringing home "guests" this is not the right place for you. The condo association has a very strict policy about renters bringing home guests. If I am not informed of the total number of guests, then the security guards will not allow your guest(s) on the property.
Furthermore, they will only only 6 different people to enter the condo premises for the entire duration of your stay. For example, if there are 4 people in your party, then you will be allowed 2 guests.
