Gillade inte: Renlighet, boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation
After a 12 hour flight we arrived exhausted at the property to find the complex security was not even aware we were checking in. I had been trying to contact the host for the last day or so before our trip and was ignored completely. When we got there it was very obvious the host hadnât cleaned the property since the last guests. This includes dirty smelly bedding, hygiene products in the toilet bin, mud everywhere. We immediately informed the contacts we had been given, they eventually replied that they hadnât been aware of our booking and there must have been a mistake. We had to find somewhere else to stay last minute and the host offered to refund us the money. After almost a month of trying since our trip weâve had no refund, and the host is ignoring us. Do not recommend, itâs badly organised and they may not know youâve booked like what happened to us. As weâd booked weeks in advance we donât understand how this could have been missed. We also feel let down by empty promises by the host. The experience was a major inconvenience, arriving late at night and having to sort new accommodation as soon as we got there ruined the start of our holiday.
